        간호대학생의 동아리참여 자원봉사 경험

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 동아리 활동을 통한 자원봉사 경험의 의미를 알아보기 위해 현상학적으로 접근한 질적 연구이다. 2015년 5월 1일부터 6월 12일까지 3개 대학에서 동아리 활동을 하는 간호대학생 19명을 대상으로 자료수집을 하 였다. 연구질문은 “당신은 간호학 전공자로서 대학생 동아리 활동을 통한 자원봉사를 하면서 어떤 경험을 하였습니까?”이었 으며 1-3회 30-45분간 심층인터뷰를 하였다. 기록된 내용 분석과정에서 연구자들은 연구자간 상호일치성을 위해 3차례의 의 미 재분석의 과정을 통해 연구자간 통합된 의미를 도출하여 연구결과의 타당도를 높였다. 연구결과는 ‘낯선 상황에 놓여져 힘듦’, ‘한계에 부딪힘’, ‘뿌듯함이 밀려드는 대학생활의 쉼표’, ‘성숙한 인간관계로의 발돋움’, ‘변화된 나를 발견’, ‘전공으로 의 접근’, ‘미래에 대한 자부심’의 7개 중심 주제를 도출하였다. 이러한 간호대학생의 자원봉사 경험을 바탕으로 보다 지속적 인 봉사활동을 위해 대학과 지역사회의 공동목표를 설립하고 해결해 나가는 프로그램 도입이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. This study is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach to investigate the meaning of the volunteer experience through group activities in nursing college students. From May 1 to June 12 2015, we collected data from 19 university students who participated nursing group activities at 3 universities and 30-40 minuties 1-3 times depth-interviews were conducted. Research question was, “Did you have any experience as a volunteer through club activities as nursing college students?” Results were obtained for seven central theme; ‘Hard to put in unfamiliar situations’, ‘Crash to limit’, ‘Pride encroaching in rest of college life’, ‘To become mature human relationships’, ‘Found changed myself’, ‘Access to the majors’, ‘Pride for the future’. Based on the these results, in order to continous volunteer activities it is necessary to maintain introduce the program that establish commom goals and can solve out of the university and community.

        불임여성의 인공수정 경험

        Purpose : A phenomenological study was conducted to investigate the experiences of infertile women who had an artificial insemination attempt and the structure of these experiences was identified in a social-cultural context. Method : In depth interview were done with seven participants from June 2006 to Sept. 2006. Data was recorded and analysed by Colazzi's method. Result : Significant statements were extracted from the data resulting in 5 themes and 17 concepts. The significant themes of participants experiences with artificial insemination emerged as : “Mind which it wishes earnestly”, “Falling process”, “Conquer the process”, “Only my burden”, "Disappearing hope“. Conclusion : The results indicate that the care of infertile women with an unsuccessful artificial insemination attempt should be based on a deep understanding of their personal experiences. Also, information on alternative choice should be offered and supported.

      • 부산지역 남자 고등학생의 성태도, 성행동 및 자아존중감

        Purpose: This study examined the relationship between sexual attitudes, sexual behaviors and self-esteem of male high school students in Busan. Method: A cross-sectional, descriptive study was conducted. Data were collected from four male high schools in Busan. Two hundreds boys were enrolled in this study. Descriptive statistics, t-test or ANOVA with Scheffe`s test and Pearson`s Correlation Coefficients were used for data analysis. Results: The mean sexual attitude(43.0±7.1), sexual behaviors(12.8±7.5) and self-esteem(103.0±15.5) were relatively low. The score of sexual attitude was affected by the subjects-parents relationship and sexual experience. The score of sexual behaviors was affected by religion, the subjects-parents relationship and sexual experience. The score of self-esteem was affected by the subjects`s school record and the subjects-parents relationship. There was a positive correlation between sexual attitudes and behaviors, but the correlations between self-esteem and sexual attitudes, and self-esteem and sexual behaviors were not significant. Conclusion: Sexual attitudes and sexual behaviors of male high school students are changed openly and there is difference by a person`s standard. An educational program may be needed to develope sexual attitude in high school students.

      • 흡수식 저온 용액열교환기의 운전조건에 대한 성능평가

        In this study, a solution heat exchanger, which is one of the components of a LiBr-H₂O absorption heat pump, was selected as a 60° chevron angle brazing type plate heat exchanger, and its performance was experimentally measured under low-temperature operating conditions. The low-temperature side mass flow rate of the solution heat exchanger was fixed at 350 kg/h, and the high-temperature side mass flow rate was varied from 150 kg/h to 750 kg/h. LiBr-H₂O concentrations were set to 56% and 53% in the high-temperature and low-temperature solutions, respectively. As a result of the experiment, the heat transfer rate, differential pressure, and figure of merit were compared according to the change in the mass flow rate on the high temperature side. As the mass flow rate on the high temperature side increased, the heat transfer rate increased and the differential pressure increased significantly. In future studies, the figure of merit was indicated as an index for the selection of the optimal solution heat exchanger.

        간호대학생의 웹기반 여성건강간호학 교육프로그램의 적용 및 평가

        목적 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 진행한 웹기반 여성건강간호학 교육프로그램의 적용 및 평가이다. 구체적인 평가 항목은 웹기반 학습평가 프로그램을 활용한 여성건강간호 개요, 임신여성간호, 분만여성간호에 대한 학습성과 성취도를 프로그램 이용 전후의 차이, 웹기반 프로그램후의 교육 효과성⋅교육 만족도⋅학습의 어려움을 파악하는 것이다. 방법 일 대학 간호학과 3학년 77명을 대상으로 웹기반 교육 프로그램을 활용한 여성건강간호 개요, 임신여성간호, 분만여성간호에 대한 학습성과 성취도를 프로그램 이용 전후의 차이를 학습성과 성취도의 단일군 전후설계(one group, pre-test and post-test design)로 파악하고, 교육 효과성⋅학습 만족도⋅학습의 어려움을 검사하여 파악하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 웹기반 여성건강간호학 교육프로그램을 2주간 적용하고 평가한 결과로 학습성과 성취도 점수는 교육프로그램 전후로 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=12.63, p<.001). 교육 효과성의 평균점수는 3.62±.40, 교육 만족도의 평균점수는 3.12±.64, 학습의 어려움의 평균점수는 2.87±.64으로 나타났다. 결론 간호대학생을 대상으로 진행한 웹기반 여성건강간호학 교육프로그램 적용이 간호대학생에게 학습성과 성취도 향상과 웹기반 자기주도적 학습을 향상시키고, 차후 확대 적용을 제안한다. Objectives This study is the application and evaluation of the web-based women s health nursing education program for nursing students. The specific evaluation items were the difference in learning outcomes and achievements for women s health nursing overview using web-based education programs, pregnant women s nursing, and childbirth nursing care before and after using the program, and educational effectiveness, educational satisfaction, and learning difficulties of nursing students. Methods The subjects of this study were 77 nursing students from one university. As for the research method, learning performance and achievement were identified as one group, pre-test and post-test design, and educational effectiveness, learning satisfaction, and learning difficulty were identified. Results There was a significant difference in learning and achievement scores (t=12.63, p<.001). The average score of educational effectiveness was 3.62±.40, the average score of education satisfaction was 3.12±.64, and the average score of learning difficulty was 2.87±.64. Conclusions The application of the web-based educational program improved the learning outcomes and achievement of nursing students and the web-based self-directed learning, and future expansion is suggested.

        부산지역 결혼이주여성의 건강관련 실태

        Purpose: By focusing on immigrant women's problems and considering human rights, resettlement plans and marital-life adaptation, health status is often overlooked. It was examined in this study, Method: The participants were 110 immigrant women who lived in Busan. Data were collected from September to November 2007 using a questionnaire. Results: One of five of the women had been hospitalized for a delivery, about 25% were pregnant, and most (80.9%) have never had a pap-smear test. The average score for anxiety was 3.0 (±2.50) and for depression 2.9 (±2.71). Most were in the normal range for blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), blood sugar and urine test. There was a significant difference in level of anxiety according to education (F=3.42, p=.020) and in level of depression according to age (F=4.05, p=.020), number of children (t=-.444, p=.009), financial status (F=3.75, p=.027) and satisfaction with life (F=6.38, p=.002). There were significant differences in BMI according to age (F=7.73, p=.001), native nation (F=18.38, p=.000), period of stay in Korea (F=3.11, p=.049), education (F=3.82, p=.012), number of children (t=-4.26, p=.040). Conclusion: Although the health status of the immigrant women was good, procreative care protocols should be developed to support immigrant women who are pregnant.

        간호대학생의 성격유형과 진로의사결정유형이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

        청년실업률의 증가로 대학진학에 본인의 성격이나 진로의사를 고려하기보다는 학과 선택이 취업률에 의존하는 경향이 점점 높아지고 있다. 개인의 성격과 진로의사를 고려하지 않은 취업은 간호대학생들의 높은 취업률에도 취업 후 첫직장에 대한 이직률이 높은 편이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 성격유형과 진로준비행동을 분석해 봄으로써 성격유형 및 진로의사결정유형과 진로준비행동 간에 관계를 확인 하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 간호대학생 240명을 대상으로 개인별 관련특성, 성격유형, 진로의사결정유형과 진로준비행동에 대한 설문조사 후 수집된 자료 분석을 통해 결과를 도출 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression을 통해 변수간의 관계를 확인하였다. 연구결과 성격유형 1, 2, 3, 5, 8의 정도가 높을수록, 진로의 사결정은 합리적유형, 직관적유형의 정도가 높을수록 그리고 의존적유형의 정도가 낮을수록 진로준비행동 정도가 높았다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 취업지도에 있어서 새로운 방향성을 제시하고 있는데, 이는 개인의 성격유형과 진로의사에 따른 개별적이고 단계적인 진로지도와 방향성 있는 진로준비행동 강화가 필요함을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of personality type and career decision making type on career preparation behavior in nursing students. Data were collected through structured questionnaires that included general characteristics, personality type, career decision making type and career preparation behavior and were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS/PC+ program. The results showed that the degree of career preparation behaviors was higher in personality types 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 and higher in rational type and intuitive type. The degree of career preparation behavior was higher when the degree of dependent type was lower. Therefore, it is suggested that career guidance and directional systematic preparation according to the personal personality type and career decision type of nursing college students are needed to strengthen career preparation behavior.
