본 연구는 하동군 화개면의 찻잎을 이용하여 일반홍차와 혐기처리 횟수를 달리 한 가바홍차를 가공하여 홍차 품질에 중요한 영향을 미치는 향기성분을 비교분석 하였다. 생엽(A)는 총 56종, 일반홍차(BT)는 총 58종의 향기성분을 동정하였다. 혐기처리 3회 한 가바홍차 A(GBT1)는 총 60종, 혐기처리 4회 한 가바홍차 B(GBT2)는 총 60종의 향기성분이 동정되었다. 풋풋한 풀 향을 나타내는 향기 화합물은 BT(12.41%) > GBT2(8.93%) > GBT1(8.56%) > A(1.68%)의 순으로 일반홍차가 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 꽃 향과 과일 향을 나타내는 전체 향기 화합물은 GBT1(27.51%) 〉 GBT2(26.67%) > BT(26.58%) > A(18.85%)의 순이었다. hydrocarbon류 중에서 과일 향과 풀 향을 나타내는 Heptane, 2,2,4,6,6-pentamethyl- 같은 휘발성 향기성분은 A에서는 0.73%의 함량을 나타내었으나 BT(5.56%), GBT1(7.00%), GBT2(7.05%)는 현저하게 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 이는 홍차 제다공정과 혐기처리 공정에서 증가하는 것으로 생각된다. 향기성분 중 지방산의 분해로 생성되는 aldehyde류의 향기 화합물은 A(0.65%), BT(5.31%), GBT1(3.66%) 및 GBT2(3.52%)를 나타내었다. 이는 홍차 제다과정에서 증가하는 홍차의 풋풋한 풀 향임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 불면증 치료에 도움이 된다고 알려진 lavender essential oil의 주성분인 Ethyl 2-(5-methyl-5-vinyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl)propan-2-yl carbonate는 GBT1(7.88%) > GBT2(7.30%) > BT(6.15%) > A(5.91%)의 순으로 나타나 가바홍차에서 높은 함량을 나타내었다. This study compared and analyzed the volatile aroma components that have an important effect on the quality of general black tea and GABA-black tea according to the number of anaerobic treatments using tea leaves from Hwagae-myeon, Hadong-gun. A total of 56 types of raw leaves(A) and 58 types of general black tea(BT) had volatile aroma components identified. A total of 60 types of GABA-black tea A(GBT1) subjected to anaerobic treatment 3 times and 60 types of GABA-black tea B(GBT2) subjected to anaerobic treatment 4 times had volatile aroma components identified. In the order of BT(12.41%) > GBT2(8.93%) > GBT1(8.56%) > A(1.68%), the content of volatile aroma compounds having a fresh grassy aroma was remarkably higher in general black tea. The total volatile aroma compounds having a floral aroma and fruity aroma were in the order of GBT1(27.51%) > GBT2(26.67%) > BT(26.58%) > A(18.85%). Among hydrocarbons, volatile aroma components such as Heptane, 2,2,4,6,6-pentamethyl-, which have a fruity and greenish aroma, had 0.73% content in A, but BT(5.56%), GBT1(7.00%) and GBT2(7.05%) showed a remarkably high content. This is thought to increase during the black tea manufacturing and anaerobic treatment processes. The volatile aroma compounds of aldehydes produced by the decomposition of fatty acids were A(0.65%), BT(5.31%), GBT1(3.66%) and GBT2(3.52%). It was confirmed that this is the fresh greenish aroma of black tea that increases during the black tea manufacturing process. The main components of lavender essential oil(Ethyl 2-(5-methyl 5-vinyltetrahydrofuran- 2-yl)propan-2-yl carbonate), which are known to be helpful in treating insomnia, were in the order of GBT1(7.88%) > GBT2(7.30%) > BT(6.15%) > A (5.91%).

Overflow Probabilities in Multi-class Feedback Queues

We consider M/M/1 feedback queues with multi-class customers. We assume that different classes of customers have different arrival rates, service rates and feedback probabilities. Using the -transforms of McDonald(1999) we derive an importance sampling estimator for an overflow probability that the total number of customers in the system reaches a high level before emptying.

Scrophularia buergeriana Miguel(Scrophulariaceae) is a perennial herb growing in all parts of Korea. It has been used as a Korean folk medicine in treating guttural diseases acting as an antiphlogistics, antipyretics and analgesics. Phytosterol was isolated from the radix of this plant and identified to be a mixture of stigmasteril, fucosterol, campesteril, β- and γ- sitosterol on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic methods.

계층 전이가 가능한 다계층 대기행렬에 대한 빠른 시뮬레이션 방법을 제시하고 이를 이용하여 총 고객의 수가 적정 수준을 초과하는 과부하 발생 확률과 과부하 발생시 각 계층별 평균 고객의 수를 추정한다. 또한 이들 값들이 시스템의 총 로드나 계층별 로드에 따라 어떤 차이를 보이는지도 빠른 시뮬레이션을 통해 서로 비교한다. In this paper, we consider a multi-class queueing system in which different classes of customers have different arrival rates, service rates and class-transition probabilities. We use the fast simulation method to estimate the overflow probability and the expected number of customers of each class at the first time the total number of customers hits a high level. We also discuss the overflow probabilities and the expected number of customers at different loads, respectively.
