        투명세포 한선종 4예

        Clear cell hidradenoma is a relatively infrequent benign tumor that shows differentiation from or toward the structure of the eccrine sweat gland. We report four cases of clear cell hidradenoma which consists mainly of typical clear cells with small numbers of polyhedral cells. Clinically these tumors represented solitary erythematous firm nodular or cystic mass. In immunohistochemical study of one case, polyhedral cells rather than clear cells reacted positively for carcinoembryonic antigen and cytokeratin. We also review the previous reports of clear cell hidradenoma in Korean dermatologic literature. (Kor J Dermatol 1996;34(3): 500-504)

        장기간 구강과 식도에 국한된 심상성 천포창

        We recently encountered a case of pemphigus vulgaris, which was localized within the oral mucosa and esophagus. The patient was a 62-year-old women, who had had a few recurrent erosions on the oral mucosa for 1 year. Newly developed erythematous erosions on the esophagus appeared 7 days pre previously. Histopathological findings showed suprabasal blisters in the epithelium of the buccal and esophageal mucosa. On direct immunofluorescence, intercellular IgG and C3 bindings were found in the epithelium of the buccal mucosa. Treatment with oral steroids resulted in a remission of the lesions and the other skin lesions were not found for a period of 6 months. (Korean J Dermatol 1998;36(2) 360-362)

        스마트 응급의료 시스템 구현

        최근 구급차에 탑승하는 응급 구조사의 인원이 턱없이 부족하여 소방관 한 사람만이 구급차에 타고 환자를 이송하는 일이 종종 문제시 되곤 한다. 응급환자가 발생 시 신속하고 정확한 조치가 무엇보다도 필요하며 특히, 환자에게 적합한 의료기기가 있는 전문적인 병원으로 이송해야한다. 본 논문은 스마트 폰을 이용하여 병원 전 단계의 응급의료 시스템을 구현한다. 구현된 시스템은 환자 이송 중에 환자의 심박동을 실시간적으로 모니터링이나, 과거 환자의 병력 정보 등을 파악할 수 있으며, 환자가 필요로 하는 응급 병원 정보도 제공하여 병원 전 단계에서 응급 환자에게 신속하고 효율적인 처치가 가능한 환경을 제공한다. Recently, the task in which the number of people of the emergency medical technician whom it boards the ambulance is unreasonably insufficient and in which the fire fighter one person gets in the ambulance and which transfers the patient comes into question often. When the emergency patient is generated, it has to transfer to the special hospital in which above anything else, the measure which is quick and exact is needed and where there is the medical device which is suitable for particularly, the patient. This paper implementations the emergency medical system by the smart phone. The implemented system monitors the heart beat of the patient the monitoring among the patient transport with the real-time type. It can grasp the medical history information of the patient, and etc. in the past. And the system provides the emergency hospital which the patient requires and the pre-hospital phase provides the environment in which the disposition which is quick and efficient is possible to the emergency patient.

        항공 응용 분야 : 리눅스에서 Iozone 도구를 이용한 저널링 파일 시스템 성능 평가: read, write 중심으로

        비정상적인 시스템 종료로 인해 파일 시스템이 손상되었을 경우 시스템은 fsch을 이용하여 일관성 검사를 수행하며 이는 오랜 시간이 소요된다. 특히 대용량의 파일 시스템인 경우에는 상당한 시간이 걸린다. 저널링 기법을 이용한 저널링 파일 시스템은 메타 데이터를 이용하기 때문에 복구 시간을 상당히 단축시킬 수 있으며, 복구시 복구 확률도 높일 수 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 현재 리눅스에서 사용되고 있는 저널링 파일 시스템을 커널 기반의 벤치 마킹 도구인 Iozone을 사용하여 파일의 read, write 중심으로 성능을 비교평가하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 리눅스의 기본 파일 시스템인 Ext4 파일 시스템이 파일 읽기 성능이 경우 XFS 파일 시스템 보다 1.28배, 파일의 쓰기 성능의 경우 Ext3 보다 1.22배 빠르게 전송되었다. If a file system is damaged because of the unusual system close, the system performs the consistency test using fsch and it takes long time. Especially, if it is a big file system, it will take a lot of time. The journaling file system that uses journaling technique, can reduce the restoring time because it uses meta data and it may increase the chance of restoration when restoring. The goal of this paper compared performance evaluation journaling file systems focused on the reading and writing using Iozone tool which is the kernel based benchmarking tool in linux operating system. In this paper, Ex4 which is the current basic Linux file system. is 1.28x faster than XFS file system in terms of file read performance and 1.22x faster than Ext3 file system in terms of file write performance.

        표피하 수포를 동반한 연성 섬유종 2예

        We report a 34-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl who had a soft fibroma with blister on the thigh and on the back, respectively. Histopathologically, in the biopsy of both tumors, a subepidermal blister overlying the tumor and the degeneration of the epidermis were observed without any evidence of dermal degeneration. The major cause of the blister formation seems to be ischemia due to twisting or compression of the neck of the soft fibroma. (Kor J Dermatol 1996;34(1): 147-150)

      • 실시간 시스템에서 공유자원의 효율적 사용을 위한 혼합형 우선순위 작업자 모델

        To support multimedia application such as a multimedia communication systems and multimedia broadcasting, an operating system need to predict their timing-constraints. So, In this real_time systems, we must solve the priority inversion problem that may make the behavior of unpredictable systems and need a real-time server model that provides a better preemptability and minimizes a system overhead. In current real-time systems, the single thread server model, the worker model and the dynamic server model are being used for synchronization but they cannot propose an effective structure for managing shared resources. In this paper, the priority inheritance protocol is used to solve the priority inversion problem and the hybrid prioritized worker model is proposed, which can provide a more effective structure and a faster response time minimizing a system overhead. The hybrid prioritized worker model is to combine the static and the dynamic prioritizes worker model, and have a better performance than other models in response time which is an important factor in a real-time system.

      • QoS 기반의 미디어내 동기화 설계

        In contrast to traditional data communication, the multimedia communication must support variable requirements to multimedia application service. Specially, it is a critical issue that the synchronization supports a continuous and temporal relationship media playout in a distributed environment. But the continuously generated media in source can't guarantee the constant interval on playout for the destination due to the inconsistent network transmission delay and transmission error. In this paper, we introduce a intramedia synchronization mechanism for the continuous and synchronous playout of multimedia stream such as audio and video across a communication network. The proposed mechanism is based on the user defined QoS(Quality of Service) and the palyout correction algorithm to guarantee the continuous media playout at the receiver.

        화상반흔에서 발생한 무색소성 흑색종

        Carcinomatous degeneration of chronic scars, known as Marjcinulcer, are relatively rare. The majority of them are quamous cell carcinoma or other skin cancers including basal cell carcinoma. But malignant melanone, especially amelanotic melanoma oveloping from a chronic burn scar is extremely rare. We have experiencedl a case of amelanotic melanoma arising ron a chronic burn scar in a patient, 53 year-old female, who had a painful erythematous ulcra edonodule on the left heel for about 20 years since she had sustained a burn there at the age of 1 year. Although there are no melanin pigments in hematoxylinsin(H & E) stain as well a Fontana Masson stain, a biopsy specimen from the skin lesion revealed cytologic atypia and junctional activity in the dermoepidermal junction arcl positive immunohistochemical staier, for S-100 protein, which is consistent with amelanotic melanoma. lesion was widely excised and a skin graft was dure She was also treated with intralesional BCG injection and recurrence or metastasis was ot detected during the follow up period of 6 months.         전향참조 기법을 이용한 효율적인 선발 라인업 시스템 구현

        본 논문은 전문가시스템 기법인 전향추론 기법을 이용하여 프로야구의 효율적인 선발 라인업 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 지식베이스는 선수 286명 148개 평가 항목으로 구성되어 있으며, 선수들의 경쟁력을 포인트로 평가 하였다. 1차 포인트는 정적인 정보에 의해 산출된 포인트이며, 2차 포인트는 동적인 정보에 의해 산출된 포인트이다. 1, 2차 포인트를 통해 종합 포인트가 산출된다. 이를 이용하여 주어진 환경과 상대에 대한 효율적인 라인업 시스템 구현한다. This paper introduces how we have designed and implemented an efficient starting line-up system of professional baseball players, using the forward chaining technology which is an expert system technology. The knowledge base adopted holds 286 players and 148 evaluation items. Each player`s competitiveness is measured as a numerical value in points through 2 different phases. The 1st phase point represents the static information of the target player and the 2nd his dynamic information. This paper gets a representative value of the player, which is used as the basis on which an efficient line-up system in views of both game environments and counterparts is constructed
