        저작권침해의 구제에 관한 연구

        Today is a society of knowledge and information-a digital information society, characterized by the Internet media, It is different from the analog system in many ways. Copyright Law is getting more important in this society. Compared with other laws, Copyright Law has developed later, but now, as Property Law, is not less important than Law of Realty and Law of Obligation. The digital society is featured by a wide sea of information linked to the Internet. The development of the Internet has led to new political, social, cultural, and economic changes. Digital techniques have made copies easier and more convenient, which led to infringement of copyright. The protection of Copyright Law can refer to that of digital works, but not copyright holders. This means Copyright Law is to protect digital works themselves, but not the ideas of copyright holders. The highway information network has brought out the problems of the protection of Copyright Law. To solve the problems between copyright holders and internet users, it is considered important to determine what types of copyrights are violated. In accordance with the development of human society, specially science and technology, recently it covers not only traditional works, such as books, art, photographs and sculpture, but also computer programs, semiconductor chips, microfilms, etc. The infringement of copyright has increased, therefor it is much more important than before to protect copyright. To protect man's creative activities, creative activities and their products need to be recognized as object of right which needs protecting. There are three remedies for the infringement-managerial, civil, and criminal. This study is limited to a civil remedy.

      • 단풍당뇨증의 식이요법과 급성대상부전의 치료

        Maple syrup urine disease or branched chain ketoacidurias caused by a deficiency in activity of the branched-chain ${\alpha}$-keto acid dehydrogenase(BCKD) complex. This metabolic block results in the accumulation of the branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs) leucine, isoleucine and valine, and the corresponding branched chain ${\alpha}$-keto acids (BCKAs). Based on the clinical presentation and biochemical responses to thiamine administration, MSUD patients can be divided into five phenotypes : classic, intermediate, intermittent, thiamine responsive and dihydrolipoyl dehydrogenase(E3)-deficient. Classic MSUD has a neonatal onset of encephalopathy, and is the most severe ad most common form. Variant forms of MSUD generally have the initial symptoms by 2 years of age. The majority of untreated classic patients die within the early months of life from recurrent metabolic crisis and neurologic deterioration. Treatment involves both longterm dietary management and aggressive intervention during acute metabolic decompensation. We report here our experience of longterm diet therapy and treatment of acute metabolic decompensation of a case of classic MSUD.

        내장형 시스템의 신속한 설계를 위한 컴포넌트 지원 Statechart 도구 구현

        The rapid design of the embedded system is crucial for improving the product’s competitiveness. Existing statechart tools used for designing the embedded system rely on the copy and paste of the statechart for reuse. However, such method has a major drawback of wasting both time and cost of the system developer. This paper implements the component supporting tool. A tool that makes efficient reuse of a statechart by adding a component function to the existing functions is implemented in this paper. Also, to add a component function, this paper restructured the contract as protocol of the inter-component. The implemented tool helps not only reduce the life cycle of a product, but also enhance a product’s competitiveness by supporting the product’s time-to-market.

        최단 수행 순서 제공을 위한 에이전트 이주 정보 시스템 설계

        이동 에이전트가 연속적으로 다근 노드로 이주될 때 총 작업수행 시간은 방문해야할 순서에 따라 변경될 수 있다. 효율적인 이주 알고리즘은 초기 상태에서 목적 상태로 수행되기 위해 최소한 수행 시간을 제공하는 수행 순서를 의미하며, 이동 에이전트의 효율적인 이주 알고리즘을 통해 개발자가 원하는 작업의 총 수행 시간을 최소화시킬 수 있다. 기존의 대표적인 이동 에이전트인 Aglets, Voyager, Odyssey 등은 이주할 때 네트워크 상태와 이주할 노드의 상태를 고려하지 못함으로써 효율적인 이주를 보장할 수 없다. 본 논문은 이동 에이전트에서 효율적인 이주를 위해 AMIS를 제안한다. AMIS는 이동 에이전트의 총 이주 시간을 최소화하며, 안전하고 견고한 이주를 위해 최단 수행 순서를 제공한다. The total processing time nay vary according to the order of visit when a mobile agent is sequentially migrated to another node. An effective migration algorithm is one in which the processing time is kept to its minimum from the initial state to the destination state by ordering the process. The total time spend for the process can be minimized by adopting an effective migration algorithm. Existing mobile agents such as Aglets. Voyager, and Odyssey do not guarantee the effectiveness by not taking the status of the network and the node to be moved into upon the migration. This paper proposes AMIS as the method used for the migration of the mobile agent. AMIS minimizes the total migration time of the mobile agent, and provides a firm and safe order for the migration of the mobile agent.

      • QoS 기반의 미디어내 동기화 설계

        In contrast to traditional data communication, the multimedia communication must support variable requirements to multimedia application service. Specially, it is a critical issue that the synchronization supports a continuous and temporal relationship media playout in a distributed environment. But the continuously generated media in source can't guarantee the constant interval on playout for the destination due to the inconsistent network transmission delay and transmission error. In this paper, we introduce a intramedia synchronization mechanism for the continuous and synchronous playout of multimedia stream such as audio and video across a communication network. The proposed mechanism is based on the user defined QoS(Quality of Service) and the palyout correction algorithm to guarantee the continuous media playout at the receiver.

      • 실시간 시스템에서 공유자원의 효율적 사용을 위한 혼합형 우선순위 작업자 모델

        To support multimedia application such as a multimedia communication systems and multimedia broadcasting, an operating system need to predict their timing-constraints. So, In this real_time systems, we must solve the priority inversion problem that may make the behavior of unpredictable systems and need a real-time server model that provides a better preemptability and minimizes a system overhead. In current real-time systems, the single thread server model, the worker model and the dynamic server model are being used for synchronization but they cannot propose an effective structure for managing shared resources. In this paper, the priority inheritance protocol is used to solve the priority inversion problem and the hybrid prioritized worker model is proposed, which can provide a more effective structure and a faster response time minimizing a system overhead. The hybrid prioritized worker model is to combine the static and the dynamic prioritizes worker model, and have a better performance than other models in response time which is an important factor in a real-time system.

        표피하 수포를 동반한 연성 섬유종 2예

        We report a 34-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl who had a soft fibroma with blister on the thigh and on the back, respectively. Histopathologically, in the biopsy of both tumors, a subepidermal blister overlying the tumor and the degeneration of the epidermis were observed without any evidence of dermal degeneration. The major cause of the blister formation seems to be ischemia due to twisting or compression of the neck of the soft fibroma. (Kor J Dermatol 1996;34(1): 147-150)

        장기간 구강과 식도에 국한된 심상성 천포창

        We recently encountered a case of pemphigus vulgaris, which was localized within the oral mucosa and esophagus. The patient was a 62-year-old women, who had had a few recurrent erosions on the oral mucosa for 1 year. Newly developed erythematous erosions on the esophagus appeared 7 days pre previously. Histopathological findings showed suprabasal blisters in the epithelium of the buccal and esophageal mucosa. On direct immunofluorescence, intercellular IgG and C3 bindings were found in the epithelium of the buccal mucosa. Treatment with oral steroids resulted in a remission of the lesions and the other skin lesions were not found for a period of 6 months. (Korean J Dermatol 1998;36(2) 360-362)

        전자선하증권의 도입에 관한 소고

        서면선하증권의 분실ㆍ도난ㆍ위조ㆍ변조 등 많은 문제점으로 인하여 전자선하 증권의 필요성이 대두되었다. 여러 가지 견해가 있지만 전자선하증권이라 함은 서면선하증권의 기능을 전자자료 교환방식으로 행사케 하여 서면선하증권이 갖고 있던 문제점을 해결하기 위한 일련의 시스템이다. 즉, 전자선하증권은 새로운 형태의 선하증권이 아니다. 따라서 전자선하증권은 서면선하증권이 가지고 있는 법적 성질을 가진 유가증권이라고 할 수 있다. 전자선하증권의 법적 성질이 서면선하증권의 그것과 다르지 않기 때문에 상법에는 기본적인 사항만 규정하였고, 기타 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 규정하여도 무방하다고 생각한다. 이와 관련하여 지난 7월 3일 상법 일부개정법률안이 국회를 통과하여 7월 19일 정부에 이송되었다. 상법 일부개정법률안의 시행시기가 공포후 1년이 경과한 때이므로 2008년 8월경부터는 상법 일부개정법률안이 시행된다. Since paper bills of lading have caused lot of problems such as loss, theft, counterfeit and alteration, the necessities of electronic bills of lading has emerged. Although there are diversified opinions about the electronic bills of lading, the electronic bills of lading means a serial system to solve problems of paper bills of lading by exercising functions of paper bills of lading with electronic data interchange method. That means electronic bills of lading is not a new type of bills of lading. Therefore, electronic bills of lading can be called as securities with legal features which paper bills of lading contain. Since the legal features of electronic bills of lading are not different from ones of paper bills of lading, Commercial Law defines basic rules and other necessary matters can be regulated by Presidential decree. In regards with these matters, some legislative bills for the amendment of commercial laws have passed the National Assembly on July 3. 2007 and transferred to the Government on July 19. 2007. Since the revision bills will come into effect one year after the promulgation. some revision bills of commercial laws will be enforced around August. 2008. Therefore. there are tasks remained to establish necessary matters such as designation conditions for registration institutions. electronic issuance and endorsement methods. and specific receiving procedure of shipments by Presidential decree. However, regardless of whether subordinate laws are established. the enforcement of electronic bills of lading will bring great effects. First of all, circulation of the electronic bills of lading will be much easier and faster compared to existing paper since the time period of issuance of bills of lading will be greatly shortened. Secondly, risks of circulation will be minimized since the electronic bills of lading is safer. That is, risks of theft, loss, counterfeit and alteration which are problems of paper bills of lading will be completely eliminated. Also, logistics costs incurred from issuance of paper bills of lading will be saved.
