In 2019, KDS 41 17 00, the seismic design standard for buildings, was enacted, and non-structural elements were designated as essential seismic design targets. However, in the case of anchor-supported stucco bricks among non-structural elements, the specification design standards limit the support structure to concrete or masonry walls. situation. Therefore, in this study, based on the field case study where the wooden structure location bricks constructed after 2018 were applied, the study was conducted to prepare the design standards applicable in Korea by referring to the relevant overseas standards.

The purpose of this study is to investigate EU, UK and USA's laws and standards related to safety criteria for commercial kitchen machines. The study was based on literature survey and web surfing. The results revealed that EU has relevant directives by kitchen machines and harmonized standards according to the directives. The directives and harmonized standards are translated into the laws and standards of EU member countries, respectively. The kitchen facility relevant legal systems of UK and USA do not prescribe the safety devices or measures, but only the basic health and safety requirements. The requirements were forcefully implemented through the certificate systems such as CE(Confommite European), UL(Underwriters Laboratories), etc. Only products with CE, UL or NRTL(ationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) certificate marking can be placed on the market of EU and USA, or put into service. For achieving the certificates, all requirements regulated in the relevant standards should be met. The standards of UK and USA were presented by kitchen machines or by standards themselves, respectively. Safety devices required by the standards were also summarized by kitchen machines and their risk factors.

본 연구는 산업재해의 대부분을 차지하는 서비스산업 중 2008 년 산업재해 발생기준으로 근골격계질환 최대 다발업종인 도 · 소매 및 유사서비스업종 (일명: 유통업) 종사자에 대한 재해발생 특성 파악 및 대책을 수립하기 위해 현장조사, 설문조사, 주요작업별 인간공학적 노출평가 등을 실시해 그 결과를 동종업종에 전파함으로써 재해감소에 기여하고자 하며, 특히 유통업종의 주요분야 중 재해발생 빈도가 높은 음료유통 종사근로자들의 주요작업(등짐, 상 · 하차, 공병관리, 기타)별 인간공학적 노출평가를 통해 개선안 제시 등 향후 동종 업종 종사자들의 근골격계질환 예방에 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

The SK Chemical R&D center is an eco-friendly building designed as top score in the GBCC(GREEN BUILDING CERTIFICATE CRITERIA). This building has applied various eco-friendly technologies such as energy /water resource cutdown, improvement of indoor quality and improvement of user convenience, etc through eco-friendly concept from the design phase. In this thesis, an economic efficiency evaluation has been performed on building energy cwater resource cutdown technologies among them and the results are as follows. The building energy has cut down about 40% compared to ordinary buildings and the investment recovery period was shown as about 5 years. The water resource has cut down about 63% compared to ordinary buildings and the investment recovery period was shown as about 10 years.
