        과도 안정도를 고려한 총 송전용량 평가

        본 논문은 기존의 총 송전용량 결정에 있어서 고려하기 어려웠던 과도 안정도 제약을 판별법을 적용하기 위해 2단계 계산 기법을 이용하여 보다 용이하게 적용하였다. 총 송전용량을 계산하기 위한 방법으로 첫 번째 단계에서는 RPF(Repeated Power Flow) 방법을 이용하여 전압과 열적한계를 판별하고, 두 번째 단계에서는 첫 번째 단계에서 결정된 총 송전용량이 시스템의 과도 안정도 조건의 위반여부를 판별하여 시스템의 총 송전용량을 결정하였다. This paper presents a method to assess total transfer capability(TTC) considering transient stability. TTC is limited not only by the violation of system voltage and thermal limits, but also restricted by transient stability limit, TTC calculation is divided into two processes. The frist step is to calculate TTC without considering the transient stability constraint by using repeated power flow(RPF) method. The second step is to perform transient stability analysis based on TTC calculation in the frist step.

        국제교육과정(IBDP) 내 외국어로서 한국어 교육과정 특성 연구

        The proposal of this study is to analyze the aim and content of education through the lens of Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language in the course of International Baccalaureate Diploma Program(IBDP). Based on these results, we can further discuss the validity of Korean Education as a Foreign Language. The study examined the global direction and principle of IBDP which represents the high school course in the International Baccalaureate, particularly analyzing the aim and content of the foreign language acquisition part. Analysis results suggested that the set point of the start and end were too high. Contents of each part were different from the general foreign language acquisition. Concretely, the level of expression part was high and language usage that underline thinking power was much more supported than communication on the general situation. Consideration of these contents are important, although they lacked educational references which would actualize these guidelines in regards to teaching and learning. Further intensive discussion about the problems raised in this study is needed for further understanding.

        혼류임펠러를 갖는 관류형팬의 성능특성

        The performance of in-line duct fan depends on the design parameters of impeller and guide vane such as sweep back angle of impeller hub, guide vane angle etc. In this study four kinds of impellers having different sweep back angles, $0^{\circ}$, $17.5^{\circ}$, $35^{\circ}$, $52.5^{\circ}$ with 8 guide vanes, and different guide vane angles, $15^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$ were selected and their performance measured to investigate the effects of design parameters. The results show that both sweep back angle of impeller hub and the guide vane angle have large effect on the efficiency. Especially, it was found that the mixed flow impellers having sweep back angle between $17.5^{\circ}$ and $35^{\circ}$ gave good performances for in-line duct fan.

        협대역 고출력 전자기파로 인한 CMOS IC에서의 오동작 특성 연구

        This study examined the malfunction mode of the HCMOS IC under narrow-band high-power electromagnetic wave. Magnetron is used to a narrow-band electromagnetic source. MFR (malfunction failure rate) was measured to investigate the HCMOS IC. In addition, we measured the resistance between specific pins of ICs, which are exposed and not exposed to the electromagnetic wave, respectively. As a test result of measurement, malfunction mode is shown in three steps. Flicker mode causing a flicker in LED connected to output pin of IC is dominant in more than 7.96 kV/m electric field. Self-reset mode causing a voltage drop to the input and output of IC during electromagnetic wave radiation is dominant in more than 9.1 kV/m electric field. Power-reset mode making a IC remained malfunction after electromagnetic radiation is dominant in more than 20.89 kV/m. As a measurement result of pin-to-pin resistance of IC, the differences between IC exposed to electromagnetic wave and normal IC were minor. However, the five in two hundred IC show a relatively low resistance. This is considered to be the result of the breakdown of pn junction when latch-up in CMOS occurred. Based on the results, the susceptibility of HCMOS IC can be applied to a basic database to IC protection and impact analysis of narrow-band high-power electromagnetic waves.

        협대역 고출력 전자기파에 의한 CMOS IC의 전기적 특성 분석

        The changes in the electrical characteristics of CMOS ICs due to coupling with a narrow-band electromagnetic wave were analyzed in this study. A magnetron (3 kW, 2.45 GHz) was used as the narrow-band electromagnetic source. The DUT was a CMOS logic IC and the gate output was in the ON state. The malfunction of the ICs was confirmed by monitoring the variation of the gate output voltage. It was observed that malfunction (self-reset) and destruction of the ICs occurred as the electric field increased. To confirm the variation of electrical characteristics of the ICs due to the narrow-band electromagnetic wave, the pin-to-pin resistances (Vcc-GND, Vcc-Input1, Input1-GND) and input capacitance of the ICs were measured. The pin-to-pin resistances and input capacitance of the ICs before exposure to the narrow-band electromagnetic waves were $8.57M{\Omega}$ (Vcc-GND), $14.14M{\Omega}$ (Vcc-Input1), $18.24M{\Omega}$ (Input1-GND), and 5 pF (input capacitance). The ICs exposed to narrow-band electromagnetic waves showed mostly similar values, but some error values were observed, such as $2.5{\Omega}$, $50M{\Omega}$, or 71 pF. This is attributed to the breakdown of the pn junction when latch-up in CMOS occurred. In order to confirm surface damage of the ICs, the epoxy molding compound was removed and then studied with an optical microscope. In general, there was severe deterioration in the PCB trace. It is considered that the current density of the trace increased due to the electromagnetic wave, resulting in the deterioration of the trace. The results of this study can be applied as basic data for the analysis of the effect of narrow-band high-power electromagnetic waves on ICs.

        고용형태의 변화에 따른 건강불평등

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the differences in employment status and self assessed health in Korea. Methods: We analyzed 4 year follow-up data generated by the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS), which was conducted on 1,207 men and 582 women who had undergone a change in employment status. The study subjects were placed into 1 of the following 4 groups based on their employment history; Non-precarious workers, Precarious to non-precarious workers, Non-precarious to precarious workers and Precarious workers. Logistic regression was then used to examine the relationship between the changes in employment status and self assessed health. Results: When males were considered, self assessed health was better among the precarious to non-precarious workers (OR 1.58, 95% CI=1.57-1.60) and the precarious workers (OR 1.29, 95% CI=1.28-1.30) than in the non-precarious workers, after adjusting for age, socioeconomic status (education level, occupational class, marital status, average equivalent household income and average number of hours worked per week), health behavior (smoking, drinking and exercise) and medical service access (regular medical examination, have chronic disease or hospitalized within 1 year). When female workers were considered, the precarious to non-precarious workers (OR 1.89, 95% CI=1.86-1.92), non-precarious to precarious workers(OR 1.24, 95% CI=1.23-1.26) and precarious workers (OR 1.27, 95% CI=1.25-1.28) all reported poorer health than the non-precarious workers after adjusting for the aforementioned factors. Conclusions: This study showed that changes in employment status were associated with differences in self assessed health among men and women. Specifically, the results of this study showed that a corresponding positive outcome based on self assessed health was greater for employees that changed from precarious to non-precarious jobs and for male employees with precarious jobs., whereas female employees with non-precarious jobs had higher self assessed health. However, additional longitudinal studies on the health effects of employment status should be conducted.

      • 이클립스 기반 UML 모델링 도구의 설계

        UML은 소프트웨어의 분야에서 널리 활용되는 언어이다. UML은 소프트웨어의 설계에 주로 사용되며 이를 이용하여 실제 구현, 테스트까지 영향을 끼치는 중요한 언어이다. 이런 UML을 이용하는 설계를 지원하기 위한 다양한 도구들이 개발되어 있다. 하지만 좀 더 특화된 소프트웨어 분야, 예를 들어 임베디드 소프트웨어나 실시간 소프트웨어 분야의 경우 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 UML 도구에 대한 지원은 부족하다. 이 논문에서는 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 이클립스 플러그인을 활용하여 UML 모델링 도구를 설계하고 구현하는 방법을 보여준다.

        급격한 조명 변화에 강건한 동영상 대조비 개선 방법

        동영상 대조비 개선 과정에서 단일 영상을 위해 연구된 대조비 개선 방법들을 사용할 수 있지만, 동영상의 연속성이 고려되지 않으면 원본 동영상에 없는 깜박임을 야기할 수 있다. 또한 동영상의 연속성을 고려하는 경우, 깜박임은 억제할 수 있지만 연속성 때문에 조명의 급격한 변화할 때 불필요한 페이드인/아웃(fade-in/out) 현상이 발생하는 단점이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 깜박임과 페이드인/아웃 현상 없이 동영상의 대조비를 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 Fast Gray-Level Grouping(FGLG)를 사용하여 각 프레임의 대조비를 개선하고, 깜박임을 억제하기 위해 Exponential smoothing 필터를 사용한다. 불필요한 페이드인/아웃 현상을 억제하기 위해서는 S형 함수로 Exponential smoothing 필터의 평활화 비율을 프레임 별로 적응적으로 계산하여 적용한다. 실험에서 제안하는 방법과 기존의 방법들은 6가지 측정 기준을 적용하여 성능을 비교 및 분석한다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법은 영상 형태 보존을 측정하는 MSSIM과 깜박임을 측정하는 Flickering score에서 정량적으로 가장 높은 결과를 보여주었으며, 시각적인 품질 비교를 통해 조명 변화에 따른 적응적인 개선을 정성적 결과로 입증하였다. Contrast enhancement methods for a single image applied to videos may cause flickering artifacts because these methods do not consider continuity of videos. On the other hands, methods considering the continuity of videos can reduce flickering artifacts but it may cause unnecessary fade-in/out artifacts when the intensity of videos changes abruptly. In this paper, we propose a robust method of video contrast enhancement for sudden illumination changes. The proposed method enhances each frame by Fast Gray-Level Grouping(FGLG) and considers the continuity of videos by an exponential smoothing filter. The proposed method calculates the smoothing factor of an exponential smoothing filter using a sigmoid function and applies to each frame to reduce unnecessary fade-in/out effects. In the experiment, 6 measurements are used for the performance analysis of the proposed method and traditional methods. Through the experiment. it has been shown that the proposed method demonstrates the best quantitative performance of MSSIM and Flickering score and show the adaptive enhancement under sudden illumination change through the visual quality comparison.
