        고양이에 대한 염산 Xylazine의 구토 및 진정작용에 미치는 반하의 영향

        The tuber of Pinellia ternata Breitenbach(Araceae), which is distributed in Korea, China, and Japan, has been used in traditional Chinese medicine. The prescription containing Pinellia tuber shows anti-emetic, sedative, and anti-tussive effects. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Pinellia ternata tuber on the xylazine-induced emetic and sedative responses in cats. The results were as follows ; 1. Intramuscular injection of xylazine hydrochloride(1.0mg/kg) reliably evoked vomiting with an incidence of 100% and sedated with a mean sedation time of 34.22 min. 2. The xylazine-induced emetic and sedative responses were not prevented by oral administration of powder (0.5g/head), decoction ($1.0m{\ell}/100g$), and methanol extract ($0.1m{\ell}/100g$) of the Pinellia ternata tuber. 3. The xylazine-induced emetic and sedative responses were inhibited by intravenous injection of decoction($0.3m{\ell}/100g$) of the Pinellia ternata tuber. 4. The xylazine-induced emetic and sedative responses were inhibited by intravenous injection of a combined mixture of yohimbine hydrochloride(0.125mg/kg) and 4-aminopyride(0.3mg/kg).

        Solid Dispersion as a Strategy to Improve Drug Bioavailability

        Solid dispersion is one of well-established pharmaceutical techniques to improve the dissolution and consequent bioavailability of poorly water soluble drugs. It is defined as a dispersion of drug in an inert carrier matrix. Solid dispersions can be classified into three generations according to the carrier used in the system. First and second generations consist of crystalline and amorphous substances, respectively. Third generation carriers are surfactant, mixture of polymer and surfactants, and mixture of polymers. Solid dispersions can be generallyprepared by melting method and solvent method. While melting method requires high temperature to melt carrier and dissolve drug, solvent method utilizes solvent to dissolve the components. The improvement in dissolution through solid dispersions is attributed to reduction in drug particle size, improvement in wettability, and/or formation of amorphous state. The primary characteristics of solid dispersions, the presenceof drug in amorphous state, could be determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), and fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). In spite of the significant improvement in dissolution by solid dispersion technique, some drawbacks have limited the commercial application of solid dispersions. Thus, further studies should be conducted in a direction to improve the congeniality to commercialization.

        시계열 기반 국내 기록관리학 토픽 트렌드 분석

        본 연구는 이전보다 더욱 빠르게 변화하고 있는 시대의 변화 속에서 국내 기록관리학 연구동향에 대한 심층적인 분석을 통해 향후 국내 기록관리학 연구의 발전 방향에 대해 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 기록관리학 관련 학술지 2종과 문헌정보학 관련 학술지 4종을 대상으로 1997년부터 2016년까지 기록관리학 관련 논문을 자동 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 전 후기 10년, 5년 주기로 나누고 각각 토픽모델링을 수행하였다. 5년 주기로 나눈 토픽모델링은 8가지 기록관리학 주제영역과 매핑하여 각 시기별로 특정 영역과 어느 정도 상관관계가 있는지를 파악하였다. 그 결과, 전자기록, 기록정보서비스, 다양한 기록물의 기록화 방안에 관한 연구가 점차 활성화되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The size and speed of archives and records information have recently increased. The purpose of this study is to find the direction of archives management research in Korea through an in-depth analysis of research trends in records management in the country. We collected articles related to archives management from 1997 to 2016 from two journals related to archives management and four journals related to library and information science in Korea. The collected articles from the first and second halves of the decade were subjected to five-year cycle analysis. As a result, research on electronic records, record information services, and archiving methods of various records has been gradually improved.

        서울의 강북 재정비촉진지구가 확정됐다. 그 동안 서울시가 조례로 시행해오던 뉴타운 사업을 건설교통부가 지구로 지정한 것. 지구로 지정된 곳은 앞으로 대량으로 아파트가 공급되고, 층수 제한이 풀리는 등 개발에 가속도가 붙을 것으로 예상된다. 기대감이 커지고 있는 도시 재정비촉신지구를 돌아보고 향후 시장을 전망했다.

        박판재 변형의 가열교정에서 가열면적의 영향

        Use of sheet metal structure is increased in various fields such as automobile, aerospace and communication equipment industry. When this structure is welded, welding distortion is generated due to the non-uniformity of temperature distribution. Recently welding distortion becomes a matter of great importance in the structure manufacture industry because it deteriorates the product's quality by bringing about shape error. Accordingly many studies for solving the problems by controlling the welding distortion are being performed. However, it is difficult to remove all kinds of distortion by welding process, though various kinds of methods for reducing distortion are applied to production. Consequently, straightening process is operated if the high precision quality is requested after welding. The local heating method induces compression plastic deformation by thermal expansion in the heating stage and then leaves constriction of length direction in the cooling stage. Accordingly, in the case of sheet metal structure, straightening effect is expected by heating for the part of distortion. This study includes numerical analysis of straightening effect by the local heating method in distortion comes from production of welded sheet metal structure. Particularly straightening effect followed by dimensions of heating area is analyzed according to the numerical analysis. The numerical analysis is performed by constructing 3-dimensional finite element model for 0.4mm stainless steel-sheet metal. Results of this study confirm that straightening effect changes as heating area increases and the optimum value of heating area that proves the maximum straightening effect exists.

        당정이 부동산 세제 개편에 시동을 걸었다. 국민들의 실질 소득은 제자리 걸음인데, 세금만 올리는 것은 국민들에게 지나친 고통을 준다는 기본 취지에서다. 일단 정부와 한나라당은 재산세 과표 적용률을 작년 수준으로 동결할 것이라고 밝혔다. 이와 함께 종부세도 보완하겠다고 발표했다.

        닭에 있어서 Pepsinogen 과립(顆粒)의 분포(分布), 분필(分泌) 및 생성(生成)에 관한 광학(光學) 및 전자현미경적연구(電子顯微鏡的硏究)

        In mammals there are two distinct cellular units of the gastric glands which are responsible for the secretion of acid and pepsin respectively, namely, the parietal cells for acid and the peptic or chief cells for pepsin. On the other hand, the bird does net have separate parietal and chief cells in the glandular stomach. There exist only a single cell type in the asian gastric secretory-glands. In spite of this single cell type, however, variation in pepsin and acid secretion can he seen. Present study was conducted to know distribution, secretion and formation of the pepsinogen granules in chicken and rat stomach which observing by light and electron microscope. 1. In chicken, the pepsinogen granules are distributed in all submucosal gland cells and yet there are no distinction of parietal and chief cells. In rat, the pepsinogen granules are distributed in chief cells which lined the lower two-thirds of the gastric tubles and the parietal cells occupy upper third of the tuble. 2. Carbachol markedly stimulates the secretion of pepsinogen granules in chiken and rat, but Histamine is slightly. 3. After Histamine and Carbachol treatment, the pepsinogen granules are formated continuously and reaccmulated as control after 3 to 4 hours.

        The effect of Panax ginseng on the sleeping time of chicken anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium were observed to elucidate the influence of ginseng on the duration of action of barbiturates. The results were as follows: 1. By the oral administration of ginseng powder(0.1~0.6 g/day/head for a week) shortened the sleeping time of very young chicken anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium.
