      • 고주파 마그네트론 스퍼터링 기법으로 제조된 ITO 박막의 상온 결정화

        Indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films were deposited by rf-magnetron sputtering method and the crystallization behavior of the films at room temperature as a function of deposition time was investigated. X-ray diffraction results indicated an amorphous state of the film when the deposition time is short about 10 min. Crystallization of the films is observed as the deposition time increased over 20 min. Thickness, surface roughness and grain size of the film were proportional to the deposition time. The microstructure, transmittance and optical band gap of thin films were measured. The variation of optical properties of thin films is discussed in terms of the degree of crystallization as well as the thickness of films.

        We have performed Brillouin scattering experiments to investigate the elastic properties of tetragonal symmetry single crystal PbMoO₄. and could determine the value of birefringence as well as the whole elastic constants. As a result, c_11=111.4±4.4, c_12=64.7±3.4, c_44=27.0±0.8, c_13=51.9±2.5, c_33=95.5±1.9, c_66=34.5±4.6 and c_16=15.8±1.2 (×10^9 N/m²) and n_0-n_e=0.151±0.018 .

        2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등 3~4학년 음악교과서의 다문화 음악 단원 내용분석

        The purpose of this study is to consider the importance of multicultural music education-related units contained in six types (volumes) of elementary school third- and fourth-grade authorized music textbooks grounded on the recently applied ‘2009 revised national curriculum’ and also the learning contents of them. It is intended to examine through analysis how faithfully the textbooks actualize the purpose of the revised curriculum to help students recognize the diversity of music culture and cultivate their attitude to lead the multicultural era. The findings of this study can be summed as below: First, the average number of units related to multicultural music contained in the six types of music textbooks was 3.5 (4.1%), and the average number of songs was 8.1. In other words, in terms of grades, the third and fourth graders can learn averagely about four multicultural songs each. Second, according to the results of classifying multicultural songs contained in the six types of music textbooks by regions, averagely, there are 2.3 Asian songs (29.17%), 3.1 European songs (41%), 0.83 African songs (9.08%), 1.67 American songs (13.17%), and 0.17 Oceanian songs (2.08%). Third, according to the results of examining music activities by songs, most of the contents about learning songs are centered around singing; thus, it will be needed to provide more diverse music activities such as instrument playing, music creating, and music appreciating. Fourth, according to the results of analyzing contextual elements, most of the textbooks present contents regarding different countries’ national flags, costumes, or native pronunciation briefly; however, it will be necessary to provide additional activities since they hardly provide any learning of detailed historic, social, and cultural contents related with the activities. Fifth, in terms of the elements of making it a part of life, only with the provision of multicultural songs in the textbooks, all the textbooks fully contribute to the formation of righteous values about diverse music cultures which is the learning objective in the area of making it a part of life through multicultural music education; however, there still lack more aggressive learning activities related with making it a part of life, so it will be needed to develop contents and teaching methods corresponding to it.

        Sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation (SANT) is a rare, benign vascular neoplasm. Most patients have no clinical symptoms, and the tumors are usually discovered incidentally on abdominal computed tomography or ultrasonography. Some studies have reported the clinical features and imaging findings of SANT, but the diagnosis is based on histopathologic examination of a tissue specimen obtained at splenectomy. We report herein an incidentally discovered case of SANT and review the related literature.

        종방향 압축력을 받는 선체판부재의 횡압력 영향에 관한 연구

        선체를 구성하는 판부재는 일반적으로 면내하중과 횡하중의 조합하중이 작용하게 된다. 면내하중으로서는 주로 전체적인 선체거더의 휩과 비틀림에 의한 압축하중 및 전단하중이 있다. 횡하중은 수압과 화물압력에 의해서 작용하게 된다. 이러한 하중의 요소들은 항상 동시에 작용하는 것이 아니지만 한 개 이상의 하중이 존재하고 상호작용하게 된다. 그러므로, 좀더 합리적이고 안정적인 선박구조의 설계를 위해서는 이러한 조합하중이 선체판에 작용할 경우에 발생하게 되는 좌굴 및 최종강도거동의 상호관계를 좀더 자세히 분석할 필요가 있다. 실제로 선체판은 슬래밍과 팬팅과 같은 충격하중을 제외하고는 상대적으로 적은 수압이 작용하게 된다. 본 연구논문에서는 조합하중을 받는 선체판부재의 거동에 있어서 최종한계상태설계법에 기반을 둔 탄소성대변형 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 압축하중과 횡하중이 판부재에 작용하였을 경우 횡하중의 크기에 따른 영향을 탄소성대변형 유한요소해석(ANSYS)을 수행하여 분석하였다. The ship plating is generally subjected to combined in-plane load and lateral pressure loads. In-plane loads include axial load and edge shear, which are mainly induced by overall hull girder bending and torsion of the vessel. Lateral pressure is due to water pressure and cargo. These load components are not always applied simultaneously, but more than one can normally exist and interact. Hence, for more rational and safe design of ship structures, it is of crucial importance to better understand the interaction relationship of the buckling and ultimate strength for ship plating under combined loads. Actual ship plates are subjected to relatively small water pressure except for the impact load due to slamming and panting etc. The present paper describes an accurate and fast procedure for analyzing the elastic-plastic large deflection behavior up to the ultimate limit state of ship plates under combined loads. In this paper, the ultimate strength characteristics of plates under axial compressive loads and lateral pressure loads are investigated through ANSYS elastic-plastic large deflection finite element analysis with varying lateral pressure load level.

        유공보강판의 좌굴 및 극한강도 특성에 관한 연구

        선체는 기본적으로 판부재들의 조합으로 구성되어 있으며 상당수는 유공판(Perforated plate)으로 이루어져있다. 선체에 설치된 유공판으로서는 선체 상갑판 해치(하역시설로 사용), 선저부의 거더와 플로어(중량경감과 선박 건조 및 검사시 통로확보용), 다이어프램(중량경감 및 파이프 관통의 목적)등이 있다. 이들 유공판에 압축하중이 작용하면 좌굴과 극한강도 특성이 크게 변화할 뿐만 아니라 수반되는 면내응력도 재 분포하게 되어 심각한 문제를 발생한다. 실적선에서는 유공주위에 스티프너 보강을 통하여 취약한 좌굴강도 보완하고 있으며, 유공을 고려한 실선에서 사용 중인 유공보강판 모델을 적용하여 좌굴강도 및 극한강도를 파악할 필요성이 있다. 이와 같은 측면에서 각 조선소에서는 각국 선급들이 제시하는 유공판의 좌굴설계식을 사용하여 강도계산을 하고 있으나 임의의 유공크기에 대한 좌굴강도 및 극한강도 평가법을 찾기란 매우 어려운 일이다. 본 연구에서는 실선에서 사용 중인 유공보강판의 모델을 조사하여 비선형 유한요소법 (ANSYS)을 사용하여 면내 압축하중이 작용하는 경우에 대해서 유공비, 웹 치수, 두께 그리고 보강재 단면을 변화시켜가며, 극한강도 시리즈 해석을 수행하고 압축극한강도에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. In ship structures many of the structural plates have cutouts, for example, at inner bottom structure, girder, upper deck hatch, floor and dia-frame etc. In the case where a plate has a cutout it experiences reduced buckling and ultimate strength and at the same time the in-plane stress under compressive load produced by hull girder bending will be redistributed In general, actual ship structure adopted reinforcement of stiffener around the cutout in order to preventing from buckling so it need to examine a buckling and ultimate strength behaviour considering a cutout because In many ship yards used class rule for calculating buckling strength but it is difficult to evaluate perforate stiffened plate with random size. In the present paper, we investigated several kinds of perforated stiffened model from actual ship and then was performed finite element series analysis varying the cutout ratio, web height, thickness and type of cross-section using commercial FEA program(ANSYS) under compressive load.

        Growth and Production of Pholis nebulosa (Temminck & Schlegel, 1845) in a Seagrass (Zostera marina) Bed of Southern Korea

        The seagrass habitats are a highly productive marine ecosystem which provides nursery ground and shelter for many fish and invertebrate species. Pholis nebulosa (Temminck & Schlegel, 1845) is one of the most abundant seagrass fishes in the coastal waters of Korea. The estimation of fish production is key for devising conservation measures and ensuring fish resources sustainability. A total 894 P. nebulosa ranging from 3.83 to 26.5 cm total length (TL) were collected monthly in 2006 with a small beam trawl in a seagrass bed of southern Korea. Growth parameters of P. nebulosa were estimated using the von Bertalanffy growth model, and production was estimated using a general equation which relates daily fish production to ash-free dry weight (AFDW), biomass, and water temperature. The von Bertalanffy's growth equation was estimated as: Lt = 28.3823(1-e-0.7835(t+0.9864)). The densities, biomass, daily, annual production, and P/B ratio were 0.069±0.061/m-2, 1.022±0.621 g/m2, 0.005±0.004 g AFDW/m2/day , 1.676 g A FDW/m2/yr, and 1.641, respectively. Monthly variation in production of P. nebulosa peaked during March and April 2006 (0.0139 and 0.0111 g AFDW/m2/day), whereas the lowest value of 0.0005 g AFDW/m2/day was in December. Monthly change in production of P. nebulosa was positively correlated with biomass and condition factor. Our results will contribute to the conservation of seagrass ecosystems, which are still undisturbed in the study area.

        대형 해상풍력발전기 설치 선박(WTIV) Leg구조의 충돌 강도평가

        최근 해상풍력발전기 시장은 에너지 수요 증가, 화석 연료 기반 발전에 대한 의존도 감소와 환경 규제로 인해 향후 5년 내에 빠른 성장이 예상된다. 이러한 상황에 따라서 전 세계적으로 풍력 발전을 가속화하고 있으며, 해상풍력으로 진입하려는 시도가 많아지고 있다. 노르웨이 해상 안전 관리처(PSA: Petroleum Safety Authority)는 운영하는 동안 충돌사고에 대한 충돌에너지가 35 MJ을 견딜 수 있는 안전설계 기준을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 북해 해상풍력발전기 설치 단지에 투입되는 해상풍력발전기 설치 선박(WTIV)의 레그 (Leg)와 선박충돌 사고에 대하여 발생 가능한 충돌시나리오에 대해서 비선형 소성붕괴 거동 결과를 바탕으로 레그의 충돌강도평가법을 분석하였다. 분석된 결과로 현재 설계된 기존 선박을 기준으로 요구치인 35 MJ을 만족을 위해서는 200 % 이상의 단면계수 증가가 필요하고, 이는 현실적인 레그 설계에서는 불가능한 조건으로 판단됐다. 또한, 합리적인 충돌시나리오를 기반으로 한 충돌에너지 기준의 제정이 필요하다. Recently, the offshore wind power generator market is expected to grow significantly because of increased energy demand, reduced dependence on fossil fuel-based power generation, and environmental regulations. Consequently, wind power generation is increasing worldwide, and several attempts have been made to utilize offshore wind power. Norway's Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) requires a leg-structure design with a collision energy of 35 MJ owing to the event of a collision under operation conditions. In this study, the results of the numerical analysis of a wind turbine installation vessel subjected to ship collision were set such that the maximum collision energy that the leg could sustain was calculated and compared with the PSA requirements. The current leg design plan does not satisfy the required value of 35 MJ, and it is necessary to increase the section modulus by more than 200 % to satisfy the regulations, which is unfeasible in realistic leg design. Therefore, a collision energy standard based on a reasonable collision scenario should be established.
