        증례 : 위 사구종양 1예

        Glomus tumor is a tumor arising from glomus body, a nodular form of arteriolovenular anastomosis that functions to regulate blood flow according to temperature. Gastrointestinal glomus tumors are rare and most frequently occur in the stomach as a subepithelial tumor. A 46-year-old woman presented with an incidental finding of a subepithelial tumor in the stomach. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) showed a 1.4×1 cm sized well circumscribed heterogeneous hypoechoic tumor with a few tubular structures in the fourth sonographic layer of the gastric wall. Characteristically, more hypoechoic halo equal to the echogenecity of proper muscle layer enclosed the tumor. Contrast enhanced abdominal computerized tomography (CT) revealed high enhancement of tumor up to the same level of portal vein in arterial phase and this enhancement persisted to portal phase. For histolgogic confirmation and treatment, endoscopic enucleation was attempted but failed due to fibrotic adhesion with the surrounding tissue. Histologic findings of biopsy specimen were compatible with glomus tumor. Although it is difficult to diagnose glomus tumor preoperatively, these characteristic findings in EUS and CT seem to be useful in distinguishing glomus tumor from other tumors arising from the fourth sonographic layer of gastric wall.         일반품질연구 : 인터넷 웹사이트 운영전략 및 성과 간 관계 연구 -기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)이 조직 구성원의 조직몰입 및 생산적 행동에 미치는 영향을 중심으로-

        Purpose: By analyzing what kind of organizational reaction is shown by employees to corporate social responsibility (CSR), I want to propose a plan to maximize achievement(organizational commitment and productive behavior) within corporation. Methods: Regression analysis is used to analyze relationship between CSR awareness and achievement within corporation. Then structural equation model is used to check control effect of corporate member’s participation in CSR. Results: It is proved that employee’s CSR awareness has positive relationship with organizational commitment and productive behavior. It is shown that when employees have participated in CSR programs directly, effectiveness of relationship was especially higher for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and innovative behavior. Conclusion: In order to increase organizational commitment and productive behavior of employees, corporation’s social responsibility management, in other words ethical management must be used so their motivation can be increased and so they can directly participate in CSR programs which will increase effectiveness of organization.

        일반품질 연구 : 전사적 품질경영과 기술경영의 통합에 관한 연구 -CSR 활동과 간접고용의 관계를 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to show whether there is a relationship between companies that promote CSR and hire indirectly as opposed to companies that only hire directly. Research results show that it is actually beneficial for the economy when companies implement the CSR, especially during times of economic recession. Methods: We have used data by collecting from the top 100 companies in Korea, which are the number of permanent employees, stock market registrations, companies that implemented the CSR, hiring directly and indirectly, etc., and analyzed them to carry out the regression analysis. Results: Research has shown that when companies implement the CSR and has many permanent employees, they also tend to hire employees indirectly. Conclusion: In the views of the whole economy, utilizing indirect hiring of employees can be a useful alternative, which can be accomplished by implementing CSR, and it must be recognized as the reason for producing more job opportunities within economies.

      • 고장 감내형 CORBA를 위한 객체 그룹간 고장인지 및 회복 메커니즘의 설계

        고장 감내형 CORBA(Fault Tolerant Common Object Request Broker Architecture)는 분산객체 시스템 통합기술의 표준인 CORBA에 고장에 대한 회복수단을 제공하기 위해 제안되었다. CORBA에 고장 감내성을 추가하기 위해서는 객체단위의 중복그룹의 관리, 호출 구조 및 이에 따른 고장인지 및 회복기법이 필요하다. 기존에 제안된 분산시스템 환경에서의 고장인지 및 회복기법들은 프로세스 단위의 동작, 실행시간에 생성된 객체의 동적 환경구성 기능의 부재 등의 문제로 고장 감내형 CORBA에 적용시키기에는 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사용자에게 고장투명성과 연속적인 서비스 제공을 보장하는 고장 감내형 CORBA에 필요한 핵심기술인 객체 그룹간 고장인지 방법 및 고장으로 부터의 회복 메커니즘을 제안한다.

        B2C 트위터를 통한 고객참여행위가 기업충성도에 미치는 영향

        Recently a large number of people have been using social networking and microblogging services such as Facebook and Twitter. These mediums playa pivotal communication channel in a business to customer (B2C) relationship. Given its importance in today’s business, companies have invested in the strategic application of social network services to reach out to customers. This study provides a blueprint for mechanisms for successful execution of social network services in the context of developing an effective B2C relationship, such as customer participation behavior. The S-O-R(Stimulus-Organism-Response) framework lays out the foundation for developing our research model and provides a structured view for understanding customer participation behavior on brand loyalty. For the methodology, this study employed a mixed-method approach. Additionally, in order to provide empirical evidences, a total of 121 respondents have completed the survey. All the data were compiled and analyzed through structural equation modeling and were implemented in partial least square (PLS). To sum up, this study presented theoretical and practical implications by providing the effect of customer participation behavior on brand loyalty through B2C microblogging.

        초등학교 체육교과 전담교사제의 실태 분석

        The major goal of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the current Exclusive Physical Educator System(EPES) in elementary schools and to consider alternatives which improve the problems found in the course of actual enforcement. Results on perception for this system are analyzed from questionnaire survey made by 124 Homeroom Teachers(HT) and 132 Exclusive Physical Education Teachers(EPET) having secondary teacher`s certificate in elementary schools in Pusan. By all results of this research, most of HTs understand for EPETs` necessity in the respects that EPES can provide students for various physical experiences and reasonable management of Physical classes, and Physical subject is professional functional subject. While the EPETs have more positive understanding for current management of EYES, a great number of HTs have negative understanding for this. The reasons of negative answers by HTs are shortage of short-term teachers, HT`s avoidance for EPET, and shortage of total teachers, and the reasons by EPETs are poor physical environments, avoidance of HTs, and shortage of short-term teachers. Most of EPETs have charge of about 20 hours a week in 5th and 6th grades. A great number of EPETs have deep knowledge for the curriculum and have achieved learning goals efficiently compared with HTs. Also it is said that HTs have difficulty in textbook study and practical ability, and EPETs have difficulty in shortage of teaching materials and equipments for achievement of learning goals. It shows that HTs prefer to current system, whereas EPETs want to get elementary teacher`s certificate based on the EYES for their reasonable future course. Also EPETs answered that class responsible hour should be adjusted into 15 to 20 hours, and one teacher per four classes should be arranged in over 4th grade class. It is perceived reasonably that EPETs should be educated at Physical Education Department in National University of Education, and should be made up of current short-term teachers. Regarding with factors of efficiency reinforcement in EYES, HTs answered that allowance should be given to EPETs, and systematic matters such as education for special Physical teachers should be strengthened. In the other hands, EPETs pointed out more realistic problems for current Physical classes like teaching materials and security of facilities such as gymnasium.

        조기강도 개선제를 활용한 고성능 수축저감제의 성능 개선

        콘크리트의 내구성 저하로 인한 균열의 보수 및 보강에 소요되는 비용은 콘크리트 구조물의 유지비용 증대로 연결되 어 균열발생 저감에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 특히, 전력공급용 시설인 전력구의 경우 지하 매설물이므로 보수 및 보강은 경제적으로 큰 부담이 된다. 그러므로 지하매설 전력구의 경우 효과적인 균열 저감 방안이 설계 초기단계부터 요구되어진다. 본 연구는 전력구용 저수축 콘크리트 제조를 위한 수축저감제 개발의 일환으로 수축저감제 사용 콘크리트의 초기 강도 개선 을 위해 TEA를 검토하였다. 검토결과, TEA를 수축저감제의 3% 사용할 경우 조기 강도가 크게 개선되었으며, 수축저감 효과 도 우수한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, TEA 3 %에 수축저감제 2.0 % 혼합하여 적용하였을 경우 압축강도 특성 및 건조수축 길이변화 실험결과에서 가장 우수한 것으로 나타나 수축저감제로서의 가능성을 확인하였다. 추후 수축저감제의 범용적인 적용성 검토를 위하여 수축저감제의 사용재료 변화 등에 대한 다양한 재료변수 요인 검토를 통하여 수축저감제의 성능 검토 가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Studies aimed at reducing the occurrence of cracks by the shrinkage of concrete are in demand because the repair and reinforcement for cracks caused by declining concrete durability costs the user to maintain the concrete structure. In particular, in underground power facilities for power transmission, the cost is a heavy burden to repair and reinforce. For this reason, underground power facilities demanded effective methods for crack reduction at the engineering design step. This study, as a part of the development of shrinkage reducing agent for low shrinkage concrete on underground power facilities, investigated TEA to complement the shrinkage reducing agent to improve the early strength of concrete. In the case of TEA 3% as a shrinkage reducing agent, the early strength was improved significantly, and the shrinkage reducing effect was excellent. In addition, TEA 3.0 % and the shrinkage reducing agent 2.0 % showed excellent shrinkage property and compressive strength. On the other hand, more study of shrinkage reducing materials, including performance reviews on the shrinkage reducing materials with variable factors and type of materials, will be needed to generalize these results.

        여교사의 행정직 진출 확대를 위한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 여교사의 행정직 진출에 부정적인 영향을 주고 있는 불평등적 요인 및 현상을 밝히고, 이러한 결과를 토대로 하여 양성 평등 차원에서 여교사의 행정직 진출을 확대 및 현 상황을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 각종 통계 연보를 통해 여교사의 행정직 진출 상에 불평등 현상이 존재함을 밝히고, 전·현직 교장들을 대상으로 한 면접을 통해 여성의 행정직 진출을 저해하는 원인을 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 그 원인을 성역할 사회화, 가정과 직장, 사회적 통념 및 유대 관계 형성 등 4가지로 제시하였으며(물론 이들은 서로 관련되어 있다), 이러한 문제를 해결하고 여교사의 행정직 진출 확대를 위해 육아 문제 해결을 위한 사회적 및 국가적 차원의 노력, 승진 관련 제도의 보완, 여교사의 의식 변화를 위한 프로그램, 및 전체적인 인식 변화가 필요함을 제시하고 있다. The purpose of the study is to examine the inequal factors which have negative influence on female teachers' promotion to building administrators, and to suggest ways to expand and improve female teachers' opportunity of promotion based on the examination on the inequal factors. For the purpose of the study, the researcher selected five female ex- and incumbent principals using intensity sampling. Also, the researcher conducted informal conversational interviews to understand particular problems and unique situation in great depth. Based on the interview data, the researcher grouped inequal factors into four categories; sex-role socialization, the burden of child-caring and domestic duties, commonly accepted ideas on gender, and the androcentric perspective in korean society. To solve these problems and to expand the promotion opportunities of female teachers, the researcher suggests that our society and government should try to solve problems on the child-caring and provide and expand child-caring services for female workers. Also, the regulation on the advancement to administrative position should be changed to consider the female teachers' conditions, and the government and district office should provide programs on reforming of consciousness for female teachers and sex-role equality for school administrators.

        해외직접투자기업의 후속투자 결정요인에 관한 연구: 한국 진출 다국적기업을 중심으로

        본 연구는 한국 진출 다국적기업의 후속투자 의사결정이 자회사 수준에서 어떠한 요인에 의해 결정되는가를 밝혀 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 보다 구체적으로 자회사의 입지 특성, 자회사의 현지화 수준 특성, 자회사의 지배구조적 특성이 후속투자 의사결정의 기제로 작용할 가능성이 있을 것이라는 관점 하에서 연구가설을 도출하고 이를 실증하였다. 실증분석을 위해서는 산업통상자원부에 외국인직접투자로 등록된 기업 중 2008년부터 2011년까지 투자가 이루어진 468개 제조업체를 대상으로 2006년부터 2015년까지 총 10년간 기업 연도별 불균형 패널 데이터, 4,114개 관측치를 구축하여 활용하였다. Hausman-Taylor 도구변수 방법론(HT-IV 추정)을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 첫째, 다국적기업의 현지 자회사가 클러스터에 입지할 경우 후속투자에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 둘째, 다국적기업 현지 자회사의 연령이 낮을수록 후속투자 가능성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 다국적기업 현지 자회사의 CI가 투자대상국을 연상하게 될수록 후속투자 가능성이 높아지며, 넷째, 다국적기업 현지 자회사의 관계사간 거래가 적을수록 후속투자 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 다국적기업 자회사의 최대주주가 자연인이 아닌 법인격 실체를 가질수록 후속투자에 적극적인 것으로 분석되었다. The main goal of this paper is to investigate the determinants of sequential foreign direct investment (FDI) of multinational corporations (MNCs) in Korea. We hypothesized that the characteristics of subsidiaries` location, localization level and their governance structure are likely to act as the factors in deciding sequential FDI. In our empirical investigation, unbalanced panel data (2006~2015) which contains 4,114 observations was used for the analysis targeting 468 manufactures among foreign-invested companies registered in the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE)in Korea. Logit analysis based on Hausman - Taylor instrumental variable estimation (HT-IV) generally support our hypotheses. First, industry cluster location leads to positive effects on sequential investment. Second, local subsidiaries of NMCs in Korea with shorter history would have higher possibilities of sequential investment. Third, the stronger associations between host country and subsidiaries` corporate identities (CI) have higher possibilities of sequential investment. Forth, local subsidiaries tend to make sequential investment decisions when they have less relationship or cooperation with their other affiliates. Finally, when the largest shareholders are not individual entities but corporate body entities, subsidiaries are more willing to consider sequential investment.
