전가수분해가 끝난 밤송이에 74% H$_2$SO$_4$로 일차가수분해 시킨 후 1.5kg/㎤의 증기압하에서 40분간 가수분해 시킨 결과 원료에 대해서 49.3%의 당화율을 얻었으며 여기에 Candida utilis를 배양한 결과 당이용율은 60%이며 생성된 중량은 환원당의 62.47%이었다. The pre-hydrolyzed residue of Chestnut-bur (1) was treated with 74% H$_2$SO$_4$, solution at 3$0^{\circ}C$ for 40minutes. Then the solution was diluted to 5% with distilled water and kept for another 40 minutes under steam pressure of 1.5kg/㎤ to complete the post-hydrolzation. In the resulting hydrolyzate, which showed 49.3% in saccharification rate, Candida utilis was grown and found that 62.5% of the reducing sugar had been converted to the yeast cells.
간세포암종의 진단, 추적관찰, 예후예측을 위한 새로운 biomarker

Biomarkers of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was introduced in surveillance to diagnose early stage HCC and reduce mortality in patients at risk. However, backbone of surveillance program in many guidelines is still radiologic examination including ultrasound, CT, or MRI. Therefore, we need to recognize clinical evidence and limitation of currently available biomarker of HCC and resolve challenges to use of biomarker in clinical practice. Furthermore, novel biomarkers of HCC have been identified owing to development of advanced genomic, proteomic, and metabolomics technologies. Although most of novel biomarkers are not available in clinical practice, ‘omics’ technology and advance of bioinformatics tools are rapidly progressing. We discuss to maximize the use of currently available HCC biomarkers and describe recently discovered biomarkers for detecting early stage HCC.

Biliary invasion by hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is much less common. Patients manifest obstructive jaundice as the initial complaint, but most of them are inoperable. We report a case of completely improved biliary invasion in HCC after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). A 61-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of jaundice. A biliary invasion of huge HCC was confirmed by image of abdominal computerized tomography (CT) and biopsy specimen. After improvement of jaundice by endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage and percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage, she underwent TACE as a palliative treatment. Follow-up CT showed partial lipiodol uptake in hepatic tumor and its bile duct invasion. In follow-up endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, occluded cholangiogram showed neither luminal obstruction nor filling defect after removal of biliary stent. Our case suggests that obstructive jaundice, caused by inoperable huge HCC with biliary invasion, may be expected to resolve successfully biliary obstruction by a choice of TACE. 자기누설 탐상시스템은 자성체인 구조물에서 검사 대상 물체를 자화시켜 결함부위에서 자기 누설의 여부를 측정함으로써 구조물의 결함, 부식 등을 탐지하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 소형 비파괴 검사시스템을 설계하고 제작하였다. 또한, 3차원 유한요소법을 이용하여 해석하고 측정하여 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다.

Since the Apple's iPhone was released in Korea, many users use any smartphone. Since smartphones launch in Korea, many users change the previous feature phone to smartphone, and its users continue to increase. One of the advantages of smart phones is that user can install a wanted application like the computer, so the demand of applications has been increasing gradually. We are intended to study the development of smartphone application with location information by GPS. Instead of making the result of current location information by informing current position to users or approved third parties by them, we process their information which needs to be used internally them. And we study the application which changes the status of smartphone automatically by position information.

During a long journey of agricultural products from the production area to markets, the quality of agricultural products was always affected by some degree of vibration. The vibration input during the transportation may cause serious agricultural product injury, and this damage is particularly severe whenever the vegetable inside package is free to bounce, and is vibrated at its resonant frequency. The objectives of this study were to determine the resonant frequency of the oriental melon and to investigate the relationships between resonant frequency and physical properties of the oriental melon such as mass, volume and major and minor axes. In this study vibration testing device was constructed to determine the vibration response of the oriental melon in frequency ranges of 5 to 150 Hz. The computer program for controlling the vibration shaker and the function generator and measuring the vibration characteristics of the oriental melon was developed. The ranges of resonant frequency and peak acceleration at resonance of the oriental melon were 51 to 73 Hz and 1.24 to 1.92 G-rms, respectively. The resonant frequency and the peak acceleration decreased with the increase of the sample mass, volume, major and minor axes of the oriental melon. Multiple regression models for resonant frequency and peak acceleration of the oriental melon as a function of mass, major axis and minor axis of the sample were developed and analyzed.
