        선체 구조용 강재에 대한 Al과 Zn 아크용사코팅 층의 캐비테이션 손상 특성

        In this study, Al and Zn arc thermal spray coatings were carried out onto the substrate of SS400 steel to improve corrosion resistance and durability of hull structural steel for ship in marine environment. Therefore cavitation-erosion test was conducted to evaluate the durability of painted and thermal spray coated specimens. And then the damaged surface morphology and weight loss were obtained to compare with each other, respectively. As a result, the painted specimen was the poorest cavitation resistance characteristics because surface damage behavior appeared to be exfoliated in bulk shape during the cavitation experiment. And Zn thermal spray coating layer presented the significant surface damage depth due to relatively low surface hardness and local cavitation damage tendency. On the other hand, as a result of the weight loss analysis, the painting layer presented the poorest cavitation resistance and the Al thermal spray coating layer relatively showed the best results after cavitation experiment.

        교육실습 프로그램의 질 관리는 교육실습의 개선과 발전을 위하여 중요하다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고, 교육실습 프로그램을 평가할 수 있는 척도가 개발되지 않기 때문에, 교육실습 프로그램에 대한 종합적인 평가가 이루어지는 데 한계가 있었다. 이 연구는 CIPP 프로그램 평가의 상황평가, 투입평가, 과정평가, 산출평가에 대한 의사결정을 지원하는 방향으로 교육실습 프로그램 평가척도를 개발하였다. 이 연구에서는 문헌 연구, 예비문항 개발, 전문가 의견 검토, 본 문항 구성, 개발 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 분석의 절차에 따라 교육실습 프로그램 평가 척도를 개발하였다. 이 연구에서 개발한 교육실습 프로그램 평가 척도는 총 21문항이었다. 이 척도의 하위변인은 교육실습 준비, 교육실습 지원, 교육실습 여건, 교육실습 운영, 교육실습 성과의 5개로 구성되었다. 이 연구에서 개발한 교육실습 프로그램 평가 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도는 탐색적 요인 분석과 확인적 요인 분석을 통하여 확보하였다. 이 연구에서 개발된 교육실습 프로그램 평가 척도가 교육실습 프로그램의 질 개선을 위한 평가도구로 활용되어, 교육실습의 질 개선이 이루어지기를 기대한다. Quality management of teacher practicum programs is important for the improvement of teacher practicum programs. Despite this importance, few measures have been developed to assess teacher practicum program. This study developed teacher practicum program evaluation scales to support decision-making on the situation assessment, input assessment, process assessment and output evaluation of CIPP program assessment. This study consisted of the procedures of literature research, preliminary scales development, expert opinion review, composition of this scales, and analysis of validity and reliability of teacher practicum program evaluation scales. The teacher practicum program evaluation scales consisted of 21 questions, and five sub-variables: preparation, support, conditions, operation, and outcomes. The validity and reliability of the teacher practicum program evaluation scales were obtained through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The teacher practicum program evaluation scales developed in this study is used as a diagnostic for improving the quality of teacher practicum program. This study is expected that the quality of teacher practicum program will be improved.

        경력에 따른 성장기 야구선수들의 척추 측만도와 기능적 움직임 평가 비교

        The purpose of this study was to afford a data for the injury management of baseball players in the period of growth and the performance enhancement by comparing the level of scoliosis of the baseball players and the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) results according to experience of the baseball players. The level of scoliosis was measured by Cobb"s angle through X-ray, and FMS was performed for functional motion evaluation. The subjects were a total of 171 student baseball players combined with the second and third years of middle school students and the first and second years of high school students who had more than three year experiences, the following results were obtained. Firstly, Cobb"s angle was statistically significant higher in the first and second years of high school than in the second and third grades of middle school, and secondly, the test results of FMS showed that the second grade of middle school was statistically significant higher than the second grade of high school in the hurdle step and leg raises among the seven screens. In the push-up result for the torso stability, the second year of high school was statistically significant higher than the second year of middle school. The results of this study showed that baseball players in the period of growth have an increased level of scoliosis as more experience. In the case of FMS, the stability of the lower extremity and the pelvis decreased with more experience of baseball players. Stability and strength of the torso also improved from baseball players who had more experience.

        프로젝트 기반 협동학습이 예비교사의 창의역량에 미치는 효과

        이 연구는 프로젝트 기반 협동학습이 예비교사의 창의역량에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구대상은 A교육대학교에서 통합교과 강좌를 수강한 54명이었다. 실험집단은 프로젝트 기반 협동학습을 적용하였고, 비교집단은 강의식 수업을 적용하였다. 실험처치는 주1회 2시간씩 총 15주 동안 30시간 진행되었다. 이 연구에서는 이질통제집단 사후검사 실험설계를 적용하였다. 실험결과, 프로젝트 기반 협동학습이 강의식 수업에 비하여 예비교사의 창의역량에 있어서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 발생하였다. 프로젝트 기반 협동학습이 예비교사의 창의역량에 미치는 효과크기는 .812이었다. 이것을 종합하면 프로젝트 기반 협동학습이 예비교사의 창의역량에 실질적이고 유의미한 효과가 있다고 결론 내릴 수 있다. 예비교사의 창의역량을 신장하기 위하여, 프로젝트 기반 협동학습이 다양한 학문영역과 강좌에 적용되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of project based cooperative learning(PBCL) on the creative competence of pre-service teachers. Participants were 54 college students who took a course on ‘integrating curriculum’. The subject classified into two group. In this study, the experimental group were participated in PBCL and comparison group were participated lecture-centered instruction. Experimental period were 15 weeks. The results of this study were as follows. First, PBCL was found to have a statistically significant difference in the creative competence of the pre-service teachers compared with the lecture-centered instruction. Second, PBCD were effective for pre-service teachers creative thinking and knowledge information utilization. Therefore, it can be concluded that PBCL is effective on creative competence of pre-service teachers. This study was meaningful in that it confirmed the effectiveness of PBCL in improving the creative competence of the pre-service teachers.

        도수견인법과 근막이완을 통한 경추 정렬의 변화가 목 기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of changes in cervical alignment on the details of neck disability index. Groups with altered cervical alignment were treated with chiropractic and shoulder stabilization exercises for 8 weeks. The changes of cervical alignment and neck disability index were measured before and after. The pre and post difference of the experimental group was tested by Mann- Whitney method. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was tested by Wilcoxon ranksum test method. The significance level (α) of all statistical analyzes was set to .05. Cervical alignment in the experimental group decreased significantly at the front of the gravity line (p <.041) and at the center of the gravity line (p <.040). Lifting, personal care, and work of neck disability index showed significant difference only in personal care and work as a result of post-measurement. Did not appear. The modified cervical spine alignment showed differences in the index of neck disability index, daily care, and work. Combined chiropractic and shoulder stabilization exercises showed effective results in daily care and work but did not change lifting items.

        이온빔을 이용한 STS304와 알루미나 브레이징 접합효과

        세라믹은 고온에서 뛰어난 내마모성, 내부식성을 가지기 때문에 산업적 응용에 있어서 널리 사용된다. 세라믹은 금속과 비교해서 고온에서 더 큰 강도를 가지고 있고, 더 낮은 열전도도 및 열팽창 계수를 가진다. 그러나, 세라믹이 가진 취성의 성질은 전기전자산업과 고온에서의 구조적 적용에의 넓은 적용을 제한한다. Ti 활성금속과 STS304를 IBAD 기술을 이용해서 동시에 증착시켜 STS304 스테인레스강에 AL<sub>2</sub>O₃(알루미나)의 브레이징 접합강도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았 으며, 시험편들은 Ti 타겟과 Ti+ STS304 타겟 두 종류를 이용하여 두께를 변화시켜가며 증착하였다. 브레이징 접합을 위한 삽입금속으로는 일반적으로 사용되는 Ag-Cu 공정조성의 합금이 사용되었다. 브레이징 접합품의 강도는 Ag-Cu 삽입금속과 알루미나 사이의 반응층의 두께와 반응 생성물 조직에 의해 결정되며, 본 실험에서는 계면 반응의 메커니즘을 보다 구체화하 고 계면 반응에 의한 경사기능성의 접합계면을 더욱 향상시키는 결과를 얻고자 한다. Using a surface modification technique, ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD) of Ti thin film it becomes possible to prepare an active ceramic surface to braze AL<sub>2</sub>O₃-STS304 with conventional Ag-Cu eutectic composition filler metal. Researches on bonding formations at interfaces of ceramic joints were mainly related on the development of filler metals to ceramic, the process parameters, and clarifications of reaction products. From the results, the reactive brazing is a very convenient technique compared to the conventional Mn-Mo method. However melting point of reactive filler is still higher than that of Ag-Cu eutectic and it forms the brittle inter metallic compound. Recently several new approaches are introduced to overcome the main shortcomings of the reactive metal brazing in ceramic-metal, metal vapor vacuum arc ion source was introduced to implant the reactive element directly into the ceramics surface, and sputter deposition with sputter etching for the deposition of active material.
