주냉각재 펌프의 성능시험 및 유량계 설치위치에 따른 영향 고찰

Main coolant pump (MCP) of SMART Pilot is a canned-motor-type axial pump to circulate the primary coolant between nuclear fuel and steam generator in the primary system. The reactor is designed to operate under condition of 310℃ and 14.7 ㎫. Thus the MCP has to be tested under same operating condition as reactor design condition to verify its performance and safety. In this work, the performance test of a prototype MCP was carried out under the same operating condition and hydro dynamic performance curves were obtained as a result. At the same time, installation effect of an M-Pitot type flowmeter was also investigated by CFD and experiment. Two flowmeters were installed at different locations and the measured values were compared to each other. The averaged deviation of the flowrate at the design point is about 5%.

Dissolved oxygen in water is one of the important causes of corrosion of a device during productive process. The hollow fiber membrane made from polypropylene which has large surface area for volume is used to reduce the amount of dissolved oxygen. To increase the amounts of dissolved oxygen separated from water, two polypropylenes are connected in parallel. In this thesis, we investigated separation characteristics of dissolved oxygen with pressure using DO meter placed at exit position of membranes. If dissolved oxygens are separated and stored into a storage tank underwater, they can be used for breathing of a human. The amounts of oxygen separated from water needs to be increased through the efficient devices.
하이브리드 중공사막을 이용한 공기중 기체투과량 측정실험

The amount of gas needed for a man to breathe in air is measured. These results are used as data for guidance on the amount of gas required for a man to breathe underwater. While controlling the vacuum pump, the pressure a man uptakes is investigated. Under these conditions, the varying amounts of gas that are permeated through a nude type of hollow fiber with a polysulfone and polypropylene type of hollow fiber covered with external pipe are measured separately. To increase the separation capacity of the dissolved gas, a hybrid type of hollow fiber, which includes the PSF and the PP, is investigated. These results can be applied to the developments of safety devices for cases of shipwreck.

Nowadays, IT becomes one of the core competencies in a business. So defining appropriate responsibilities & roles of IT human resources as well as setting the professionalism of them is getting more important. However, there are lots of problems between the supply and the demand of IT human resource. The efforts to arrange workers who have expert knowledge and skill in right place are needed to strengthen national competitiveness. Recently, several leading countries are setting IT skill standards to solve such problems. Therefore, this paper aims at analyzing IT skill standards of developed countries such as ITSS of Japan, SFIA of United Kingdom, and SSIT of USA. By doing comparative analysis of current status of Korea with them, we derive some meaningful insights to develop a national IT skill standard.
폴리프로필렌 중공사막을 이용한 분리된 용존기체의 포집 및 산소량 측정실험

The amount of separation of dissolved gas including oxygen underwater increases as pressure decreases, given by Henry's law. When a vacuum pump is used, only dissolved gas should be collected in the sampling bag to exclude the influence of external air when attempting to investigate the characteristics of dissolved gas accurately. In this thesis, we measure the amount of oxygen contained in the collected dissolved gas using a chemical sensor. We hope that the results will be applied to artificial gill technology.

The work fluid in the fuel cell is explosible gas. Thus, the component that used in the fuel cell is needed a high reliability for the wrong operation protection. Usually the durability test is used to confirm the reliability for this component. However, this durability test can guarantee of the machinery damage that was come from the repetitive operation. it can not guarantee of the thermal damage when surrounding temperature was changed. This study tries to confirm the reliability of the thermal damage in the substitution preventing valve with environmental test.
