This study proposes a new mechanism for needle-free drug injection into the skin of agricultural animals that can be simple, lightweight and high response characteristic, for the delivery of proteins or vaccines. Jet injectors, which deliver drugs into the skin using compressed springs or compressed gas, provide a needle-free method of conventional transdermal drug delivery. However, the compressed spring or gas type injector has the drawbacks of high weightand impact noise. On the other hand, the high pressure injection device using a high pressure pump and an on-off valve has the advantage that it is smaller than the noise of spring or gas injectors. For this reason, we propose a mechanism that consists of a high pressure pump, an accumulator, an on-off valve and an injection nozzle. We tested a commercial injector- a compressed gas injector - and the impact gun type injector - a compressed spring injector - and used them to verify new specifications. The accuracy of injection was measured with an electronic weight balancer. Finally, the proposed mechanism was evaluated their suitability for needle-free drug injection based on results of the analysis and comparison of all the injectors.

최근 설치공간과 공사비의 절감 및 에너지 절약적 차원에서 한 대의 실외기에 다수의 실내기가 연결되는 멀티공조시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 일반적으로 멀티공조시스템의 경우 다수의 실내기가 조합되어 있어 냉방 및 난방부하의 변화폭이 상당히 크다. 이러한 멀티공조시스템의 특성을 최대화하기 위해서는 냉매유량을 효율적으로 조절할 수 있는 팽창장치의 사용이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 멀티공조시스템에서 사용되고 있는 다양한 팽창밸브들의 성능곡선들을 실험데이터 회귀분석(data regression)을 통해 도출하고, 유도된 성능곡선들을 토대로 정상상태 멀티공조시스템의 성능을 예측할 수 있는 사이클 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용한 사례연구들을 통해 팽창밸브 개도변화에 따른 멀티공조시스템의 성능변화를 예측하였다. Recently, the study on the multi-airconditioning system, which a number of indoor units are connected with an outdoor unit in a dimension of space, construction cost, and energy savings, is being vigorously carried out. In general, in the case of multi-airconditioning systems there is a large amount of change in the cooling and heating duty due to the combination of a number of indoor units. In order to maximize the characteristics of such a multi-airconditioning system, an expansion device is a necessity in effectively controlling the refrigerant flow rate. In this study, various performance curves of the electronic expansion valves which are used in the multi-airconditioning system were developed through the regression of experimental data. On the basis of the performance curves the variation in performance of the multi-airconditioning system with opening area of an expansion valve was predicted through the case studies using the cycle simulation program which can predict the performance of the multi-airconditioning system at steady state.
