        단위 랙의 높이가 다른 자동창고시스템의 설계

        In general, Automated Storage/Retrieval Systems(AS/RS) have racks of equal size. But higher utilization of warehouse storage can be achieved by using AS/RS with racks of different size. Thus those AS/RS are more adequate and efficient in current production environment. This thesis presents an analytical model of AS/RS for design process which minimizes the installation and operating costs over a time period. In this model, we assume that the AS/RS is operating under the random storage assignment policy and single command mode of stacker crane. And the AS/RS dimensional constraints(height, length and width), average travel cycle time of stacker crane in each zone and several appropriate cost elements are considered. The model is formulated as an integer nonlinear program and an enumeration based algorithm is proposed to find an optimum solution. Finally, tile computer program using Visual Basic is presented and the solution algorithm is validated through an numerical example.

      • 韓日 貿易赤字改善의 國際marketing 戰略 硏究

        80年代에 들어와서 부터 日本의 경우,有名商品이라고는 하지만 基本的 重要部分에 있어서는 西歐에서 開發된 新製品을 약간 硏究改良한 商品이 大部分이었다고 한다. 이러한 與件下에서, 日本企業의 大量 生産, 低價格 販賣의 海外市場 早期浸透 戰略의 常套手段으로 말미암아, 結局에는 日本輸出商品에 對한 販賣의 自主規制 또는 여러나라의 日本製品 輸入制限 惜置에 直面하게 된 것으로 알고 있다. 이것은 結局,韓國商品이 日本市楊內로 進出하는 것을 더욱 어렵게 만들었고,또한 이러한 日本製品의 海外現地市場內早期出現先制低價股賣鏡爭優位로 인해 韓國商品의 이러한 第3國市場內에서의 販賣競爭 弱化는 물론 韓國市場內에서 까지도 韓國側의 -方的 不利益이 發生하게 되었다. 따라서, 日本企業의 이같은 改良된 所爲 新製品의 差別化 比較優位의 相當한 競爭力이 豫想될 경우, 여기에 對한 對應策으로서, 첫째, 韓國의 强力한 競爭商品올 開發하여 低價格으로 短期間에 그것도 大量으로 日本市場에 早期浸透시켜 後發鏡爭企業의 同類商品에 對한 市場介人에 對應、하는 直接 또는 間接的 販賣輸出 戰略이 要望되는 것이다. 즉, 이같은 戰略은 日本企業이 西歐에서 開發된 新製品올 약간 硏究改良한 것처럼 韓國企業도 日本에서 開發된 新製品올 技術的으로 修正또는 改良한 新類似 商品 또는 新市場 商品의 品質과 低價格 戰略으로서 日本商品에 對應해 나가는 戰略을 말한다. 둘째, 現在 日本이 韓國의 輪出販賣製品에 適應하고 있는 各種 差別規制 政策을, 韓國도 日本이 취하고 있는 類似한 惜置를 採擇하여 日本商品의 韓國 輸入에 대하여 對應하고 適用할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서, 이러한 日本의 差別規制政策으로因해,韓國의 對日寶易不험衛이 發生하게 된다면,韓國도이에 相應한 報復手段올 騙使하는 行爲는 世界質易 自由化의 合理的 原則에 결코 逆行하는 것은 아니다. 한편, 아무리 韓國企業의 技術水準의 鏡爭力이 日本에 비해 脫弱하다고 하더라도 60億弗의 繼續的 賢易赤字는 國家的 體面問題라 아니할 수 없는 것이다. 또한, 韓國企業이 아무리 獨創性이 豊富하고, 우수한 技術을 集結하여 高度의 輸出販賣 商品을 發明, 開發하였다 해도, 日本의 이같은 模倣된 新商品의 先制 早期 低價格 大量生塵 輸出販賣의 國際的 鏡爭優位에 對應할 수 있는 나라는 韓國뿐 아니라, 다른 어떤 나라도 없을 것이다.

      • 감자의 壓縮强度에 관한 硏究

        The compressive strength of potato tubers were investigated, and some mechanical properties were obtained. The results re as follows: 1. As the result on the relationship between compressive direction and compressive strength, this strength became maximum in case tuber was compressed to direction of maiordiameter and was in order of minor and intermediate diameters. 2. There was no correlation between the starch value of tuber and the compressive strength, and the temperature of tuber and the compressive strength, too. There was positive correlation between the weight of tuber and the compressive strength. 3. The compressive strength of Namjak decreased as storage term became longer, but this strength of the other varieties had a tendency to increase.

        중두개와에 발생한 연골종 1례 : Case Reprot

        Intracranial chondromas are extremely rare tumors, but when present, are generally related to the synchondrosis of the base, and they have several distinct features. They are slow growing benign tumors, and plain roentgenogram frequently reveals lytic lesion and stippled calcification at base of the skull. They are radioresistant, and surgical removal is treatment of choice. We report the rare case of chondroma arisen from base of the skull which diagnosed by brain CT and confirmed by operation.

      • 土壤種類와 植付深에 따른 苗의 모델 試驗

        An experiment was performed with test plates(artificial rice seedling) to investigate the influence of soil type and planting depth on resistance of soil by wind pressure. When the wind pressure was larger than soil reaction, the test plates fell down until the wind pressure was parallel to soil reaction. Bending moment of the plates due to wind pressure was measured by strain gauges for wind speeds in the range of 2.7-10.2㎧. In theis experiment, index of soil reaction was regarded as 1, as the test plate was completely maintained by sol material. The results are as follows: 1) Elastic modulus of used test plate was estimated about 154GPa in 4㎝ cone penetration. 2) The soil reaction of clay was larger than that of silt-loam. 3) In clay, soil hardness was lower than that of silt-loam, index of soil reaction was larger than that of silt-loam, but similar toin sand. 4) To produce similar magnitude of soil resistance to wind pressure, it is necessary to plant 25% deeper in silt-loam than in sand or clay soil.

      • 高質 無煙炭을 利用한 煉炭 成型性 要因에 關한 硏究

        The briquetting characteristics of the up-grade anthracite at home is investigated by testing the Compressive strengths as each coking bond is mixed in the upgrade anthracite. Their results are as follows: a) the briquettibility of anthracite was attributed to the cohesive properties of inorganic substances mixed in coking bonds (clay minerals), not to coal itself, and that the contents of inorganic substances m d their kinds had an important effect on the strength of briquette:b) the compressive strength of briquette was proportional to Fe_(2)O_(3) contents in clay minerals: c) Chong Ju and Ju An clay had higher briquettibillty than many other things, and Ham Tae anthracite had higher strength than Bong Myong in burned form:d) as the coking bonds was artificially mixed in the up-grade anthracite, the strength of their burned form was lower than that of city anthracite, therefore their handling at hone was trouble-some.

      • 써레질후의 土壤硬度가 移秧時의 벼의 株間間隔에 미치는 影響

        To clarify the variation factor of plant row spacing, we measured plant spacing in three planting method such as by manual planting (T type), by four-row rice transplanter (S type) and by six-row rice transplanter (E type)m and we examined plant spacing in three types of soil such as sandy loam (A district), loess (B district) and clay (C district). Plant spacing in T type was wider than established value due to low tillage depth and bad flatness because the tillage and raking were operated by cow. Plant spacing in S type is 14.66 ㎝ and this valure due to low tillage depth and bad flatness because the tillage and raking were operated by cow. Plant spacing in E type is 16.77㎝ and this value is smaller than the established value of 17 ㎝, slip is relatively small. Average planting depth is 7.4 ㎝ in T type, 3.2 ㎝ in S type and 3.7 ㎝ in E type. Umber of seedling is 8.6 at T type withseeding length of 21-24 ㎝, 7.8 at S type with seedling length of 10-13 ㎝, and 8.8 at E type with the same seedling length as S type. The percentage of missing plant is 2.8 percent in T type, 0.5percent in S type and 2.1 percent in E type

      • Rotor 耕耘機에 있어서 Rotor와 Rotary의 動力分配에 關한 硏究

        實驗結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. rotary는 rotor의 回轉數가 增加함과 同時에 torque도 增加한다. 2. rotor도 rotary回轉數가 一定狀態에서 耕耘을 進行하면 回轉數의 增加와 더불어 torque도 增加한다. 3. rotary torque는 耕甚이 깊어질 수록 완만하게 上昇하지만 rotor의 slip率은 傾深증加에 따라 급격히 上昇하고 耕深 12㎝일때 40%이상으로 된다. 4. engine 出力은 rotary torque와 같이 耕深이 깊어질수록 上昇하며 上昇率은 rotary 回轉數가 높아질수록 커진다. 5. engine負荷는 rotor를 2段速度로 rotary는 高速으로 作業하면 耕沈 12㎝에서 5ps의 機關出力을 내게된다. The torque of rotary concurrently increases according to increase of the revolutions per minute of the rotor as the revolutions per minute of the rotor tills at the uniform condition. The torque of rotor increases according ot the increase of the revolutions per minute of the rotary as the revolotions per minute of the rotor tills at the uniform conditions. The slip ratio of rotor abruptly increases according to the depth of tillage, and is more than 40 percent at 12cm in death of dillage, but the torque of rotary gently increaces according to the depth of tillage. The output of engine increases according to the depth of tillage and the increase of the revolutions per minute as the torque of rotary. The load of engine generates 5ps at 12cm in depth of tillage as the rotary operates in high gear, and the rotor operates in the speed of double gear.
