The timing chain system, which is a typical power transmission technology applied to a vehicle, has been widely used by the automotive industry because it is normally designed to last a car’s lifetime. However, the timing chain system may cause some problems due to the shape of the chains and the polygonal behavior on contact between the chain and the sprocket. In addition, noise and vibration caused by transmission error are the most typical problems encountered by major automotive manufacturers and they are considered as the main source of customer complaint. The initial tension of the chain-sprocket system is thought to be the main cause of transmission error, and it is regarded as the source of engine vibration and noise. The initial tension of the chain system should be controlled carefully since a low initial tension can cause twisting, which may lead to a system malfunction, while a high initial tension can reduce the service life due to a worn down contact surface. In this paper, the kinematic analysis model is generated with various initial tensions, which are controlled by changing the shape of the fixed guide with the largest contact surface with chain. The results showed that the transmission error was minimized on a particular range of initial tension, and the tendency showed that the error changed with a higher sensitivity at a lower initial tension.

경남대본〈수겡옥낭좌전〉의 언어지리학적 고찰

이 글은 경남대본〈수겡옥낭좌전〉에 반영된 지역어를 고찰하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.〈춘향전〉만큼이나 이본이 많은 작품이며 근세까지 판소리로 불려온 만큼 이 자료에 대한 연구가 필요한 데 반하여 여타의 고소설에 비해 국어학적 연구가 부족하다. 〈숙영낭자전〉의 이본 중 하나인 이 자료는 권수제를 ‘수겡<숙영’이라 하고 있을 정도로 지역어가 본격적으로 반영되어 있다. 따라서 이 글에서는 음운, 문법, 어휘의 측면을 각각 살펴, 이 자료가 어느 지역의 지역어를 반영한 것인지 살펴보았다. 음운 현상으로는 ‘단모음화의 과도교정, 고모음화’, 문법 현상으로는 ‘의문법 어미 -양’, 그리고 몇 개의 방언 어휘를 통해 해당 지역의 범위를 좁혀볼 수 있었다. 위 현상을 토대로 경남대본〈수겡옥낭좌전〉은 밀양, 창녕 등 경남 동북부 혹은 경북 남부 지역의 언어적 특징이 나타나는 자료로 볼 수 있다. This study intends to explore the regional language reflected in Gyeongnam script〈SugengOknangjajun〉. It has lots of different versions, just like 〈Chunhyangjeon〉, and has been used for pansori (story-based songs) until modern times. Thus, it needs to be explored through systematic studies. However, there are very few linguistic studies, unlike other old novels. As one of the versions of〈SukyongNangjajeon〉, this script has lots of regional language. For example, the title of the first volume is indicated as ‘Sugeng<Sukyoung.’ This study has identified the area of the regional language, from phonology, grammar, and vocabulary perspectives. The phonological phenomena include the following: ‘excessive correction of monophthongization; vowel raising.’ As for grammar, the area can be identified through ‘interrogative ending -yang’ and several dialects. Based on the phenomena, Gyeongnam script〈SugengokNangjajun〉shows the linguistic features of the following areas: northeastern region of South Gyeongsang province such as Milyang and Changnyeong; southern region of North Gyeongsang province.

사용자의 요구, 타 시스템과의 통합, 또는 새로운 기술의 접목을 필요로 할 때, 기존 시스템의 요구사항은 다시 만들어져야 한다. 기존요구사항과 새로운 요구사항을 비교하거나 평가 할 수 있는 방법론이나 프로세스는 사용되고 있지 않으며, 기존의 요구공학 프로세스는 이러한 문제 해결에 좋은 답을 제시하고 있지 못하다. 기존의 방법으로 정의된 시스템이나 제품은 심각한 경쟁의 시장에서 헤어나지 못할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 제안된 블루오션 요구공학 프로세스를 개선하였다. 또한 개선된 방법론을 이동통신 단말기를 개발하는 과정에 적용한 실제 사례와 평가 결과를 제시하였다.

『삼국유사』에 수록된 향가에 나타난 언어의 시대적 특징 고찰

이 글은 학계의 묵은 고민거리 가운데 하나였던 『삼국유사』에 수록된 향가의 언어가 반영하는 시대적 특징의 한 부분을 고찰한 논문이다. 향가에 나타난 언어 사실에 대한 연구가 종래에는 그 작품의 창작 연대를 참작하여 그 당시의 언어 사실을 반영한 것으로 막연히 추측하는 경향이 있었다. 여기에 대한 반성이 있었으나 지금까지는 뚜렷한 검토 작업이 없었다. 그러나 근래에 이두 자료는 물론 특히 석독구결 자료에 대한 연구가 심화됨에 따라 향가 자료를 이두 자료, 석독구결 자료와 비교 검토함으로써 현존 향가 자료가 창작 당시의 언어 사실을 어느 정도까지 반영하고 있는가를 검증할 수 있게 되었다. ‘等’과 ‘尸等隱/尸等焉’의 문법화 정도, ‘腸’의 한자음 변화, ‘爲, 白’의 분포 등의 검토를 통해『삼국유사』향찰에 반영된 언어의 시대적 특징에 대해 알아보았다. 이두 자료에 나타나는 ‘(?)等’은 13세기 이전 자료에는 모두 통사적 구성인 [[[-ㄹ]#@]+-ㄴ]만 나타나며, 문법화되어 ‘조건’의 뜻을 나타내는 어말어미인‘(?)等’은 13세기 이후의 자료에만 나타난다. 반면, 7~9세기에는 ‘(?)等’의 문법화가 아직 일어나지 않은 시기임에도 불구하고 이 시기에 창작된 것을 수록한 『삼국유사』향찰의 ‘(尸)等’은 모두 문법화가 완성된 것만 나타났다. 그리고 존경의 선어말어미 ‘賜[시]’가 1031년에 간행된『약목정두사석탑조성형지기』까지만 나타나며, 그 후대 자료에는 ‘敎’가 나타나는데,『삼국유사』 소재 향찰에는 존경의 선어말 어미로 ‘賜’뿐만 아니라 ‘敎’도 나타난다. 이는『삼국유사』에 수록된 향가는 창작 당시의 언어적 상황이 반영된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 반면, 한자어에 통합하여 접미사 구실을 하는 ‘爲’는 8세기 이후의 이두 자료나『균여전』에 수록된 향가에는 나타나지만『삼국유사』에 수록된 향가에는 나타나지 않으며, 선어말어미 구실을 하는 ‘白’이 역시『삼국유사』에 수록된 향가에 나타나지 않는 점은,『삼국유사』에 수록된 향가는 9세기 이전에 창작되었기 때문에 나타나는 현상으로 보았다. 그리하여 문법형태소는 후대에 창작된 『균여전』에 수록된 향가가 오히려 앞선 시대 언어를 반영한 반면 어휘면에서는『삼국유사』에 수록된 향가가 창작 당시의 언어를 의고적으로 반영하고 있다는 것을 논의하였다. The aim of this paper is to consider the features of linguistic age of Hyangchal(鄕札), that is contained in the Samgukyusa(三國遺事). It has been a common tendency that the features of linguistic age of Hyangchal show the period of Hyangga(鄕歌)'s writing. We know that it is open to question in accordance with research works of Idu(吏讀) and Kugyol for translation. By Now there were not any definite studies to verify it. We examined the features of linguistic age of Hyangchal, that is contained in the Samgukyusa, by investigation of the degree of grammaticalization of ‘等’ and ‘尸等隱/尸等焉’, the change of sound of ‘賜’ and the distribution of ‘爲, 白’. Investigating Idu data, all ‘(乙)等’ shows syntactic construction before 13th countrey, but it become a ending that means [con-dition] after 13th century. The other hand, ‘(乙)等’ is a ending that means [condition]. And pre-ending ‘賜’ does not show after early year of 11th century, but ‘敎’ that roles same as ‘賜’ appear from the middle year of 11th century. The features of it mean that grammar of Hyangchal, that is contained in the Samgukyusa is affected by the grammar of 13th century. By the way ‘爲’ that is suffix appears after 8th century, but it does not appears in the Hyangchal, that is contained in the Samgukyusa. And it is same case of ‘白’ that is pre-ending. Because Hyangchal, that is contained in the Samgukyusa is made before 9th century, the features of it is caused.

In this paper, to improve a sensitivity at low power for STT-MRAM(Spin Transfer Torque Magneto-resistive Random Access Memory), we propose a novel offset cancellation bit line sense amplifier using low impedance by self-biased current mirror. The experiments were done in Hspice simulator. The result of sense amplifier obtained the response time 1ns and cell current less than 10uA.

Proposed huck converter includes load current sensing circuit to compensate load regulation. Because error amp has finite gain, there is load regulation in SMPS. In this paper we use variable current source that is added to positive input of comparator and current of current source is changed by sensed load current. The simulation result shows that proposed buck converter has improved load regulation than conventional buck converter.
