Real-time energy monitoring systems is a demand-response system which is reported to be effective in saving energy up to 12%. Real-time energy monitoring system is commonly composed of smart-plugs which sense how much electrical power is consumed and IHD(In-Home Display device) which displays power consumption patterns. Even though the monitoring system is effective, users should themselves match which smart plus is connected to which appliance. In order to make the matching work to be automatic, the monitoring system need to have appliance identification algorithm, and some works have made under the name of NILM(Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring). This paper proposed an algorithm which utilizes multiple classifiers to improve accuracy of appliance identification. The algorithm proposes to understand each classifiers performance, that is, when a classifier make a result how much the result is reliable, and utilize it in choosing the final result among result candidates from many classifiers. By using the proposed algorithm this paper make 4.5% of improved accuracy with respect to using single best classifier, and 2.9% of improved accuracy with respect to other method using multiple classifiers, so called CDM(Commitee Decision Mechanism) method.

박판을 이용한 Z-굽힘 가공의 전개 길이에 관한 연구

The bending process of a press die is to bend a flat blank to the required angle. There are V-bending, U-bending, Z-bending, O-bending etc. for bending processing, and the basic principle of calculating the unfolding length of die processing is used as the neutral plane length. Since the constant of the length value of the neutral surface is different depending on the type of bending, it is impossible to accurately calculate it. In particular, Z-bending processing is performed twice, and it is set on the upper and lower surfaces of the blank, and bending processing occurs at the same time as the upward and downward bending, and the elongation of the material occurs and the material increases. It is not possible to check with the calculated value, and it occurs in many cases where the mold is modified after start-up. This study aims to minimize die modification by developing a formula to calculate the development length of Z-bend.

Purpose: First introduced by Buncke and Rose in 1979, the neurovascular partial $2^{nd}$ toe pulp free tissue transfer has been attempted to reconstruct posttraumatic finger tip injuries. Although some surgeons prefer other reconstructive methods such as skin graft and local flap, we chose the partial $2^{nd}$ toe pulp flap owing to its many advantages. We report three successful surgical cases in which the patients had undergone this particular method of reconstruction. Methods: We retrospectively examined three cases of fingertip injury patients due to mechanical injury. Bone exposure was seen in all three cases, All had undergone partial toe pulp free flap for soft tissue defect coverage. Results: All flaps survived without any complications such as partial necrosis, hematoma or dehiscence. Although tingling sensation has returned in both cases, two-point discrimination has not returned yet. Currently no patient is complaining of any pain which gradually improved during their course of recuperation. All stitches were removed on postoperative 2 weeks. Patients are satisfied with the final surgical result and there are no signs of any edema or hematoma. Conclusion: The homodigital reconstruction of finger tip injury using the partial $2^{nd}$ toe pulp flap has numerous advantages compared to other reconstructive modalities such as its resistance to wear and tear and in that it provides a non-slip palmar digital surface. However it requires microsurgery which may not be preferred by surgeons. Advanced age of the patient can be a relative contraindication to this approach since atheromatous plaque from the donor toe can compromise flap circulation after surgery. We report three successful cases which patient age was considered appropriate. Further investigation with a larger number of cases and long term follow-up is deemed necessary.

장소애착과 정서적 연대와의 관계

본 연구는 농촌관광을 위해 특정 농촌마을을 방문한 관광객을 농촌관광 참여기간에 따라서 두 집단으로 구분하여 장소애착과 정서적 연대와의 영향관계에서 집단 간의 차이를 규명하고 있다. 본 연구의 데이터 수집은 총 35일간 농촌마을을 방문한 관광객을 대상으로 일대일 심층면접 설문조사를 실시하여 총 177부를 수집하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 장소애착을 구성하고 있는 4개의 요인 중 장소의존성과 장소정체성은 공히 두 집단에서 정서적 연대에 영향을 미치지 않으며, 장소애정성과 장소사회결합성은 정서적 연대를 구성하고 있는 요인에 집단별로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해서 확인할 수 있는 것은 특정 농촌마을을 방문하는 관광객은 농촌마을이 가지고 있는 환경적 및 물리적 특성 등의 기능적 특성 외에 농촌마을 구성원과의 사회적 관계를 가장 중요하게 여기고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었는데, 이는 농촌마을이 가지고 있는 공동체적인 고유한 특성에 기인한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 특정 농촌마을을 방문한 관광객은 해당 마을의 구성원이 자신을 호의적으로 대하더라도 감정적으로는 여전히 지역주민과 동화되지 않는 타자로서의 자신을 지각하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 농촌관광의 방향설정에 있어서 매우 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study separated into two groups in specific rural community according to the period of participation in rural tourism, where this study explored the influence of the relationship between place attachment to emotional solidarity, and also explored the differences of influence among the two groups. A total of 177 data were collected and analyzed for urban residents who visited the specific community for 35 days. As a results, Among the four factors of place attachment, place dependency and place identity was not identified influence on emotional solidarity. On the other hand, place affection and place social bonding have a significant effect on the components of emotional solidarity, but there are some differences between the groups. The results of this study confirm the following: Rural community visitors regard social relationships with community members as the most important as well as the functional characteristics (environmental and physical characteristics) of the community. These results are considered to be due to the inherent characteristics of communities in rural communities. The major contribution of this study is confirming that visitors to rural communities perceive themselves as others who do not assimilate with community members emotionally even though members of the community treat themselves positively, and it will be able to provide very useful implications for future direction of community based tourism development in South Korea.

최근 전기 구동 시스템을 갖춘 친환경적인 하이브리드 자동차 혹은 전기 자동차에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비교적 구조가 간단한 자전거에 쉽게 적용될 수 있는 BLDC 모터를 기준으로, 전기자전거 주행 상황에 있어서의 슈퍼커패시터를 이용한 회생 에너지 제어에 대하여 언급한다. 회생 에너지를 최대한 슈퍼캐패시터에 전달할 수 있는 제어 방법을 제시하고 이를 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 통해 확인한다.

카지노산업의 명과 암 -사회 교환이론을 중심으로-

본 연구는 사회교환이론의 호혜성과 공정성, 심리적 계약을 적용하여 카지노 산업의 긍ㆍ부정적 효과에 대해서 살펴보고 있는데, 특히 본 연구에서는 카지노 산업의 확대와 관련하여 국가와 국민이 바람직한 사회적 관계를 형성하기 위한 역할과 노력에 대해서 살펴보고 있다. 먼저, 호혜성 측면에서는 국가와 국민간의 상호호혜의 관점에서 경제적 측면과 사회문화적 측면을 동시에 고려해야 한다. 둘째 공정성 측면에서는 국내 외국인 전용 카지노에 대한 공정한 재평가와 재배치를 통해 지역사회와 국가가 상생할 수 있는 협력방안이 필요하다. 셋째, 심리적 계약측면에서는 국가는 카지노 산업의 적절한 지역적 안배를 통해 지역사회 구성원과 건전한 상호교환관계를 형성해야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 확인할 수 있는 것은 국가의 일방통행식의 카지노 산업 확대정책은 국민들의 사회적 공감대가 형성되어 있지 않는 순간 사회교환관계는 더 이상 유지될 수 없다는 것이다. 특히, 카지노 산업은 현재에도 국민들에게 사행산업이라는 부정적인 인식이 지배적인 상황에서 카지노 산업을 정책적으로 육성하기 위해서는 국가와 국민 모두에게 경제적, 사회ㆍ문화적으로 이익을 줄 수 있도록 각자에게 주어진 사회적 책임을 통한 적극적인 사회교환 관계의 유지가 필요하다. 본 연구는 카지노 산업 육성과 관련하여 국가와 국민간의 관계를 사회교환이론을 통해 이론적으로 접근하고 있는 데에 의의가 있으며, 향후 카지노 산업의 바람직한 사회적 관계형성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. This study explored the positive and negative effect of casino industry to applies the reciprocity, fairness, psychological contract of social exchange theory. Especially, with regard to the expansion of the casino industry, it examines the role and effort to form a desirable social relationship between the state and the people. The development of casino industry, this study approached from three aspects of social exchange theory. First, as a mutual reciprocity aspect, it should consider the economic and socio-cultural characteristics at the same time. Second, in fairness aspect, the nation and regional community cooperation plan to gain a mutual benefits through fair reassessment and re-deployment is required for foreigner exclusive casino. Third, as psychological contract aspect, States should form a sound exchange relationship with community members through an appropriate regional arrangement in the casino industry. The major contribution of this study is confirming that it does not form a social consensus between the state and the people, social exchange relationships could not be established. therefore, in order to foster the casino industry policy should be able to benefit from the economic, social and cultural both countries and peoples. In addition, it is necessary to maintain an active social exchange relationships through social responsibility given to the country and the people, and it will be able to provide very useful implication for the development of casino industry in the future.
