As the method of providing information is getting multimedia, the synthetic voice is used in not only CTI(Computer Telephony Integration), information service for the blind, but also applications on internet. But properties of synthetic voice, such as speech rate, pitch, timbre and so on, are not adjusted to customers' preference but providers' preference. In order to consider customers' preference, this study proposed four subjective factors of voice through the evaluation of voice using the method of sensibility ergonomics. And the relation synthetic voice to be agreeable to the ear with emotional images was formulated as a fuzzy model. Consequently, this study proposed the speech rate and pitch of synthetic voice which is agreeable to the ear.

Revisiting the Faking Issues of the CRT-A with Koreans

The Conditional Reasoning Test for Aggression (CRT-A) is an implicit assessment for aggression. The CRTAis known to be resistant to response distortion. We revisited LeBreton et al.’s (2007) studies on the fakingissues of the CRT-A with the Korean population. We divided 488 Korean college students into three groupsand asked them to take the CRT-A under different instructions. Results showed that Koreans were able toidentify aggressive alternatives when the purpose of the test was fully disclosed, and the students were lesslikely to select aggressive alternatives if they were told that the CRT-A was a personality test.

근대 이상도시계획에 나타난 공간 형태적 특성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 근대의 유토피아적 개념을 바탕으로 한 사회 사상가들과 건축가들에 의해 제시된 이상도시계획을 연구함으로써, 그들의 유토피아적 사상을 이해하고 급격한 사회변화 과정에서 나타난 도시환경 속에서 인간을 위한 이상적인 도시를 추구하고자 했던 근대의 유토피아 사상가들이 제시한 이상도시계획의 공간 형태적 특성에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 그 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 오웬에서부터 꼬르뷔지에에 이르기까지 이들은 산업혁명 직후의 도시에서 노동자들의 주거환경을 개선함으로써, 그들의 잘 살고자하는 욕망을 해결해주고자 하였다. 둘째, 이들은 산업사회가 초래한 사회적 현상을 해결하고 도시 내 폭발적으로 증가한 인구를 작은 면적에 수용하기 위해 주거를 수직적으로 집합화시키고 내적으로는 주거와 작업공간을 결합시켰다. 이러한 가운데 합리적으로 대지를 분할하고 각각의 기능을 용도에 맞게 배치하는 등 조닝개념을 적극적으로 도입하였다. 셋째, 오웬의 협동마을과 푸리에의 팔랑스테르는 단일의 건물로써, 주로 격자의 도로체계 내의 내향적으로 자급자족하는 커뮤니티를 지향하는 계획안을 제안하였고, 가르니에의 공업도시와 꼬르뷔지에의 빛나는 도시는 여러 격자의 도로 패턴이 겹쳐지는 도로체계를 계획하여 도시의 확장 가능성을 고려하였다.

『사회 5-1』 교과서의 유교문화 단원에 대한 비판적 고찰

This study aims to analyze the contents of Confucian culture unit in the 『Social Studies 5-1』 textbook and suggest alternatives. First of all, the part of ‘Joseon Dynasty where Confucian tradition is settled down?in the 『Social Studies 5-1』 textbook was organized into five subjects mainly based on life and culture histories. The selection criteria is Confucian culture. For this reason, history contents addressing early days of the Joseon Dynasty which elementary students should learn basically are Confucian culture and its from a perspective of Confucian culture, it is difficult to fully present the aspects of economic life, public relationship and Confucian cultural heritage. In other words, ?oseon Dynasty where Confucian tradition is settled down?as a name of unit, is unable to collect subtitles and the contents properly. In addition, mistakes on a historical map must be corrected. Besides, general contents of Confucian culture to be learned from history education class in the elementary school should be selected by considering its significance and relevance. Also, historical facts and interpretation of Confucian culture should be organized conceptually and logically in consideration of learners of elementary school. Next, subjects selected by unit organization should be corresponding with subtitle by time and context by time. In addition, the chronological table of history shown in the Confucian culture unit of 『Social Studies 5-1』 textbook is suggested to be reorganized to the direction enabling to understand general contents of Confucian culture learning in advance. For a chronological table of history of Confucian culture, it would be good to make it as chronological table of explanation indicating event-occurred points and adding an explanation. 먼저 『사회 5-1』 교과서의 ‘유교 전통이 자리 잡은 조선’은 생활사·문화사를 중심으로 한 내용을 다섯 개의 주제로 조직하였다. 그 선정의 기준은 유교문화이다. 이에 따라 초등학교에서 기본적으로 학습해야 할 조선 전기 역사 내용은 유교문화와 그 실천 양상인 의병활동이다. 그런데 유교문화의 관점에서 내용을 구성한다면 경제생활이나 대외적 관계의 측면이 잘 드러날 수 없다. 바꾸어 말해서 단원명으로서 ‘유교 전통이 자리 잡은 조선’은 소주제와 내용을 제대로 수렴할 수 없다. 다음으로 역사지도의 오류는 반드시 수정되어야 한다. 그리고 초등학교에서 학습해야 할 유교문화의 기본 내용은 선정 기준에서 중요성과 적절성을 감안해야 하고, 초등학교 학습자의 측면에서 유교문화의 역사적 사실과 해석을 개념적·논리적으로 구성해야 할 것이다. 한편 소주제 구성은 연대기적 방법으로 유교문화의 시계열성을 살리고, 분야사적 내용 조직으로 유교문화의 인과관계를 이해하도록 해야 할 것이다. 그리고 유교문화 단원의 역사연표에서는 유교문화 학습의 기본 내용을 미리 파악할 수 있는 방향으로 재선정되어야 하겠다. 유교문화의 역사연표는 유형으로 분야사 연표로 작성을 하되 구성 형식을 사건 발생 시점을 표시하고 해설을 덧붙이는 해설 연표로 하면 될 것 같다.

中美“新冷战”视域下特朗普政府对朝鲜半岛和平机制的立场研究

The paper analyzes the peace mechanism of Trump Government towards the Korean Peninsula. There has been a favorable turn in terms of political situation in the Korean Peninsula since 2018. A historic opportunity is at stake to construct the peace mechanism for the Korean Peninsula. Due to the enormous perceptional gap between North Korea and America, unfortunately, none of them has respectively changed the strategies for structural contradiction or current situation. For America, to construct the peace mechanism for the Korean Peninsula will disorganize its strategies for the security in Northeast Asia and weaken its power to contain China. Trump Government has yet to take in consideration accepting North Korea after the latter abandoning the nuclear weapons program. To engage with North Korea is seen as Trump’s effort for his next presidential election. On the other hand, the willpower of North Korea to abandon the nuclear weapon is not strong. Instead, North Korea wishes to become a country with nuclear weapons through taking advantage of the Sino-U.S. contradiction. In the circumstances, China is required to play the roles of stabilizer and catalyst, prevent the North Korea-U.S. negotiation from worsening and continue to promote the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. 本论文主要分析了特朗普政府对朝鲜半岛和平机制的立场。随着2018年以来朝鲜半岛形势的转圜,构建朝鲜半岛和 平机制面临有利的历史机遇。但是朝美之间仍横亘着很大的分歧,而且两国还没有改变朝鲜半岛的结构性矛盾和基本 态势的战略打算。对美国来说,构建朝鲜半岛和平机制会打乱美国的东北亚安全战略布局,消弱美国遏制中国的战略。特 朗普政府根本没有考虑到接纳弃核的朝鲜并构建朝鲜半岛和平机制的问题,与朝鲜接触只是为下一届总统选举加分。 朝鲜弃核的意志不强,利用中美矛盾要成为“拥核国”。中国要成为朝美谈判的“稳定器”、“催化剂”,防止朝美谈判开倒车, 继续推动朝鲜半岛无核化进程。

산청 단계리의 역사 변천과 의미

This paper revealed the meaning and historical transition of Dangye village to Goryeo era from Ancient times. First, Place names of the Dangye village was due to iron oxide phenomenon of iron ore. Dangye was starting to euprak of certain Gayaguk, Silla was footing with the Jeokchonhyeon. Jeokchonhyeon was belong to Gwoljigun when is restructured the local government organization to 685 years by the Unified Silla Dynasty. Jeokchonhyeon was renamed as Daneuphyeon by the Chinese Assimilation Policy in the Age of King Gyungduk. Second, Daneuphyeon has been renamed Dangyehyeon 940 years. This means Dangyehyeon has entered under the rule of the country. And this means that the forces reshaping ended in Dangyehyeon. Dangye village became the center of Dangyehyeon in change of during Late Silla to Early Goryeo Dynasty. Since the Middle of Goryeo, the phase of Dangye village had been weakened by internal and external events. Third, Heoong was the first title in the history of Dangye village called Dangye, and he had a significant impact on the history of Dangye village. Heoong was emigrated to his wife's hometown Dangye in 1337, and He was self-proclaimed as Uheon. Heoong went back to the Government office life in 1345. But he returned to Dangye again in 1348 year around. Since then, he was emigrated to Beobmulri, died in 1357. Migration of Heoong provided an opportunity to migrate his Genealogy or live in hiding in Dangye village and Beobmulri. 이 글에서는 단계마을의 역사 변천과 의미를 고대부터 고려시대까지 구명하고자 했다. 먼저 단계마을의 지명은 철광석의 산화철 현상인 ‘붉은’ 의미가 들어간 ‘적촌’‧‘단읍’‧‘단계’에서 유래했다. 단계의 고대 사회는 한 가야 소국을 구성하던 단위인 읍락이었으며, 신라에 의해 정복된 이후 赤村縣으로 편제되었다. 통일신라 때 菁州 闕支郡의 영현이 되었으며, 경덕왕의 한화정책에 의해 丹邑縣으로 개명되었다. 다음으로 940년 단읍현에서 단계현으로 명호 개정은 단계현이 국가 질서 내로 편제되었음을, 토성분정으로 지역 내의 세력 재편이 마무리되었음을 의미한다. 단계마을은 나말여초의 변화 속에서 단계현의 중심지가 되었다. 그 치소가 도평[양전]에서 단계마을로 옮겨졌기 때문이다. 단계현은 1254년의 몽골 침략, 皆品部曲의 山陰縣으로 移屬, 왜구의 침입으로 위상에 큰 변화를 겪었으며, 단계마을도 그러한 변화로부터 벗어날 수 없었다. 끝으로 許邕은 단계마을의 역사에서 처음으로 그 지명에서 취한 단계로 호칭되었으며, 토성 인물이 존재하지 않는 단계마을 역사에서 가장 크게 영향을 끼친 인물이다. 허옹은 1337년에 처향 단계로 은거하여 스스로 迂軒이라 칭하였으며, 당시 일반적인 男歸女家의 혼인 형태에서 본다면 귀향이라 할 수 있다. 허옹은 1345년에 다시 벼슬살이에 나섰다가 1348년 무렵에 다시 단계로 낙향하고 그 직후 법물리로 이거하였으며, 1357년에 세상을 떠났다. 우헌 허옹이 단계에 입향함으로써 불러온 단계 사회의 변화는 결코 적지 않았다. 여말선초 우헌 허옹의 아들 허소유와 許繼道, 사위 안동 장씨 張綱, 외손서 상산 김씨 丹邱齋 金後가 단계마을과 법물리에 은거하거나 이주하는 계기가 되었기 때문이다.

축열조 허브 중심의 스타 토폴로지 열 네트워크에서의 양방향 열거래 운영 기법

In this paper, we propose an effective bidirectional heat trade approach among them in thermal storage-centered micro thermal network composed of a variety of prosumers and consumers. Currently, the energy supply system has been evolving from one-way supply structure of large-scale power plant to bidirectional trade structure among small-scale distributed resources. Therefore, for bidirectionally free trade among prosumer and consumer within the micro thermal network, the star topology network, which is based on the thermal storage-centered micro thermal network comprising various prosumers and consumers, should be configured. Consequently, the bidirectional thermal energy trade model with a optimally cost-effective characteristics which depends on consumer load profile was derived, and subsequent simulation validated it’s optimized performance. 본 논문에서는 축열조를 중앙의 허브로 하여 다양한 프로슈머와 컨슈머로 구성되어 있는 마이크로 열 네트워크에서 프로슈머와 컨슈머간의 효과적인 양방향 열 거래 기법을 제안한다. 현재 에너지 공급 체계는 대규모 플랜트로부터의 단방향 공급 체계에서 소규모 분산자원 기반의 양방향 거래 체계로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 다양한 프로슈머와 컨슈머로 구성되어 있는 마이크로 열 네트워크에서 모든 참여자간의 양방향 열 거래가 이루어지기 위해서는 축열조를 중앙의 허브로 하고 이를 중심으로 참여자간 자유로운 양방향 열 거래가 이루어지는 스타 토폴로지 네트워크가 구성되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 축열조 허브 중심의 스타 토폴로지 열 네트워크에서 컨슈머의 부하 프로파일에 따른 최적의 비용 효과적인 양방향 열 거래 모델을 도출하였으며 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 기법의 양방향 열 거래 최적화 성능을 확인하였다.
