The ultrastructural development of fetal liver cells according to the activity of hepatic erythropoiesis was studied with 15 human fetal livers from 7 to 34 weeks of gestation. 1) The 1st state(7-8 weeks of gestation) : The nucleus of hepatocyte was oval with granular euchromatin evenly dispersed throughout the interior and prominent nucleoli. The hepatocytes often exhibited many mitochondria and short dilated rERs but no sERs and glycogen deposit. Two types of reticulum cells with intracellular organells developed with close relation with erythropoietic cells. The nucleus of the 1st type was similar with that of hepatocyte and the cytoplasm was full of well-developed multiayered rERs and numerous mitochondria. The nucleus of the 2nd type was irregular and has high electron-dense nucleoplasm. and the cytoplasm was packed with more developed multiayered rERs and oval mitochondria. 2) The 2nd state(9-22 weeks of gestation) : Most of hepatocytes differentiated well and exhibited numerous mitochondria and free ribosome, 5 to 6 layered rER, glycogen deposit, and there were sppearance of sER and hemosiderin in the cytoplasm. With age, the 2nd type reticulum cell became the majority and had more glycogen deposit and less rER. The space of Disse was well-developed but the sinusoidal wall still immature. 3) The 3rd state(23-34 weeks of gestation) : The majority of hepatocytes were mature cells. Reticulum cells, greatly decreasing with age, exhibited increasing lipid storage and decrease of mitochondria and rER. In summary, the maturation of hepatocyte and activity of reticulum cell may influence the hepatic erythropoiesis.

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 윤리, 교직윤리, 배려윤리에 대한 유아교육과 학년별 인식과 실천에 대한 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 위한 연구문제는 예비유아교사의 윤리 인식과 실천 수준 간의 차이는 어떠한가? 연구문제2는 예비유아교사의 교직윤리 인식과 실천 수준 간의 차이는 어떠한가? 연구문 제3은 예비유아교사의 배려윤리 인식과 실천 수준 간의 차이는 어떠한가? 본 연구대상은 K대학의 4년재 유아교육과 1학년부터 4학년까지 총87명이며, 연구도구는 예비유아교사들의 윤리 인식 및 실천 수준에 관한 질문지로 유아교육전문가 6인이 제작한 반구조적인 질문지를 사용하여 질적 연구 하였다. 조사방법은 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 동영상 자료를 분석하고 인텨뷰를 수집하였다. 본 연구결과는 예비유아교사들의 윤리, 교직윤리, 배려윤리 인식수준은 첫째, 윤리에 대한 인식은 학년별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 교육을 통한 윤리 개념을 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교직윤리는 전공분야 특성상 학년이 높을수록 교직에 대한 교사로서의 윤리강령에 나타난 개념 즉, 교사로서의 지켜야할 의무와 책임으로 인식하고 있다. 특히, 개인이 지닌 성격과 가치관에 따라서도 달라졌다. 셋재, 배려윤리에 대한 인식은 실습경험이 있는 3,4학년에게 돌봄의 인식으로 나타났으며, 유아를 보호하고 도움을 한번이라도 주었던 대상에게 더 많이 나타났다.

The radiclal vulvectomy with gracilis myocutaneous pedicle graft is commonly performed in patient with vulvar malignancy. We have experienced 4 cases of radical vulvectomy and gracilis myocutaneous pedicle graft for vulvar malignancies in this hospital from 1986 to 1988. We presents the cases with brief review of literatures.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of extracurricular activities among young children, and investigate the relationship between child stress and extracurricular activities. The following research questions have been established for this purpose. 1. What is the current status of extracurricular activities in which young children participate? 2. How do those activities relate to their parents' background? 3. How is the level of those activities related to the level of child stress? This study was conducted with thirty 5-year-old children and 139 parents from a private kindergarten in Daejon. The children were divided into two groups based on levels of extracurricular activities: 15 children representing the upper 20 percent of children involved in many extracurricular activities were placed in group 1, and 15 children representing the lower 20% who are involved in one or zero extracurricular activity were placed in group 2. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, most children are involved in extracurricular activities, and most children participate in three kinds of activities. The most common type of activity is home study using drill books. Second, the area of extracurricular activities that are most preferred and received the highest expectation are in the verbal area. Third, there were differences in degree of fulfillment between the upper and lower groups. Differences in fulfillment levels are directly proportioned to observed differences in the child's level of stress. The children in the upper group with more than six kinds of extracurricular activities get more stressed than those in the lower group with one or no such activity.
