The digital textile printing (DTP) has several advantages such as proper system for production of small amount, quick response system (QRS), and manufacturing of textile goods by various printing designs. However, it still has problems of color reproduction and control. Generally, color gamut of RGB (red, green, blue) system is wider than that of CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black); therefore, the colors seen in the monitor is different from the colors that appear in the printed output. The color management system (CMS) has been used for improving reproduction and control of printing color. This study was investigated the effects on the appearance of colors in printouts through CMS application such as color gamut, printability and color difference. The results were obtained as follows: first, Color gamut volume with dot gain 49% was decreased to 31.1% in comparison with dot gain 10%; Second, K/S value increased as the dot gain increased; third, the resolution of printer does not have so much effect on printability with light color when dot gain 10 and 20%; and fourth, by using CMS including calibration and profiling process, it was possible to reproduce monitor's color with DTP and reduce the standard deviation of $\Delta$E between monitor's color and printed color with DTP from 5.27 to 2.92.

In order to determine values for the body weight by height groups for Korean adults men who are fully grown up 4,028 (30-39 age-group ; 2,318, 40-49 age-group 1,340, and 50-59 age group : 370) apparently healthy males subjects were randomly selected for the measurement of body weight by height groups. 1) The avergae body height and weight of Korean adult men were $168.3{\pm}4.6cm$ and $63.4{\pm}7.1kg$ in 30-39 age group, $167.7{\pm}4.7cm$ and $63.4{\pm}7.4kg$ in 40-49 age group, and $167.3{\pm}5.2cm$ and $63.3{\pm}8.0kg$ in 50-59 age group. 2) A correlation coefficient of r=+0.52(P<0.001) between body height and weight was found in 30-39 age group of 2,318 subject, r=+0.48(P<0.001) in 40-49 of 1,340 and r=+0.53(P<0.001) in 50-59 of 370 with the aid of there coefficients of linear regression equation body weight and height were established for male as follow; for 30-39 age group, Y(weight in kg)=0.81X(height in cm)-73.02, 40-49 age group, Y(weight in kg)=0.74X(height in cm)-61.82, 50-59g age-group, Y(weight in kg)=0.82X(height in cm)-73.83. 3) With the aid of above listed various equation standard values for body weight by height group, with over weighing and under weighing values were established. 4) Standard bodyweight of Korean was lower than those of American, Japanese and several other formulas for ideal body weight.

Rosin pre-treatment was studied to improve the quality of digital textile printing. Silk and cotton media were tested with reactive and pigment inks. The K/S value of cotton printed with reactive ink was decreased by rosin treatment. The K/S values of cotton and silk printed with pigment inks were increased by rosin treatment, making rosin-treated samples more effective in obtaining dark color during pigment ink printing. MIU, MMD, and SMD values, closely related to surface roughness and printing quality, were lowered by rosin treatment. B and 2HB values increased with increasing concentration of rosin used during treatment. Line printing tests showed decreased line blurriness of rosin-treated silk and a sharper line was printing.
