합성수지를 이용한 원형단면 목재의 압축보강 성능에 관한 실험적 연구

As interest in latest cultural heritance is increased, an importance about conservation of dilapidated cultural building asset is risen. Most of cultural building asset used wood by main material and conservation repair about corrosion and damage by deterioration of these cultural building asset considers cultural value of member and the basis principle is the archetype maintenance. Accordingly, conservation processing method that use synthetic is embossed. This paper experimented with reinforcement sectional area ratio, direction of section, length, strength of synthetic resins as variable and manufactures total 14 specimens as experimental study about compression reinforcement performance of circular section wood that strengthen by synthetic resins. The result of this paper has shown that adequate strengthen is more efficient than new member and the most important authenticity in strengthen and repair of cultural heritance can be ensured. 최근 문화유산에 대한 관심이 고조 되면서 노후화된 건조물문화재의 보존에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 건조물문화재의 대부분이 목재를 주재료로 사용하였으며, 이들 건조물문화재의 노후화에 따른 부식 및 손상에 대한 보존수리는 부재자체의 문화재적 가치를 고려하여 원형유지를 기본원칙으로 한다. 이에 따라, 합성수지를 이용한 보존처리방법이 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 합성수지로 보강한 원형단면 목재의 압축보강 성능에 관한 실험적 연구로서 합성수지의 보강단면적비율, 단면의 보강방향, 보강길이, 합성수지강도를 변수로 하여 총 14개의 시험체를 제작하여 실험하였다. 실험결과 합성수지를 이용하여 적절하게 보강할 경우 신재이상의 보강효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 문화재의 보수 및 보강에서 가장 중요한 오센티시티(authenticity)를 확보할 수 있을 것이다.
토지수용 후 대체부동산의 취득요인과 만족도에 관한 연구

The state expropriates private land to meet the demand for realization of the public interest, and individuals want to be compensated in a fair price if they cannot refuse to take land for a state-led development project. Many previous studies have been conducted on the topic of resolving conflicts and confrontations between land expropriators and prisoners, and accordingly, various solutions such as improvement of laws and systems have been suggested. However, conflicts and confrontations over fair compensation for land expropriation have not completely disappeared from our society, and efforts to amicably resolve them are continuing. The research results obtained through this study showed that investment was the most common purpose at the time of initial acquisition of expropriated land, and the period of holding it for 3~5 years was the most. Land was the most common type of real estate acquired by substitution, followed by Land + Building. About 70% had the highest percentage of using the compensation amount as an alternative acquisition. The reasons for replacing accommodation compensation with real estate were tax benefits and high future value. The biggest obstacle to the acquisition of alternative real estate is that the land price rises significantly as speculators purchase land near the land compensation area for profit. Then, the damage is passed on to the replacement buyer, and the government needs to block such speculative demand in advance. In addition, if a landowner receives land compensation and pays capital gains tax, the remaining land compensation amount cannot be replaced with land of the same size or value as the existing ownership. Therefore, it is necessary to further expand the reduction in capital gains tax to the acquirers of alternative real estate, and an improvement plan is needed for a wide range of recognition of the total amount of compensation for expropriation of the expropriated land.

At recent, the building become larger and higher according to the social situation. And the long span-large space is necessary in the interior of building. According to these conditions, the mixed system which compose a structural system using more than two kinds of material is used to satisfy these requirements. Reinforced concrete columns and steel beams are used at the subject building of this study. But the slab on the steel beam is constructed being separated with adjacent slab, concrete beam and column. From this cause over lateral load is forced at the column and many problems in use are occured because of water leakage induced by destruction of waterproof layer The purpose of this study is to research the effect of lateral restraint as diaphragm of slab which is joined with core and adjacent concrete slab by the steal braced tie beam.
PCA와 비선형분류기에 기반을 둔 유도전동기의 고장진단

본 논문에서는, 주성분분석기법과 다층신경망에 기반을 둔 유도전동기의 고장진단기법을 제안하고자 한다. 입력의 수가 많을 경우 다층신경망만을 이용하여 분류하는 데는 한계가 있다. 이려한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 주성분분석기번에 의해 입력특징의 수를 축약한 후, 비선형분류기인 다층신경망을 적용하였다. 또한, 주성분 분석기법에 추출된 특정벡터가 고장상대별로 비선형성 특성을 보일 경우 기존의 거리척도 기반에 의한 분류방법으로는 정확한 진단을 하는데 어려움이 있다. 이를 위해 비선형 분류기인 MLP를 작용함으로써 효과적인 고장진단을 하고자 한다. 제안된 기법은 다양한 실험을 통해 기존의 선형분류기에 비해 우수한 결과를 보임을 나타내고자 한다. In this paper, we propose fault diagnosis of induction motor based on PCA and MLP. To resolve the main drawback of MLP, we calculate the reduced features by PCA in advance. Finally, we develop the diagnosis system based on nonlinear classifier by MLP rather than linear classifier by conventional k-NN. By various experiments, we obtained better classification performance in comparison to the results produced by linear classifier by k-NN.
합성수지를 이용한 원형단면 목재의 휨 성능에 관한 연구

The main material of wooden structures is wood, can be obtained easily in nature and higher strength per unit weight as well as eco-friendly and process of the manufacture has been superb. A weak point is Knots, while, cross grain, vermin by insects, fire and strength degradation due to fatigue and corrosion by deterioration. especially the deterioration of the wooden structure must be accompanied by appropriate conservation measures, because it is most the cultural assets. Conservation of wooden structure as possible, reuse the original repair itself, the consideration of the cultural value of attending to the basic principle is to maintain a archetype. Accordingly, the physical and chemical combined methods using a synthetic resins is emerging. A study on conservation methods using synthetic resins is only a short time. So former studies was the aspect of pure science to conserve, it is not that improvement of capacity using synthetic resins in wooden structures. The purpose of this paper is about flexural capacity of circular section wood using synthetic resins, the 11 specimens are manufactured and made an experiment about reinforcement length, ratio, material strength, direction of synthetic resins as variable. The results of this paper has shown that flexural reinforcement of wood by synthetic resins are efficient and found the possibility of using.

Recently, researches and applications on the strengthening methods using FRP(fiber-reinforced plastic) plate which has corrosion and fire resistance, and also has the excellent capacities of applicability, constructibility and light weight, shows tendency to increase in the part of strengthening scheme for enhancing durability and strength and stiffness of damaged RC structures. Although the method has strength increase effective, investigations have shown that FRP plate bonding method has tendency to detach prematurely due to stress concentrations at the end of the plate and then, it is needed to an additional settlement such as an anchor in order for preventing the problem. Concerning this problem, the filling-up FRP method which places FRP rod into concrete surface is developed in order for coping with the shortcomings as debonding of FRP plate. Compared with the bonding method, the aim of the present research, therefore, is to determine the effectiveness of the filling-up method and investigate the failure mode and behaviour, moment capacities of the filling-up strengthened RC beams
