A textured front surface is required in high efficiency silicon solar cells to reduce reflectance and to improve light trapping. Wet etching with alkaline solution is usually applied for mono crystalline silicon solar cells. However, alkali texturing method is not appropriate for multi-crystalline silicon wafers due to grain boundary of random crystallographic orientation. Accordingly, acid texturing method is generally used for multi-crystalline silicon wafers to reduce the surface reflectance. To reduce reflectivity of multi-crystalline silicon wafers, double texturing method with combination of acid and reactive ion etching is an attractive technical solution. In this paper, we have studied to optimize RIE condition by different RF power condition (100, 150, 200, 250, 300 W).

경제위기 이전과 이후에 발생한 서울시 노숙자의 음주 문제에 대한 비교

목 적: 본 연구는 우리나라에서 경제위기 이후에 급증한 노숙자와 경제위기 이전부터 존재했던 노숙자의 특성 차이 및 음주 문제의 차이를 알아보자 하였다. 연구방법: 서울시 자유의 집과 은평의 마을에 입소해 있는 성인 남성 노숙자 744명을 대상으로 노숙 및 음주력 설문지와 AUDIT(Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test), ADS(Alcohol Dependence Scale)를 조사하였다. 결 과: 경제위기 이전과 이후의 노숙군은 사회인구학적 특성이 다른 것으로 나타났고, 경제위기 이전 노숙군이 경제위기 이후 노숙군에 비해서 알코올 사용 장애의 고위험군의 비율이 높았고 임상적으로 심각한 수준의 알코올 사용자의 비율이 높게 나타났다. 또한 경제위기 이전 노숙군이 경제위기 이후 노숙군보다 이른 나이에 음주를 시작했으며 음주량도 많았고 음주 빈도도 높게 나타났 다. 노숙 기간과 음주 문제는 연관성을 보이지 않았다. 결 론: 노숙자의 사회인구학적 특성 및 음주 문제가 사회적 상황에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 따라서 노숙자에 대한 정신과적 치료와 효율적인 노숙자 정책을 위해서는 노숙자의 시대적 특성에 대한 고려가 필요할 것이다. Objectives:This study was designed to elucidate the differences between the characteristics and alcohol-related problems of the homeless before and after Economic Crisis, and to explore the association between the duration of homelessness and alcohol problems. Methods:The subjects were 744 adult male homeless inhabited in two shelters in Seoul. Questions of alcohol history, AUDIT(Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test) and ADS(Alcohol Dependence Scale) were applied to them. Results:The demographic characteristics of the homeless before and after Economic Crisis were different. The rates of high risk group for alcohol use disorder and the clinically significant alcohol users were higher in the homeless before Economic Crisis. The homeless before Economic Crisis started drinking earlier in age than the homeless after Economic Crisis. The drinking amount and frequency were higher in the homeless before Economic Crisis than the homeless after Economic Crisis. There was no significant association between the duration of homelessness and alcohol-related problems. Conclusion:The demographic characteristics and alcohol-related problems of the homeless were different according to social situation. So, The different characteristics of the homeless should be considered for the psychiatric treatment of the homeless and the effective homeless policy.

Surface Texturing is an essential process for high efficiency in multi-crystalline silicon solar cell. In order to reduce the reflectivity, there are two major methods; proper surface texturing and anti-reflection coating. For texturization, wet chemical etching is a typical method for multi-crystalline silicon. The chemical solution for wet etching consists of HF, HNO₃, DI and CH₃COOH. We carried out texturization by the change of etching time like 15sec, 30sec, 45sec, 60sec and measured the reflectivity of textured wafers. As making the silicon solar cells, we obtained the conversion efficiency and relationship between texturing condition and solar cell characteristics. The reflectivity from 300㎚ to 1200㎚ was the lowest with 15 sec texturing time and 60 sec texturing time showed almost same reflectivity as bare one. The 45 sec texturing time showed the highest conversion efficiency.

Many researches have been carried outto improve light absorption in the crystalline silicon solar cell fabrication. The rear reflection is applied to increase the path length of light, resulting in the light absorption enhancement and thus the efficiency improvement mainly due to increase in short circuit current. In this paper, we manufactured the silicon solar cell using the mono crystalline silicon wafers with 156×156 ㎟, 0.5~3.0 Ω·㎝ of resistivity and p-type. After saw damage removal, the dielectric film (SiNx)on the back surface was deposited, followed by surface texturing inthe KOH solution. It resulted in single-side texturing wafer. Then the dielectric film was removed in the HF solution.The silicon wafers were doped with phosphorus by POCl3 with the sheet resistance 50Ω/ and then the silicon nitride was deposited on the front surface by the PECVD with 80㎚ thickness. The electrodes were formed by screen-printing with Ag and Al paste for front and back surface, respectively. The reflectan and transmittance for the single-sided and double-sided textured wafers were compared. The double-sided textured wafer showed higher reflectance and lower transmittance at the long wavelength region, compared to single-sided. The completed crystalline silicon solar cells with different back surface texture showed the conversion efficiency of 17.4% for the single sided and 17.3% for the double sided. The efficiency improvement with single-sided textured solar cell resulted from reflectance increase on back surface and light absorption enhancement.

Objectives:This study was designed to investigate the relationship of alcohol dependence, alcohol insight, and depression. Methods:The study subjects were 124 patients diagnosed with alcohol dependence. We analyzed sociodemographic characteristics and utilized the Alcohol Dependence Scale (ADS), Beck’s Depression Inventory (BDI), and the Hanil Alcohol Insight Scale (HAIS). Results:In the group with a higher level of depression, more severe alcohol dependence showed (p=0.003). The mean BDI score was higher than that of other groups in severe alcohol dependence (p=0.000). The ADS score was related to the BDI score (p=0.000). However, we could not find any correlation between the HAIS and the BDI. Conclusion:Depressive mood is related to alcohol dependence, so intervention to treat depression is needed for managing alcohol dependence.
