In the legislation interpretation and fundamental viewpoint about the legal system of insider trading, Japan strictly legislate under the proposition, the principle of 'nulla poena,' adopted 'the principle of limited enumeration,' and United states, under 'the principle of comprehension,' has entrusted courts with establishment of concrete concepts and standard, so the courts are very flexible in determining the range of insiders and the importance of inside information to show a strong will to eradicate insider trading. Korea has a legislative position of 'the principle of limited indication' which has been created by the negotiation between those principles of United states and Japan. Though this court has interpreted insider trading, insider trading using non-disclosed information has increased lately, needing the strengthening of its regulations. However, this shows us that sophisticate the regulations may be, the exposure of insider trading has limitations. The most important thing is to change recognition for transparency of the securities market, security of investors and to establish the atmosphere which is that fair stock trading made in a sound capital market to raise funds for corporation. The policies of improving unfair trading, self-regulation bodies, raising the transparency and legality of procedures of supervision and monitoring and applying 'compliance program' to stock companies are very needed to eliminate unfair trading in the securities market and establish the order of trading.

창업중소기업을 위한 조세지원제도에 관한 연구

In this paper, it is indicated that, currently, foundation of small and medium businesses is generally increasing in number, but the establishment of manufacturing companies is very slow. This is because of many factors interfering with promotion of the opening of small and medium businesses such as endless bakruptcies of the businesses and uncertain perspective. Therefore, it will be expected to encourage people to start business and activate establishment of small and medium sized manufacturing companies by improving tax support systems and providing tax support information services for founed companies and foundation supporting companies.

초등교사의 수영교육 실행경험 및 수영교육 발전방안

이 연구는 초등학교에서 수영교육을 담당하는 3학년 담임교사들의 수영교육 실행경험을 드러내고, 수영교육의 발전방안을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 S초등학교와 Y초등학교에 근무하는 3학년 담임교사 4명을 대상으로 참여관찰, 심층면담, 문서자료 수집 등을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 자료분석 방법인 영역분석, 분류분석을 실시하여 수영교육의 계획-준비-실행-마무리 과정에서의 경험을 드러냈다. 연구결과 수영교육 담당 교사들은 수영교육의 계획과정에서 일방적인 수영교육 시기와 장소 결정 및 통보, 수영교육실행에 대한 부담과 자신감 부족을, 준비과정에서 수영장 이동과 학생 인솔 그리고 탈의실과 샤워실 사용지도의 어려움을 경험하였다. 실행과정에서 수영교육의 목표와 실천 사이의 괴리에 대한 침묵, 수영교육의 평가권 위임을, 마무리과정에서 학생들 뒤치다꺼리하기, 후속교육에 대한 여력 부족을 경험하였다. 이를 바탕으로 수영교육 시스템 개선, 수영교육 패러다임 전환, 수영교육 지도자의 교수역량 강화를 초등학교 수영교육의 발전방안으로 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to display the execution experience of homeroom teachers of third grade that are in charge of swimming education in elementary schools and to propose the development plan of swimming education. For this purpose, the data was collected through participating observation, in-depth interview, documentation and so forth for 4 homeroom teachers of third grade working in S Elementary School and Y Elementary School in Seoul. The collected data displayed the experiences in planning, preparation, execution and completion process of swimming education by implementing the territory analysis and classification analysis as the data analysis method proposed by Spradley (1979). As a result of this study, those teachers in charge of swimming education experienced the difficulties in unilateral decision and notice of time and place for swimming education, burden on swimming education execution, lack of confidence, problem in moving to swimming pool, leading students and instruction to use locker room and shower facility in the preparatory process. In the execution process, they experienced silence on the gap between the goal of swimming education and its practice as well as delegation of evaluation right of swimming education while the conclusion process to experience lack of available resources on supporting students and ensuing training. On the basis of foregoing, the proposal was made on development plan of swimming education in elementary school with the system improvement of swimming education, paradigm conversion of swimming education, strengthening of teaching competency of swimming education instructors.

한 여자농구선수의 생애사 : 전문선수로의 성장과 체육교육자로의 경력전환과정

이 연구는 한 여자농구선수가 농구부에 입단하여 전문선수로 성장하는 과정과 은퇴 후 경력전환을 통해 체육교육자로 살아가는 삶을 조명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 생애사 연구방법을 적용하였으며 내러티브 인터뷰, 신문기사, 신문스크랩, 사진 등의 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 수집한 자료의 분석은 생애사 자료 분석 방법 중 총체적 형태 분석 방법으로 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 생애사 연구의 주인공이 전문선수로 성장하는 과정은 크게 ‘농구와 공부 사이의 줄다리기’와 ‘전문농구선수로서의 삶’의 과정으로, 은퇴 후 체육교육자로 경력을 전환하는 과정은 ‘만학도의 꿈 실현’과 ‘체육교육자로의 성장과 도전’ 과정으로 도출되었다. 또한 주인공의 농구선수와 체육교육자로서의 삶의 여정 속에는 농구와 공부가 관류하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to illuminate the process of the career development of a female basketball player from joining a basketball team to growing into a successful professional basketball player and physical education educator after retirement. For this, the life-history research method has been adopted along with collection of necessary data through various means and sources, including narrative interview, newspaper articles, newspaper scrap, and photographs. The collected data have been analyzed based on the biographical data analysis as part of the life-history data analysis. The research findings are as follows. First, the growth and development process as a basketball player, or main character of the life-history research, featured a tug of war between basketball and study and the life as a professional basketball player . Next, the career transition process to a physical education educator after retirement featured the realization of aged student’s dream and Growth and challenges to physical education educator’. The life journey of a basketball player and physical education educator has been found to be built on both basketball and study at the same time.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of personal characteristics, loan characteristics, and interest rate characteristics of 2,653 borrowers on the delinquency possibility. In doing so, this study applies both multiple regression and logistic regression models to the data of credit unions in the city of Daegu. Design/Methodology/Approach - The major results of multiple regression analysis using SPSS are as follows. Findings - As for the results of testing the significance of the regression coefficients, it has been found that among the personal characteristics variables membership, credit rating, credit rating changes, and LTV have significant positive (+) effects on the delinquency possibility. Also it has been shown that among the loan characteristics variables loan amount, loan balance, total debt amount, collateral type, collateral amount, and repayment method have significant positive (+) effects on the delinquency possibility. Furthermore it has been found that among the interest rate characteristics variables both overdue interest rate and interest rate spread have positive (+) effects on the delinquency possibility. However, it has been shown that among the personal characteristics variables equity and membership do not have significant effects on the delinquency possibility, and that normal interest rate among the interest rate characteristics variables also do not have a significant effect on the delinquency possibility. Research Implications - By systematically analyzing the variables affecting delinquency possibility based on the results of this study, credit unions might get positive help in improving the system of managing receivables. Furthermore, the results of this study could be extended and applied to other types of financial institutions, so that financial institutions in general will also get some help to systematically manage the delinquency possibility.

초등 교과교육 : 발자국: 한 초등교사의 성장 과정

이 연구는 평범했던 한 초등학교 교사가 초등체육교육전문가로 성장해가는 과정을 그의 삶의 이야기를 통해 되짚어본 생애사 연구이다. 자료의 수집은 2013년 6월부터 2014년 2월 사이 연구 참여자인 김교사의 회고를 중심으로 한 심층면담 및 인터넷 기사, 출판물 등의 문서자료를 통해 이루어졌다. 자료의 분석은 생애사의 전체적 구조를 확인하는 분석(holistic-form)과 이야기의 조직원리에 초점을 맞추어 생애사 서술의 서사 구조를 탐구하는 담론 분석(discourse analysis)을 실시하였고, 사건과 맥락, 그에 대한 연구참여자의 해석간의 역동적 관계를 살피며 삶의 의미를 재해석하였다. 24년 경력의 김교사는 초등학교 교사로서, 교사 연수 강사로서, 교과서 집필자로서, 연구자로서, 교육행정가로서 초등체육교육의 역사를 만들어가며 함께 성장하였다. 김교사의 성장 과정에는 다양한 방식의 소통이 이루어졌고, 그것은 선순환의 구조를 지속해왔다. 또한 그의 교과관은 체육교육계의 학문적 흐름에 영향을 받으며 변화하는 모습을 보여 왔으나 최근에는 ‘힐링체육’이라는 자신만의 교과관을 구축하며 학생의 삶이 중심이 된 체육교육을 펼치고자 노력하고 있다. This study is about the life history of an elementary school teacher, Mr. Kim, who has grown to an elementary physical education professional. The data were collected from June 2013 to January 2014 through the in-depth interview and the documents review such as the internet articles and publications. For the analysis of the data, the holistic-form approach that checks the entire structure of the life history and the discourse analysis that explores the narrative structure of the life history focused on the story`s organizing principle with the question, ``why?``, were performed, and the meaning of the life was re-analyzed by looking at the dynamic relation of events, contexts, and the participant`s interpretation on his life. Teacher Kim of 24 year-work experiences grew forming the elementary physical education history as an elementary school teacher, teacher training instructor, textbook writer, researcher, and educational administrator. In the growing process of Teacher Kim, various type of communications were made, and these communications kept up the virtuous circle structure. In addition, his view on education showed changes affected by the academic flow of the physical education research, but recently forming his own curriculum view called ``Healing physical education``, brought about the conversion of the recognition into a new physical education.

단일 비트를 이용한 온도·습도센서 통신 기술 연구

본 논문에서는 IoST(Internet of Small Things)로 분류되는 소형화된 사물에 적합하도록 기존 2핀을 사용하여 통신하는 I2C 직렬 통신과 달리 단일 핀을 사용하여 온도·습도 통신이 가능한 통신 기술을 연구하였다. 기존의 센서 정보를 주고받는 I2C 직렬 통신 방식은 클럭과 데이터 핀을 사용하여 비교적 빠른 속도로 데이터 전송을 하지만 단일 핀 사용 방식보다 전력소모에 큰 영향을 주기 때문에 IoST 통신에서 보다 적합하도록 하드웨어 설계를 단순화하여 면적을 줄이고 전력 소모를 줄이도록 하는 방안을 연구하였다.
