In this Paper, Remarkable change of optical modulation and electrochemical doping absorption spectrum was observed in polythiophene films. Absorption induced by a photo excitation are studied in polythiophene film. The photo induced absorption spectra which are consistent with those of dopant induced absorption at dilute doping levels species are polaron. We have shown that the energy levels of photo indicated polaron and bipolaron are essentially same to those of dopant induced. One`s and that polarons are dominantly photogenerated in electrochemically prepared polythiophene film.
전해중합에 의한 Polyselenophene 박막의 전기 · 광학적 특성에 관한 연구

Electrical and optical properties of heterocyclic conducting polymer like polyselenophene synthesized by electropolymerization are investigated. In the case of polyselenophene film, remarkable difference of electrical properties in both doped and undoped states are observed. That is, the doped polyselenophene film indicates highly electrical conductiviy, but it`s decrease remarkably after undoping. It has been found that the electrical properties are strongly influenced by the molecular structure doping levels and preparation conditions. Remarkable change of absorption spectrum was observed in polyselenophene film. Absorption induced by a photo excitation are studied in polyselenophene film. The photo induced absorption spectra which are consistent with those of dopant-induced absorptoon at dilute doping levels indicate that, the dominant photo induced charged species are polarons. We have shown that the energy levels of photo indicate polaron and bipolaron are essentially same to those of dopant induced ones and that polarons are domi-nantly photogenerated in electropolymerization prepared polyselenophene film.

In this paper, photo induced absorption (PIA) of conducting polymer like polythiophene and poly(3-methylthiophene) are investigated. In the case of polythiophene and poly(3-methythiophene) films, remarkable differences of photo properties in between doped and undoped states are observed. Absorption induced by photo excitation are studied in polythiophene and poly(3-methylthiophene) films. I have shown the energy levels of photo indicated polaron and bipolaron are essentially same to those of dopant induced.

$TiO_2$ nano-particle paste was prepared by ethyl cellulose, $\alpha$-terpineol and bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (dioxcyl phthalate) for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Dispersion and absorbance of $TiO_2$ photoanode films was controlled by adding different amount of ethyl cellulose and $\alpha$-terpineol. The morphology of prepared $TiO_2$ films was studied by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and the optical properties of $TiO_2$ films were measured by UV/vis spectra. Photovoltaic-current density was observed to determine the electrochemical response of DSSCs. Energy conversion efficiency was obtained about 7.1% at ethyl cellulose and $\alpha$-terpineol at optimal mixed ratio (as ethyl cellulose: 0.1 g; $\alpha$-terpineol: 1.5 ml) under illumination with AM 1.5($100\;Wcm^{-2}$) simulated sunlight.
