RF-magnetron Sputtering Process를 이용하여 Pt/Ti/Si(100)기판위에 lanthanum-modified lead titanate 박막을 제작하였다. 기판온도와 증착시간이 증가함에 따라 증착율은 감소하였다. 기판온도가 증가함에 따라 fine grain들은 large grain으로 변화하였다. Perovskite구조는 기판온도 54$0^{\circ}C$, gas pressure 30mtorr에서 나타나기 시작하였다. 본 실험에서 perovskite 박막제작에 대한 조건은 기판온도 58$0^{\circ}C$, gas pressure 30mtorr였다. Pt/Ti/Si(100) 우선 배향된 박막을 얻었다. La양이 증가함에 따라 유전율, 항전계, 잔류분극량은 증가하였다. 중심주파수가 44.7MHz, 전파속도는 2680m/sec를 가지는 SAW filter 특성을 얻었다.

A numerical investigation has been carried out for the two-dimensional flow and pressure characteristics in a clean room equipped with two kinds of filters and four access panels. The distributed pressure resistance concept was applied to describe the momentum loss in filters and access panels. As a result, the velocity profile in the clean room became rather smooth by the presence of access panels. Furthermore, the average pressure drop of each access panel reached the same value so that the ratio of the flow rate should be the same at any zone. The closing of an access panel with maintaining the other access panels being opened had influenced on the velocity distribution in lower two thirds of left half space of the clean room.

최근 인천육군조병창의 흔적과 건물을 두고 철거와 보존 의견이 서로 충돌하고 있다. 이 같은 의견 갈등의 주된 요인은 일제강점기 부평 지역에 조성된인천육군조병창의 역사적 의미와 그 파급 효과 등에 대한 연구나 조사가 종합적인 시선에서 본격으로 다루어지지 않아왔기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는일제강점기 부평 지역에 들어선 인천육군조병창의 입지 배경과 주요 기능을당시의 관련 자료들을 중심으로 밝히는 한편, 오늘날 인천육군조병창이 갖는역사적 의미를 탐색함으로써 인천육군조병창을 구성했던 일부 건물의 보존과철거를 둘러싼 최근의 의견 대립의 해소 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. Recently, opinions on demolition and preservation are conflicting with each other over the traces and some of buildings of the Incheon Army Arsenal of Japanese Colonialism. The main reason for this conflict of opinions is that research or investigation on the historical meaning of the Incheon Army Arsenal and its ripple effects, which were created in the Bupyeong area under the Japanese colonialism, has not been dealt with in earnest from a comprehensive perspective. This study reveals the location background and main functions of the Incheon Army Arsenal in the Bupyeong area during the Japanese colonial era, focusing on related data at the time, while exploring the historical meaning of the Incheon Army Arsenal today to identify some of the buildings that made up the Incheon Army Arsenal. The pelvis is a ring structure with strong ligamentous support. This support includes the symphysis pubis, the anterior and posterior sacroiliac ligaments, the strong sacrospinous and sacrotuberous ligaments. Since the pelvis is a ring, disruption of any portion of the ring is always associated with disruption of other portion of the ring. Massive pelvic disruption is an important and often life threatening injury. The authors reviewed 35 cases of unstable pelvic bone fracture treated at the Orthopedic Department of Chonbuk National University Hospital from January 1999 to April 2001. We analyzed methods of treatment and reviewed the initial management of unstable pelvic bone fractures by external fixator and radiological view of assessment of external fixation The satisfactory results of conservative treatment were 40%, and operative treatment were 75%. In unstable pelvic bone fracture, we found that anteriorly the external fixation and posterior ORIF may be the definitive treatment of unstable pelvic bone fracture.
