      • 코칭행동과 상태불안의 관계: 심리욕구의 매개효과 검증

        The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of basic psychological needs satisfaction and thwarting on the relationship between coaching type and state anxiety perceived by kumdo players. The subjects were 209 high school athletes participating in the 47th National Sports Kumdo of the Ministry of Culture and Sports in 2018. These subjects completed the questionnaires to measure autonomy supportive coaching, controlling coaching, basic psychological need satisfaction and thwarting, state anxiety. The major findings were as follow. First, autonomy supported coaching showed a positive(+) effect on psychological desire satisfaction, And negative(-) influence on the psychological need thwarting. Controlling coaching has negative(-) effects pointless on psychological need satisfaction, And positive(+) influence on the psychological need thwarting. Second, psychological need satisfaction of has a pointless negative(-) influence on anxiety, the psychological need thwarting showed a positive(+) effect on anxiety. Third, autonomy supportive coaching did not have significant effect on anxiety through psychological desire satisfaction, Controlling coaching showed a significant indirect effect on anxiety via psychological need thwarting.

        검도선수들의 열정과 운동 수행만족 간의 관계: 운동의존성의 매개효과 검증

        본 연구는 검도선수들의 열정과 운동 수행만족 간의 관계에서 운동의존성의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 연구 대상자들은 2020년 대한검도회에 선수등록이 된 고등부, 대학부, 일반부 검도선수 236명을 선정하였다. 이들 연구 대상자들은 열정, 운동의존성, 운동 수행만족 측정지에 응답하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS18.0, PROCESS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조화열정은 운동 수행만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 강박열정은 운동 수행만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 유의한 영향은 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 조화열정은 운동의존성의 하위요인인 지속성을 제외하고 모든 하위요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 강박열정은 운동의 존성 하위요인인 모든 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 운동의존성 하위요인인 내성, 지속성, 시간은 운동 수행만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 조화열정은 운동의존성 하위요인인 내성, 시간을 경유하여 운동 수행만족에 유의한 간접효과를 미쳤으며, 강박열정은 내성을 경유하여 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이와 같은 결과는 조화 열정적인 선수들은 운동 수행만족을 유발시킨다. 하지만, 지나친 운동의존성은 운동 수행만족에 부분적으로 유의한 영향력을 발휘하지 못한다. 이에, 적절히 선수들의 컨디션 조절과 훈련 시간을 투자하고 매진하는 것이 운동 수행만족을 높여줄 수 있는 원동력이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. This study is to verify the mediating effect of exercise dependence on the relationship between passion and exercise performance satisfaction of kumdo athlete. The subjects of this study selected 236 high school, college, and general kumdo athlete who were registered as athlete in the 2020 Korean Kumdo Association. These subjects responded to measures of passion, exercise dependence, and exercise performance satisfaction. In order to analyze the collected data, it was analyzed using SPSS18.0, PROCESS program. The major results were as follow. First, harmony passion had a significant positive effect on exercise performance satisfaction, and obsession passion had a positive effect on exercise performance satisfaction, but no significant effect. Second, harmony passion had a significant positive effect on all sub-factors except for continuance, which is a sub-factor of exercise dependence, and obsession passion had a significant positive effect on all factors, which are sub-factors of exercise dependence. Third, tolerance, continuance, and time, which are sub-factors of exercise dependence, had a significant positive effect on exercise performance satisfaction. Fourth, harmony passion had a significant indirect effect on exercise performance satisfaction through tolerance and time, which are sub-factors of exercise dependence, and obsession passion had a significant positive effect through tolerance. Such a result causes the athletes who are harmony passion to be exercise performance satisfaction. However, excessive exercise dependence does not partially exert a significant influence on exercise performance satisfaction. Accordingly, it is suggested that appropriately controlling the athletes' condition and investing and selling out training time can be a driving force that can increase the exercise performance satisfaction.

        The purpose of this study is to verity the mediating effect of team cohesion in the relationship between transformational leadership and athletic performance perceived by kumdo players. The subjects of the study were 200 high school and college students who participated in the 49th National Student Kumdo Competition by the Minister of Cultuer and Sports in 2020. They responded to transformative leadership, team cohesion, and athletic performance metrics. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS18.0 and SPSS Macro PROCESS statistical programs. The main results were as follows. First, transformational leadership had a significant positive(+) effect on athletic performance, and a significant positive(+) effect on team cohesion. Second, team cohesion had a significant positive(+) effect on athletic performance. Third, transformational leadership induced a significant positive(+) indirect effect on athletic performance through team cohesion.

        This study aims to verify the mediating effect of team cohesion in the relationship how coaching types perceived by Kumdo athletes affect exercise adherence and dropout intention. The questionnaire was given to 217 Kumdo athletes who participated in the 2019 Chugye(Fall) Middle School and High School Kumdo Competition. They responded to factors of coaching type, team cohesion, exercise adherence, and dropout intention Using SPSS 18.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro program, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and mediating effect analysis were applied for the collected data analysis. The major results were as follows. First, autonomous support coaching had a significant positive(+) effect on exercise adherence but a negative(-) effect on dropout intention. Controlled coaching only had a significant positive(+) effect on dropout intention. Second, autonomous support coaching had a positive(+) effect on team cohesion, but controlled coaching did not appear to have a significant effect on team cohesion. Third, team cohesion had a significant positive(+) effect on exercise adherence but a significant negative(-) effect on the dropout intention. Fourth, autonomous support coaching had a significant indirect effect on exercise adherence and dropout intention through team cohesion.

        음악학원 운영특성요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        음악학원이 추구하는 가치와 목표는 이윤의 극대화에 있다. 운영목적을 달성하기 위해서는 반드시 교육적 측면과 경제적 측면을 고려해야 하는 것이 현실이다. 결국 창조적인 교육을 통한 교육의 질 향상과 이를 통해 이윤을 창출하는 것이 경영성과를 결정짓는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 학원운 영의 성과를 극대화하기 위한 운영특성요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 학원장의 직무만족과 경영성과에 미치는 독립변수의 영향을 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학원운영 특성요인이 음악학원 운영자의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 변수는 환경 개선요인과 강사의 질적수준, 원장의 운영마인드로 나타났다. 둘째, 음악학원 운영자의 학원운영 특성요인이 재무적성과(학원생 증가, 수입 증가)에 미치는 영향은 학원장의 운영마인드 변수에서만 유의적인 관련성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 비재무적성과 (학원의 환경수준, 강사의 신뢰도, 학원생의 성취감, 교육의 질)에 유의적인 변수는 환경개선요인과 강사의 질적수준, 원장의 운영마인드가 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 음악학원의 효율적인 운영은 원장의 직무만족에 긍정적 변화를 초래함으로서 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 음악학원 및 교습소의 운영특성요인이 학원운영자의 직무만족과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 연구결과를 토대로 피아노학원 학원장들에게 효율적인 운영방법을 제공하였을 것으로 기대 된다. The value and goal which music institutes pursue are to maximize their profits. In order to achieve operational purposes, it is realistic to consider educational aspect and economic aspect necessarily. Ultimately, by enhancing the quality of education through creative education and so creating profits, management performance can be determined. Thus, the purpose of this study is to synthetically examine the relationship between operational characteristic factors and management performance to maximize the performance of institute operation by analyzing the effects of independent variables on job satisfaction and management performance. For this purpose, this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the institute operation factors which influenced the job satisfaction of music institute directors were environment improvement factor, lecturers qualitative level, and directors operational mind. Second, the effects which the institute operation factors had on the financial performance of management performance 1(institute student increase and income increase) were significant only in directors operational mind. Environment improvement factor, lecturers qualitative level, and directors operational mind had significant effects on the non-financial performance of management performance 2(the environment level of institutions, the reliability of lecturers, the achievement of institute students, and the quality of education). Third, the efficient operation of music institutes produced positive changes on directors job satisfaction to have significant effects on ultimate management performance 1 and 2. Based on the research results of analyzing the effects of operational characteristic factors on efficient management performance in music institutes and training schools, this study expects to provide effective operational methods to the directors of piano institutes.

      • 체육전공 대학생들이 지각하는 변혁적 리더십과 스트레스 간의 관계에서 강의열의의 조절효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of lecture engagement on the relationship between transformational leadership and stress perceived by college students of physical education. The subjects of this study were 198 students from 4 departments of physical education at 3 universities located in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. They responded to the transformational leadership, lecture engagement, and Stress measures. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS18.0, SPSS Macro PROCESS, and Interaction statistics program. The main results were as follows. First, in the relationship between transformational leadership and stress, the moderating effect of lecture engagement was found to have a significant negative effect. Second, using the Interaction program, the interaction between transformational leadership and lecture engagement had a significant moderating effect on stress in the order of high, medium, and low.
