This study was performed to control the thermal crack of the mat footing slab in the multi-purposed buildings. In this study, we executed the mixing design of concrete to satisfy the workability and the quality according to the site conditions. And, we evaluated quantitatively about the possibility of thermal crack by using hydration heat analysis system. Finally, we proposed the optimal mixing conditions, curing methods and curing period which all factors are considered. As a result, the optimal mixing conditions were : W/B 41%, unit binder 375kgf/$\textrm{m}^3$, FA replacement ratio 20%. Lowest thermal stress was 22.0kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and at that time thermal crack index was over 1.5, when the coefficient of thermal conductivity was lowest among the curing conditions. And, the total curing time was estimated at 6.7 days according to curing steps.

Generally Short Circuit Test of transformers are tested according to IEEE std C57.12.00-2000, IEC 60076-5(2000-07), ES148(1998.6.26) or KS C4309(2003). But ES148 (1998.6.26) is same as IEEE std C57. 12.00-2000 and KS C4309(2003) is revising coincidence with IEC 60076-5 (2000 ~07). On this study condition of the transformers before short circuit test, calculation method for test current peak value, tolerance on the asymmetrical peak and r.m.s value, short circuit testing procedure, number of short circuit test, duration short circuit test, and detection of faults and evaluation of short circuit test result will be compared with ANSI and IEC.
ADAMS를 이용한 항공기 전륜착륙장치의 동적거동해석 및 최적설계

본 연구에서는 KT-1 계열 항공기 전륜착륙장치의 동적거동을 분석하고 충격흡수효율을 향상시키기 위한 완충기의 최적설계가 수행되었다. 전륜착륙장치는 ADAMS를 이용하여 2자유도계로 모델링하였으며 운영/환경 조건을 고려한 해석결과는 낙하실험결과와 잘 일치하였다. 또한 최적설계변수를 선정하기 위해 오일밀도, 오리피스 단면적과 같은 완충기 파라미터를 변화시켜 동적거동 및 충격흡수효율에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 해석 결과 완충기 파라미터가 다른 파라미터들보다 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 유용방향탐색법을 사용하여 최적설계를 진행하였고, 최대효율을 나타낼 때 설계변수의 값을 산출하였다. 이러한 방법으로 전륜착륙장치의 최적설계를 통해 충격흡수효율과 동적거동능력을 향상시킬 수 있었다. The dynamic behaviors of a KT-1 family aircraft nose landing gear have been analyzed and the optimal design of an aircraft shock absorber has been conducted to improve efficiency of shock energy absorption. The nose landing gear is modeled as a 2 DOF system using ADAMS and various operational and environmental landing conditions were considered. The results of dynamic simulation for various landing conditions agree well with experiments. Also the effect of parameters of a shock strut on the dynamic behaviors and on shock energy absorption of the nose landing gear has been evaluated for optimal design to define design variables. It has been found that the parameters of a shock strut such as oil-density and orifice area have more effects on dynamic behaviors than those of operation conditions. Optimal design is performed to maximize the efficiency of shock energy absorption using Feasible Direction Method. As a result the design values of the shock strut for maximum efficiency of shock energy absorption are derived and it turns out that efficiency and dynamic behaviors of the nose landing gear were improved by the optimal design.

돼지 2번 염색체의 육질 관련 양적 경제형질에 관한 연구보고가 몇몇 이루어 지고 있다. 양돈업계에서 DNA 기술을 이용한 염색체 정보를 활용하기 위해 본 연구에서는 13개의 후보 유전자에서 생성된 중합효소연쇄반응(PCR) 생성물을 비교 재서열 함으로써 단일염기변이(SNP) 표지들을 개발했다. 11개의 중합효소연쇄반응 생성물에서 296 bp마다 에서 평균 하나의 SNP, 총 34개의 SNP를 발견하였다. 또한 11개의 SNP에 대해 PCR 제한효소 길이 절편길이 다형성(RFLP) 분석을 전개한 후, 이를 대한민국 상업돈 4품종 개체군의 유전자형을 분석하는데 활용하였다. 본 연구는 유용한 단일염기변이를 식별하고 돼지 개체군 내 경제적으로 중요한 특성들과 SNP의 연관성을 확인하는 데 그 목적이 있다. Several studies reported quantitative trait loci (QTL) for meat quality on porcine chromosome 2. For application of the chromosomal information to pig industry through using DNA technology, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers are developed by comparative re-sequencing of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products of 13 candidate genes. A total of 34 SNPs were identified in 11 PCR products, an average of one SNP in every 296 bp.PCR restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) assays were developed for 11 SNPs and used to genotype four commercial pig populations in Korea. The SNP markers were used to map candidate genes in QTL and to clarify the relevance of SNP and quantitative traits.

This study proposes to suggest a direction hereafter which is the most suitable operating system of electrical safety management agency for electrical facilities to enhance electrical safety considering our domestic conditions. It was designed to prevent electrical disasters which are increasing due to environmental changes in the electrical industry, and the diversification and complication of the electrical facilities. And the strategy of this research is based on conditions of safety management agency for the electrical facilities, with the analysis on conditions of electrical disasters, and with a questionnaire investigation for owner of electrical facilities, safety management agency. Results of this research are expected to be used to prevent electric fires and shocks effectively by reinforcing the electrical safety management agency of electrical facilities having danger of large-scaled accidents. It is expected to enhance the nation`s competing power against foreign countries by reducing the human and physical loss, resulted from the development of reasonable operating system for electrical safety management agency
VAE 에멀션의 적용이 더블 코팅지의 품질에 미치는 영향(제1보)

This study was carried out to compare three types of VAE emulsion and one type of SB latex to replace SB latex for pre-coating layer which is mainly used as a binder for paper coating. When the binder of the pre-coating layer was replaced with VAE emulsion, the roughness of the surface of the coated paper was somewhat higher than that of the SB-Latex binder, and the paper gloss was decreased slightly. In the case of optical properties such as brightness, whiteness and opacity, there was little difference. The ink setoff, which is one of the printability evaluation means, showed better results than the SB latex by applying VAE emulsion to the pre-coating layer, and the dry pick and wet pick strength were similar or slightly lower than those of SB latex. It was concluded that there was no serious problem in replacing the SB latex with VAE emulsion for pre-coating layer.
