교사와의 상호작용에 나타난 초등학생의 영어 발화 분석 연구

This study aimed to give student opportunities to gain communicative abilities, and analyze the student talk in the interaction between the teacher and students. The subjects were 2 elementary school teachers and 2 sixth grade classes. This study included the data from nineteen times of class observation, and questionnaires. From the participation observation, it was founded that children had rarely made spontaneous productions in teacher-oriented class. Children had to react on teacher's questions and directions or made compulsory production such as repetitions and other skills by the teacher. This was based on the teachers' conscious attitude that learning by repetition still plays an important role in the class. These results led to the conclusion that specialized teachers should be trained so that they can facilitate students to utilize their process competence for learning in the class. Teachers should show the direction of classroom management to students, encourage students to initiate talk through interesting materials, and give students enough wait time.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the function of teacher talk in primary EFL classrooms, know whether or not the teachers's Question and feedback give students opportunities for communication. The subjects were 2 elementary school teachers and 2 sixth grade classes. This study included the data from two interviews, nineteen times of class observation, filed notes, and questionnaires. Teachers preceeded. their classes for enhancing communiction ability. It is, however, not easy to witness for students to make spontaneous production in English in class which is teacher-oriented. The results showed that most of teachers' talks were display questions, direction and evaluative feedback. So there were few chances for students to interact with their teacher. Students reacted on teacher's Questions and directons or made compulsory production such as repetitions and other skills by the teacher. This was based on the teachers' conscious attitude that learning by repetition still plays an important role in the class. The teacher should make students have chances to negotiate meaningfully by using various question techniques, providing discoursal feedback and making them re-produce utterances. The teachcr should also play a role of the assistant while making use of students' process competence and providing opportunities for meaningful negotiation. The teacher should perceive the importance of lesson step and have a unique lesson step which was formed by teacher's belief.
초등영어수업에서의 교사와 학생간 상호작용의 참가유형 분석

This study was aimed to observe real events in the classroom, analyze the participation pattern in the interaction between the teacher and students, investigate what factors induce a specific pattern of interaction, and thus lead teachers to understand the process of teaching/learning English. The subjects were two elementary school teachers and two 6th grade classes. This study included the data from two interviews, nineteen times of class observation, field notes, and questionnaires. The results showed that in the illustration and induction step, T-Ss pattern was widely used. But in the interaction step, the teachers showed a little difference between each other: one teacher preferred T-Ss and T-Sgr patterns to other patterns, and the other teacher preferred T-S1-T pattern. Teachers proceeded their classes for enhancing communicative ability which was the goal of the 7th curriculum These results led to the conclusion that the teacher' training program should include the content on within-the-class interaction in the EFL classroom And also, there was a need to employ teaching specialists who are able to give students opportunities for meaningful negotiation through interaction with them These teaching specialists should be encouraged and trained by providing them with appropriate reinforcements, and this would lead to the enhancement of speciality of the elementary English subject.

In this paper, we describe an effective trunk loop signal processing method and anlayze execution time of the program in the DTCP (Digital Trunk Circuit Processor) in the TDX-1A digital switching stytem. And we also predict a maximum trunk capacity in the DTCP with respect to scanning period based on the call attempt characteristics which has the Poisson distribution.
