학교건물 시공을 위한 4차 산업기술 적용의 효과성에 대한 연구

본 연구는 학교건축에 대한 원가, 공정, 품질, 안전 및 환경관리 목표를 수립하기 위해서 4차 산업기술 중 건설현장에서 활용도가 높은 3D프린팅, 드론, 로봇자동화, 증강현실 기술에 대한 영향도를 조사·분석하여 효율적인 학교건축을 유도하는데 기여하는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌 및 연구자료를 조사하였고, 건설 실무자를 대상으로 건설현장의 4차 산업기술 활용도와 학교건축 세부공정별 4차 산업기술의 건설관리 5대 목표 영향도에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하여 원가, 공정, 품질, 안전 및 환경관리에 대한 4차 산업기술 활용 방안을 분석하였다. 분석결과 원가, 공정, 품질, 안전 및 환경관리를 위한 학교건축의 4차 산업기술의 적용방안에 대한 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. This study proposed the basic data that contributes to inducing an effective construction plan through the application of the 4th industrial technology to construct a school building that can guarantee the five goals of construction management: cost, process, quality, safety, and environmental management. To this end, 3D printing, drones, robot automation, and augmented reality technologies that are highly usable in construction sites were identified for construction workers. As part of this, related literature and research data were investigated. The selected 4th industrial technology was investigated and analyzed on how it was used for cost, process, quality, safety, and environmental management in a detailed school construction process. As a result of the analysis, significant results were found for the application plan of the 4th industrial technology in school construction for cost, process, quality, safety, and environmental management.
효율적인 캠퍼스 마스터 플랜을 위한 설계VE 기능분석 연구

It has been found that implementing the function analysis is very important in terms of accomplishing successful Value Engineering(VE), and the function definition is a basic activity at design VE phase. In spite of the importance, the real function analysis activities in the VE are not regard as consequence. In this regard, this paper attempts to use the campus mater plan to lead an effective function analysis. So, the purpose of this value engineering study is to provide the criteria to develop the campus mater plan. This value engineering study used as a guide for the standardization of the campus mater plan. In addition, broader application is possible through the analysis throughout the different ways of the project.
스마트 기술을 활용한 건설현장 안전사고 방지에 대한 연구

본 논문은 건설현장의 안전사고 방지를 위하여 스마트 기술을 활용하는 방안에 대한 연구이다. 건설현장 실무자를 대상으로 안전사고 방지를 위한 사전교육, 사고 원인감시, 불완전한 행동통제, 위험제거 및 사후처리 단계에 대한 스마트 기술의 적용성을 조사하였다. 이 결과로 사전교육에는 AR․VR, BIM, 3D프린팅, 생체인식, IoT모니터링, 빅 데이터 및 인공지능 기술, 원인감시에는 드론, IoT모니터링, 생체인식 및 라이프로깅 기술, 행위통제는 드론, IoT센서, 생체인식, 라이프로깅, 3D프린팅 및 로봇자동화 기술, 위험제거에는 드론 및 로봇자동화 기술 및 사후처리를 위하여 빅 데이터, 블록체인, 클라우드 및 디지털트원 기술이 다양하게 활용될 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 건설현장에서 안전사고 방지를 위해 스마트 기술의 활용방안을 제시한 새로운 시도로 향후 건설산업의 스마트기술이 다양한 방면으로 활용 가능하도록 한 유의미한 결과를 도출하였다. This study presented a plan to utilize smart technology to prevent accidents at construction sites. It investigated and analyzed the application of smart technology to the pre-training, cause of accident monitoring, control of unsafe behavior, risk removal and post accident management steps to prevent accidents. As a result, AR·VR, BIM, 3D printing, biometric, IoT monitoring, Big data and artificial intelligence can be used for pre-training. Drone, IoT monitoring, biometrics and lifelogging can be used for cause monitoring. Drone, IoT sensors, biometrics, lifelogging, 3D printing and robot automation can be used for action control. Drone and robot automation can be used for risk removal. Big data, blockchain, cloud, and digital twin technologies can be used for post accident management.
공동주택 리모델링 설계VE를 위한 대상선정 프로세스 모델

This study introduces a new process model designed to facilitate the successful completion of apartment remodeling tasks, addressing changes in the residential environment caused by physical aging, alterations in living conditions, advancements in housing facilities, and diverse resident needs. To enhance the effectiveness of apartment remodeling activities, the widely adopted Value Engineering (VE) process model serves as the foundation. The projects primary objective was attained, resulting in a comprehensive and optimal plan developed through functional analysis. A new approach was proposed for the target selection phase within the VE process. Moreover, the Analytic Hierarchy Process technique was employed to objectify weighted values for relevant items in this apartment remodeling project, enhancing reliability. Consequently, the remodeling process model outlined in this study clearly delineates the hierarchy of project elements by importance and quantifies the weight of each item objectively through relative comparison. This approach enabled the induction of effective functional analysis activities and reliable target selection for future apartment remodeling. Furthermore, it served as valuable data for constructing a quality model for user demand research, a crucial step in the pre-target selection phase of the VE process. It formed a basic element in creating a FAST Diagram during the function summary stage. To enhance the value of this study in the future, theres a need to develop a more refined process model through detailed and systematic research on the target selection process model for each project. This includes designing VE and various construction projects through a universally applicable computerized management tool database, ensuring comprehensive data utilization and feedback incorporation.
