서론 : 혈구탐식증후근은 고열, 범혈구감소증, 간비장종대, 림프절비대 및 혈액응고장애 등을 동반하는 전신적 질환으로 대부분 면역억제 상태에서 바이러스 및 각종 병원체의 감염에 의해서 유발되고 예후가 불량하다. 조직학적으로 림프세망기관의 조직구의 증가와 혈관탐식현상이 빈번히 관찰되고 이와 같은 현상을 보이는 악성조직구증식증과의 감별이 어렵다. 코의 혈관중심위 림프종은 거의 일정한 Epstein-Barr 바이러스(EBV)양성을 보인다고 보고되고 있고 병의 경과중 혈관탐식증추군이 빈번하게 발생되는데 이는 EBV감염에 의해서 유발된다고 보아지고 있다. 재료 및 방법 : 1985년 1월부터 1995년 12까지 강남성모병원과 성바오로병원에서 코의 혈관중심위 림프종으로 진단 받았던 환자 42명 중 혈구탐식증후근을 동반한 10명을 대상으로 임상양상을 관찰하고, 조직표본에 면역조직화학염색법과 교잡반응을 사용하여 악성세포의 표현형을 살펴보고 EBV와의 관련성을 관찰하였다. 결과 : 10명의 환자 중 5명은 혈관중심위 림프종 진단당시, 3명은 재발시기, 2명은 관해 시기에 혈구탐식증후군을 동반하였다. 모든 환자에서 실시된 치료방법에 상관없이 치명적인 경과를 보였으며 중앙생존기간은 18일(2-44일)이었다. 대상 모두에서 T형세포 표현형과 교잡반응상 EBV양성을 보였으며, EBV는 주로 악성림프종세포에 분포양상을 보였다. 결론 : 혈구탐식증추군은 코의 혈관중심위 림프종의 흔한 합병증으로 불량한 예후를 보인다. 임상적 양상 및 조직학적 검사상 악성 조직구증가증과 유사한 소견을 보여 감별이 어렵고, 치명적 결과를 초래하므로 치료에 어려움을 주고 있다. 코의 혈관중심위 림프종과 밀접한 관계를 보이는 EBV에 의해서 유발된다고 보아지고 있으며 치료의 개선을 위하여 앞으로 병인적연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. Malignant histiocytosis(MH)-like hemophagocytic syndrome(HS) is a fatal complication of nasal angiocentric lymphoma(AL) and difficult to distinguish from MH. Ten of total 42 patients with nasal AL had HS and 9 of them were initially suspected to have MH. Five patients had HS as initial manifestation, 3 at the time of relapse, and 2 during the clinical remission of lymphoma. Four patients were treated by combination chemotherapy(CHOP) and others had only supportive care. Immunohistochemical study and in situ hybridization were performed on the specimen obtained from 10 patients. The median survival of all patients from HS was 18 days(range 2 - 44 days) and all had fatal outcome regardless of the treatment-modality. All cases were positive for UCHL1(CD45RO) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) by EBER in situ hybridization. MH-like HS is a fatal complication of nasal AL and has a high association with EBV. Reactivation of EBV may contribute to HS and further investigation of predictive factors and effective treatment of HS should be pursued in future.
H형강과 구조용집성재의 삽입길이에 따른 접합부의 탄소성 거동

In some cases, wooden structures are used for medium-rise buildings. It is therefore necessary to develop and test a new structural system for medium-rise buildings using wooden structures. This study deals with high-performance, laminated, timber-based composite members, which consist of structural laminated timber and H-beam. Simple beam tests were performed to determine the strength, stress distributions, and failure patterns of laminated timber. The main parameters are the insertinglength (1, 1.5, and 2 times the H-beam height) and the epoxy between the top/bottom flange of the H-beam and the top/bottom flange of the laminated timber. The results of the test show that the specimen with an inserting length that is 2 times the H-beam height was characterized by fairly god strength and stiffness. 최근 환경문제의 대두로 친환경 재료를 사용하는 건축물에 대한 연구가 주목을 받고 있다. 특히, 북미나 일본 등지에 서는 목질구조를 이용한 4층 정도의 사무소건축이나 교외형 호텔, 학교 등의 중층 목조 건축물을 실현하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 구조물은 하부층은 RC조로 하고 상부층은 목조로 하는 하이브리드 구조형식으로 보급되고 있다. 기존의 볼트나 드리프트 핀을 목재 중에 접합구를 삽입하는 방식으로 준 내화성능의 확보나 외관상의 이점이 있으나, 하중을 전달하는 지압면적이 작어 목재의 내부로 접합장치가 파고들기 때문에 목재에 균열을 발생시키는 약점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 목질 하이브리드 구법으로서 비교적 큰 하중을 받을 수 있는 2방향 라멘접합부 개발을 목표로 새로운 모멘트저항형 접합법을 검토하고자 한다. 이러한 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 H형강을 이용한 이음접합 단순보의 휨 실험을 행하였으며, 주요한 변수는 구조용집성재와 H형강의 삽입길이(보춤의 1배, 1.5배, 2배)와 H형강 상 하 플랜지와 구조용집성재 상하면 사이의 틈새에 에폭시의 충전유무이다. 실험결과, H형강의 보춤의 2배를 확보함으로써 목재의 강도 및 강성을 충분하게 발휘할 수 있었다.
보강된 비렌딜 트러스 보부재의 구조성능에 관한 실험적 연구

A wooden truss is a structure comprising one or more triangular units constructed with straight members whose ends are connected at joints referred to as nodes. External forces and reactions to those forces are considered to act only at the nodes and result in forces in the members which are either tensile or compressive forces. Wooden truss structures can be satisfied the request of the diversity and individuality of users, the shortening of the industrialization and the construction cost savings. However, truss has defects of construction-ability. In this study, vierendeel trusses, which is a truss where the members are not triangulated but form rectangular openings, and is a frame with fixed joints that are capable of transferring and resisting bending moments, are suggested and evaluated by experiments. As a result, strengthening vierendeel trusses are show high strengths and stable structure performances.

The easy assembly joint system is required because the number of skillful carpenters is decreasing remarkably in korea. Main objective of this study is to investigate experimently the structural performances of the new type connecting system, which is composed of metal connector and adhesive. The metal connectors embedded into the wood with adhesive in new type connecting system. In order to improve the bond strength, threaded steel rods are used as metal connector. The advantages of this system are as follows. (1) Easy control of strength, (2) Easy assembly, (3) Fire resistance, (4) corrosion resistance, (5) Fine appearance, (6) Saving material. Tension tests for splices, bending tests for mid-span splices and tension strength of splices for curing period were carried out. From this result, the fundamental data for structural design of wooden frame was obtained. The assembly at connection and reasonable structural design can be carried out easily by using this new connection system.

From this result, specimens using the suggested joints are shown stable hysteresis behaviors and can be calculated by the suggested equation.

Epoxy bonded fiber sheets are attractive for strengthening structural laminated timber due to high tensile strength and easy handing. The objective of this study is to evaluate structural performance of structural laminated timber beams. A total 10 specimens were tested. The main parameters are fiber sheet types(polypropylene fiber sheet, carbon fiber sheet), and location of finger joints. The vertical loading steadily increased by displacement control. Also, the load and displacement curves, flexural strength(MOR), elasticity(MOE), and failure modes on outermost lamination of structural glued-laminated timber is to investigated. Also, moisture content was measured before and after the test. The main parameter are the mechanical grades and wooden types. The M.O.R and M.O.E of specimens on outermost lamination of structural glued-laminated timber are higher than a standard value of the product. Also, the results of the test show that specimens stiffened with fiber sheets was characterized by fairly good strength and stiffness than those of the non stiffened specimens.

The object of this study is investigated to flexural behaviors of deck-plate slabs using wire mesh. The wire mesh instead of deformed bars are used to improve convenience of construction. Test variables are concrete topping thicknesa(75㎜, 100㎜), types of main bars(1-D6, 2-D6, 3-D6) in compression and tension regions, and width in bottom face of deck plate(58㎜, 68㎜). The vertical loading by monotonic are applied to investigate the yielding strength, maximum strength, initial stiffness and failure modes. Test results are follows ; (1) Higher stiffness and strength was shown that more the wire mesh was, the thicker the slab was. (2) In specimens using wire mesh instead of reinforced bars, experiment results is 1.13~1.83 times that those of calculated results.
