놀이ㆍ음악 통합치료가 발달지체아동의상호주의하기와 요구행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 발달지체아동을 대상으로 하여 놀이치료와 음악치료를 통합한 놀이ㆍ음악치료프로그램을 구성하여 발달지체아동의 사회성에 기초가 되는 상호주의하기와 요구행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 발달의 각 영역에서 여러 가지 문제를 지니고 있는 발달지체아동에게 적절한 프로그램을 구성하여 사회성의 기초인 상호주의하기와 요구행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 본 연구의 가치는 발달지체아동에게 적절한 개입을 통한 발달의 촉진을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이후 아동에게 나타날 수 있는 사회에서의 적응상의 문제까지 미리 준비하였다는 점에 대한 자료를 제공할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of a play/ music therapy program, which was prepared by integrating play therapy and music therapy and was geared toward development-delayed toddlers, on the joint attention and requesting behavior of development-delayed toddlers, which were the foundation of sociability. The result of this study was the first attempt to develop an interdisciplinary therapy program geared toward development-delayed toddlers by integrating play therapy and music therapy to have a positive impact on the development of the joint attention and requesting behavior of the development-delayed infants. This study offers data taha the play/music therapy program serves to provide better early or preventive intervention for development-delayed children to facilitate their sociability development.

Background: The purpose of this study is to present the ethical thinking among health care workers through the promotion of ethical awarness. This study first identifies the consciousness of students and clinicians about ethics of physical therapists, identifies the status of ethical education in universities and clinicians, and materializes the ethical questions. Methods: The subjects of this study were 220 students in the physical therapists and physical therapists students from June 28th, 2019 to April 27th, 2020, enrolled in the physical therapist department, extracted from universities in Gyeonggi-do. A survey was conducted. Results: Combining the results of the above study, it was found that data on difference in ethical beliefs between physical therapists and physical therapy students. Conclusion: Ethical beliefs are a necessary competency for physical therapists, and it is necessary to suggests that more active follow-up research on medical ethics should be conducted in the future in order for physical therapists to be recognized as professional health care workers.
