다문화 교육을 통한 세계사학습의 현장사례연구 : A multicultural education approach

본 연구는 한국사회에서 필요한 다문화 교육의 개념과 세계사학습에 적용할 수 있는 방법 그리고 다문화 교육방법을 통한 세계사학습효과가 어떠한지를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 학생들은 현재 자신의 문화를 올바르게 이해하기 위해, 그리고 이 지구촌 사회에서 국제 사회의 한 구성원으로 다른 문화적 배경을 가진 사람들을 이해하고 모두가 속해 있는 사회와 세계에 대한 이해를 위해 필요하다. 그리고 다문화 교육을 통한 세계사학습을 위해 교실내에서 각 지역을 동등하게 다루고, 지리와 세계사의 연계학습이 필요하며, 인류의 다양성, 문화적 역동성과 상호교류, 그리고 각 지역의 문화적 가치를 터득할 수 있도록 학습내용을 구성해야한다. 이를 통해 학생들은 자신이 속한 문화와 다른 집단의 문화에 대해 올바른 이해를 할 수 있으며, 비주류집단일지라도 긍정적이고 존중하는 태도를 지니게된다. This article attempts to clarify the meaning of multicultural education in Korea both conceptually and in practice. So I suggest some world history studying instructions, teaching strategies, trans formative world history curriculum by multicultural education in the classroom and this article shows how students improve their knowledge skill and attitude of their own and other cultures. The multicultural education needs in Korea to develop positive self-images by helping students understand their own cultures and other culture, to help students gain greater self-understanding by viewing their cultures from the perspectives of other groups, to help students develop an appreciation of individual and cultural differences, to enrich students with diverse historical, artistic, and literary contributions of other groups, to combat racism, prejudice, and discrimination, and to build social action skills and inspire students to participate in a culturally diverse world. When dealing with multicultural education in world history, teacher should teach about the diverse nature of our world equally, need to highlights how people and geography have interacted and should help students to understand the meaning of culture-cultures are dynamic, complex, and changing. After studying the world history by the multicultural education, students are able to understand greater both their own cultures and other cultures, develope insights and analytical skill in order to understand how all peoples living on the earth have highly interconnected fates, and reduce prejudice other cultures. 치아의 매복은 맹출로 내의 물리적 장애물이나 치아의 비정상적 위치에 의해 발생한 치아 맹출의 정지로, 하악 제2대구치 의 매복은 비교적 드물다. 매복된 하악 제2대구치는 우식, 치주염, 제1대구치 치근흡수 등을 유발하므로 조기 진단과 치료가 요구된다. 첫 번째 증례는 10세 남자 환자로 하악 양측 제2대구치의 매복을 구리선을 이용하여 치료하였다. 두 번째 증례는 12세 여 자 환자로 구강검진 도중 하악 좌측 제2대구치의 매복이 발견되어 Humphrey 장치를 이용하여 치료하였다. 세 번째 증례는 17세 여자 환자로 하악 우측 소구치부에 식립한 미니 임플란트를 고정원으로 하는 uprighting spring을 이용하여 하악 우측 제2대구치의 매복을 치료하였다. 네 번째 증례는 18세 남자 환자로 매복된 하악 좌측 제2대구치에 부착한 교정용 버튼과 하 악지에 식립한 미니 임플란트를 elastic thread로 연결하여 치료하였다. Tooth impaction is defined as a failure of tooth eruption resulting from the physical obstacles in the eruption path or the abnormal position of the tooth germ. Impaction of mandibular second molar is relatively rare, and it may incite pathologic conditions such as dental caries, periodontitis, or root resorption of adjacent first molar. Thus, early diagnosis and treatment is recommended. In the first case, a 10-year-old male patient, was treated by brass wire to separate the bilaterally impacted mandibular second molars. In the second case, a 12-year-old female patient, was treated with Humphrey appliance for impacted mandibular left second molar, which was detected during a periodical dental examination. In the third case, a 17-year-old female patient with impacted mandibular right second molar, was treated by uprighting spring with mini-implant anchorage around premolar area. In the last case, an 18-year-old male patient, was treated with mini-implant placed on the ramus of mandible connected to the orthodontic buttons bonded on impacted mandibular left second molar by elastic thread.
