유아숲체험원 조성 및 운영 개선을 위한 이용 만족도 분석 사례연구 - 대구 앞산공원 고산골 유아숲체험원을 중심으로 -

The purposes of this study are to analyze the degree of satisfaction on forest experience among children, based on a survey of teachers and parents who lead them, and to make proposals based upon the findings. The survey was performed in forest experience for children at Apsan Park in Daegu. The results are as follows. First, there were 78 respondents comprising 34 teachers, 39 parents, and 5 others. The teachers’ age groups were distributed evenly between the 20s and 40s and parents’ 51.3% were in their 30s and 46.2% in their 40s. Second, all participants responded that forest experience is necessary for children. 80.8% of respondents required continually additional construction. Specifically, parents insisted that forest experience for children should be built up more than the teachers did. Third, as a result of the management and program satisfaction of forest experience for children, 38.5% of respondents wanted increased access and another 38.5% desired unlimited access. In addition, the older teachers preferred more flexible access. Fourth, the safe facility topped the list of the four facilities ranked by importance with 0.39 points, followed by the learning experience field, the shelter facility, and the discretional facility. This study aims to build up basic data in order to make and practically manage forest experiences for children. Therefore, through continuous research, forest experience for children should be established as a practical experience spaces for children.
공립수목원의 운영관리 개선을 위한 정책 중요도와 만족도 분석 연구 - 대구수목원을 사례로 -

The purposes of this study are to comprehend the importance of policy in improving the operation of the public arboretum and survey the program satisfaction of participants and operators based on the case of the Daegu arboretum. According to the order of policy priority regarding the Daegu arboretum, the expansion of the education program topped the list with 0.155 points, followed by the establishment of a vision and goal, and the reestablishment of function, which scored 0.135 and 0.135 points, respectively. Fostering citizens’ participation through volunteer work was in the upper ranks with 0.131 points. Building networks among public arboretums and constructing a research cooperation system with universities turned up with 0.09 and 0.075 points. As the result of program satisfaction, participants’ satisfaction was around 0.66 points higher than that of operators’ satisfaction. In the case of participants, comprehensive satisfaction, including that with the program operation method, was very high at 4.85 points. Out of the entire program, the operators were the most satisfied with the benefits. This study aims to share improvement plans for public arboretums constructed in urban areas, analyzing policy priorities and satisfaction related to the Daegu arboretum. The results of this study can be utilized as data for the improvement plans of public arboretums. If improvement plans for public arboretums are modeled with other follow-up case studies, it will help ensure that public arboretums become evolving rather than fixed areas for citizens.
성인대상의 산림교육 활성화를 위한 정책 중요도와 만족도 분석 연구 - 대구광역시를 사례로 -

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the importance of policy for the promotion of forest education and establish a basis that can be applied to it, which considers citizens' opinions on forest education. According to the importance analysis of forest education policy, program development topped the list with 0.368 points, followed by the application of forest education experts, which scored 0.262 points. Cooperation as well as the supplementing and improvement of facilities yielded 0.238 and 0.132 points, respectively. Concerning the attention and recognition of forest education, only 8% of the respondents had low attention and 19% low or very low recognition; 75% said forest education was very important. Regarding program satisfaction, 76.5% were satisfied with the profitability of content and 77% agreed with the purpose consistency. In terms of the appropriateness of forest education, 79.2% and 81% were content with the period and method, respectively. Finally, 82.7% were satisfied with the participation program. This study aims to share basic data and promotion plans derived from the analysis of policy importance and satisfaction with forest education focused on adults. Domestic forest education is still in the early stages, led by Korea Forest Service. In the long term, local governments must participate in forest education policy positively despite limited budgets and human resources. The results of this study can be utilized as data for forest education promotion plans. If the case studies of other local governments and preference analysis by age group are followed up, they will help ensure that forest education evolves through cooperation with people and organizations in the relevant zone.
InP계 리지 도파로 구조에서 활성층-수동층 버트 조인트의 광결합 효율 최적화 연구

활성 도파로와 수동 도파로의 집적은 광집적 회로의 구성에서 필수적인 요소이다. 이를 구현하기 위한 여러 기술 중 버트 조인트는 상당한 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 버트 조인트 접합은 높은 광손실을 야기하며, 두 도파로 간의 정렬에 있어서 정확한 공정 제어가 요구되는 구조이다. 본 논문에서는 레이저 다이오드와 spot size converter (SSC)로 구성된 집적 소자를 시뮬레이션하기 위해 beam propagation method을 이용하였다. 상이한 모드 특성을 갖는 두 SSC를 레이저 도파로와 연결하고, 광결합 효율을 시뮬레이션 하였다. 큰 근접장 모드를 가지는 SSC는 낮은 광결합 효율을 보여주나, 원거리 발산각 패턴이 좁고 더 대칭적이다. 테이퍼 구조의 수동 도파로는 원거리 발산각 패턴을 열화시키지 않고 버트 조인트에서 도파로 오프셋의 무의존성과 광결합 효율을 향상시키기 위해 이용되었다. 이를 바탕으로 89.6%의 높은 광결합 효율과 16°×16°의 좁은 원거리장 발산각을 얻을 수 있었다. Integration of active and passive waveguides is an essential component of the photonic integrated circuit and its elements. Butt joint is one of the important technologies to accomplish it with significant advantages. However, it suffers from high optical loss at the butt joint junction and need of accurate process control to align both waveguides. In this study, we used beam propagation method to simulate an integrated device composed of a laser diode and spot size converter (SSC). Two SSCs with different mode properties were combined with laser waveguide and optical coupling efficiency was simulated. The SSC with larger near field mode showed lower coupling efficiency, however its far field pattern was narrower and more symmetric. Tapered passive waveguide was utilized for enhancing the coupling efficiency and tolerance of waveguide offset at the butt joint without degrading the far field pattern. With this technique, high optical coupling efficiency of 89.6% with narrow far field divergence angle of 16°×16° was obtained.
자유 낙하 충격 시험을 통한 UO₂ 소결체 표면결함에 미치는 End-face 형상 영향 평가

Missing pellet surface(MPS) is one of deterioration caused by pellet-clad mechanical interaction(PCMI) mechanism of cladding in nuclear power plants(NPPs) and it results in reducing the product quality and integrity of nuclear fuels. Thus, in order to increase the MPS resistance of UO₂ pellets, it is very important to improve the thoughtness and to change the shapes of UO₂ pellet end-face. Especially, changing the shape of UO₂ pellet end-face is able to effectively improve MPS resistance of UO₂ pellets. Therefore, this study was selected candidate MPS resistant UO₂ pellet end-face shape by FEM and then performed free drop impact test using fabricated UO₂ pellet end-face shape. Based on the results of experiment, the effect of end-face shape of UO₂ pellet on missing pellet surface was investigated.
Poly-Si에 첨가한 도펀트가 Titanium Silicides 형성에 미치는 영향 Ⅱ

Si의 기판상태, 불순물의 종류와 양, 어닐링온도 등을 달리하여 Ti-silicides를 형성시켰을 때 면 저항과 두께측정, 불순물들의 분포와 미세구조 관찰을 통하여 Ti-silicides 형성반응을 조사하였다. 기판상태, 불순물의 농도, 어닐링온도가 Ti-silicides 형성에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. Amorphous Si 기판상에서 Ti-silicides가 형성되었을 때 T>$TiSi_2/Si$</TEXT> 계면편평도가 보다 향상되었다. Poly-Si내 불순물의 농도가 $1{\times}10^{16}ions/cm^2$ 이상일 때 T>$TiSi_2$</TEXT> 형성이 크게 억제되었고 면저항이 증가하였다. 불순물의 out-diffusion에 영향을 미치는 인자 중의 하나는 이온주입에너지에 의해 결정되는 초기 불순물의 분포였다. 이온주입 공정보다 T>$POCI_3$</TEXT> 공정에서 불순물의 out-diffusion이 적게 나타났다. The formation of Ti-silicides with the type of substrate, the species and the concentration of dopant, and the annealing temperature was investigated with sheet resistance and thickness measurement, elemental depth profilling, and microstructure. It was directly affected by the type of substrate, the species and the concentration of dopant, and the annealing temperature. For the amorphous Si substrate, the smothness of T>$TiSi_2/Si$</TEXT> interface was increased. Above concentr-ation of $1{\times}10^{16}ions/cm^2$, the rate of T>$TiSi_2/Si$</TEXT> formation was decreased and the sheet resistance was increased. The initial profile of dopant according to the implantation energy was one of the factors influencing the out-diffusion of dopant. In T>$POCI_3$</TEXT> process, this was less than in ion implantation process.
