매트운동이 여성노인 요통환자의 균형능력과 통증에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to review the effects that mat exercise has on the balancing capabilities and pain in lower back pain patients of advanced age. Patients who fall into this cateogry aged 65 or older were used as subjects. Changes in their balancing capabilities and pain levels were measured after mat exercise, leading to the following conclusion. There were no statistically significant difference in any of the variables of front, back, left or right before and after mat exercises for the balancing capabilities. As for dynamic equilibrium capabilities, there was statistically significant difference at U(p<.000), UR(p<.000), R(p<.000), DR(p<.000), DL(p<.000), L(p<.000), UL(p<.000), OVE(p<.000). In the degree of pain, there was significant difference before (4.70) and after (3.85) the mat exercise. Considering that mat exercise brings about statistically significant differences in balancing ability and pain scale of elderly patients with chronic back pain, it is thought that mat exercise helps improve health-related variables of elderly patients with chronic back pain. Therefore, if a following research studies living habits, body types, and walking habits of elderly patients with chronic back pain and develops a program that can be used along with exercise therapy, it is believed that the program will relieve pain and improve functional physical fitness in the living environment.
철도 차량용 배터리 충전을 위한 LLC 공진형 컨버터의 SiC FET와 Si FET의 병렬 연결에 관한 연구

Wide-Band-Gap (WBG) switching semiconductor has been improved for higher efficiency and higher power density. Especially, SiC FET is the most attractive switching semiconductor for mid-voltage and high power applications, such as, railway transportation. Its desired features for high power converter are low on-state resistance, thermal stability, no reverse recovery, high switching speed, and so on. However, faster switching speed derives higher dv/dt of drain-source voltage, then this result in larger voltage ringing and worse switching noise. In this paper, parallel configuration of SiC FET and Si FET is proposed to suppress voltage ringing and minimize switching noise. Based on the characteristics of output capacitances of both SiC and Si FETs, the switching performances of single SiC FET and parallel connection of SiC/Si FETs are compared of voltage ringing and switching noise in LLC resonant converter for 10kW battery charging module of railway transportation.
GdFe<SUB>12</SUB> 박막의 증착온도에 따른 자기적 특성 변화

Alloys of rare earth metal and transition metal with ThMn<SUB>12</SUB> structure are expected to have high saturation magnetization and high magnetic anisotropy. Despite its advantages, it has not been commercialized because of its metastability. GdFe<SUB>12</SUB> is a material having ThMn<SUB>12</SUB> structure. Therefore, it is expected to be difficult to stabilize GdFe<SUB>12</SUB> in bulk form. In this study, GdFe<SUB>12</SUB> was fabricated in the form of epitaxial thin films to stabilize the phase. The films were grown epitaxially from 500 ℃ to 200 ℃. From the results of x-ray diffraction and x-ray absorption, it was confirmed that a (330) GdFe<SUB>12</SUB> thin films were grown. The epitaxial GdFe<SUB>12</SUB> thin film had a saturation magnetization (M<SUB>s</SUB>) = 1130 emu/㎤ and coercivity = 712 Oe at a deposition temperature of 400 ℃.
수중운동이 여성 노인의 건강관련 체력 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effects of aquatic exercise no elderly women’s body composition, physical fitness, and static and dynamic balance abilities in the elderly who were over 65 years old. The participants were divided into two groups: Aquatic exercise group (AEG, n=20) and Control group (CG, n=20). The AEG took part in the aquatic exercise program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significantly decreased in body weight, body mass index, waist hip ratio, and percent fat in AEG compared with CG after 12 weeks. Second, there were significantly increased in muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and agility in AEG compared with CG after 12 weeks. Third, with respect to the change"s of balancing abilities after aquatic exercise program, the AEG demonstrated the significant enhancement in standing on one leg test with eyes closed, which was a static balance test, in both feet. Moreover, the dynamic balance scores from up, up-right, right, down-right, down-left, left, and up-left orientations including to the overall-scores gained from seven orientations were significantly increased in AEG compared to CG after 1 2 weeks. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the aquatic exercise program could improve the body composition, physical fitness and balance abilities of female elderly.
