ADHD아동의 정서발달지원을 위한 사회복지제도에 관한 연구 - 지역사회서비스투자사업을 중심으로 -

최근 들어 ADHD 아동의 출현율이 높게 보고되어지고 있음에도 ADHD아동의 서비스 활성화를 위한 사회복지차원의 연구와 지원은 미비한 실정이다. 2007년부터 시작된 지역사회서비스사업은 문제행동조기개입서비스사업의 개입을 통하여 문제행동을 감소시키고 정상적으로 성장 할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 그러나 이 서비스 제도는 아동정서발달지원사업 정착을 위한 측면에서 보면 해결해 나가야 할 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본 연구는 보건복지부에서 신규 사업으로 추진하고 있는 지역사회서비스투자사업 중 문제행동조기개입서비스의 실태를 지자체의 자료 조사와 비교분석하였다. 분석결과 문제행동조기개입서비스를 실시하고 있는 지자체는 233개 중 158개 지자체가 실시하고 있었으며 대상자의 나이, 서비스 횟수 가 일괄적으로 실시되고 있지 않았고 서비스 내용 과 명칭이 지자체에 따라 달라 대상자들에게 혼돈 과 불평등 을 줄 수 있는 것으로 조사되었다 Children with ADHD, with recent increase of Appearance ratio, are considered a disability that desperately need support and social measure. However, up until now, there seems to be no effort in increasing the service treat the children within social welfare services. Since 2007, the community services started to provide the service called Problematic Behavior Intervention in a Early Stage for emotional development for children with ADHD to decrease the troublesome actions and to help to complete the normal daily tasks. However, this policy is just a start with specify children's emotional development support, and there is a long way to go when it comes to successfully settling the system. The following study examines this new service which is led by the ministry of health and welfare as a new project, and the reality of the service would be compared and analyzed. As a result of the study, there are 158 local government bodies participating in the Problematic Behavior Intervention in a Early Stage out of 233 local government bodies, and each patients age and frequency of the visits were not properly documented. Moreover, each service's title and contents were not unified throughout the government bodies, and it seems to bring confusion and unfairness.

This study was attempted to identify extent to which high period, low period, an critical day of biorhythm influence on rise and fall of shooting record, and to examine which rhythm intellectual decisively on the record among physical, emotional, and intellectual rhythms, which make up the biorhythm. The subjects, shooting players selected for this study, were 8 high school boy students and 8 high school girl students. Statistics used in this study were percentage and correlation method. The major conclusions can be summarized as follows: 1. It was revealed that physical and emotional rhythm of all players correlate to the record in significant level, but intellectual rhythm shows no significant correlation to record. 2. Shooting records of boy students were influenced mostly by physical rhythm (r=.5113, P<.01). 3. It shows that emotional rhythm affects on the shooting records of girl students decisively (r=.4217, P<.01) 4. It was identified that high period correlated to the rise of record and low period to the fall of record. 5. Even though students are in low period and critical day, students may mark good record, resulting from high period of other rhythms.

본 논문에서는 불안정판(unstable platform)을 이용한 새로운 인체 평형감각 증진용 훈련 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 시스템은 불안정판, 컴퓨터 인터페이스, 다양한 소프트웨어로 구성되어 있다. 불안정판은 기울기 센서와 무선 모듈을 내장한 타원형의 단순한 구조이다. 균형 훈련의 효과를 평가하기 위해 표적으로의 이동시간(moving time to the target)과 표적 내 유지시간(duration time in the target)과 같은 파라미터(parameter)를 측정하였다. 균형 훈련은 2주간 행해졌고, 훈련 프로그램에 따라 피험자를 두 그룹으로 나누었다. 그 결과, sine curve trace (SCT)와 block game의 훈련 프로그램을 이용한 반복적인 훈련을 통해 이동시간은 짧아졌고, 유지시간은 길어졌다 특히, 피험자가 균형을 유지하기 어려웠던 방향에서의 개선이 두드러졌다. 이로써 본 시스템은 훈련 후 피험자의 평형감각을 향상시킬 수 있었고, 효과적인 평형감각 훈련시스템으로써 임상에의 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. We propose a new training system for the improvement of equilibrium sense using unstable platform. This system consists of unstable platform, computer interface and various softwares. The unstable platform was a simple structure of elliptical-type which included tilt sensor and wireless RF module. To evaluate the effort of balance training, we measured the parameters such as the moving time to the target and duration to maintain cursor in the target of screen. Balance training was carried out for two weeks and we classified the subjects into two groups by the training program. As a result, the moving time was reduced and duration time was lengthened through the repeating training of equilibrium sense using training program of sine curve trace(SCT) and Block game. Especially, there was remarkable improvement at direction which was too difficult for the subjects to balance their body. It was showed that this system had an effort on improving equilibrium sense and might be applied to clinical use as an effective balance training system.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the pattern of muscle usage during swing motion with a soft golf club in comparison with that with a normal golf club. The subjects were normal healthy young adults. The subjects performed swing motion using normal and soft golf clubs in turn. Then, we compared and analyzed the muscular activities for the two cases. The muscular activities of the subject was measured using MP100(BIOPAC Systems, Inc.). For the analysis of muscular activities, we measured EMG(Electromyography) of the subjects during swing motion. The muscles analyzed were deltoid, latissimus dorsi, external oblique, and rectus abdominis of the upper limbs and rectus femoris, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius, and soleus of the lower limbs. The result of the experiment showed that the pattern of muscle usage with soft golf club was similar to that with a normal golf club but the muscular activities with the soft golf was smaller than that with the normal golf club.
소프트 골프 클럽을 이용한 스윙 동작 분석에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze swing motion with soft golf clubs and compare with that with normal golf clubs. The subjects were normal healthy adults, who performed swing motion using a normal golf club and a soft golf club in turn. The swing motion of the subjects was tracked using a 3D motion analysis system by Ariel Dynamics Inc. The displacement, the velocity and the acceleration of shoulder, hip, knee and wrist area were recorded. The pattern of swing motion with soft golf club was similar to that with normal golf club. However, we were able to distinguish different characteristic swing patterns in both cases.
