We developing for Gate-Container Yard model to execute the Input & Output process of containers which are waiting in container yard effectively and fast. The optimal model is developed to manage and trace the containers in yard. We developed the put-away strategies which considered the storage time for volume of transportation and the distance between blocks and gates using the MICRO-CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation Facilities Technique).

This research identified approachable management innovation technique from SCM point of view, and analyzed sales/logistics, integrated production planning, phenomenon of cooperation and suggested an innovation model over this for strengthening competitiveness of a case company. Process innovation model with an enterprise viewpoint is designed and suggested to solve the previous ares for improvement, and suggested various models of an ordering management model, available delivery management model, logistics operation model based on planning and S&OP model.

Purpose of this study is to propose a specific model by utilizing existing research. Recent cross-country competition and Chinese steel industry because of the emerging steel industry in Korea is a very difficult situation. Therefore, the steel industry in order to overcome this difficult market environment, the quality, cost competitiveness, enhance customer service levels and enhance international competitiveness through is needed. In this study, the purpose of strengthening the competitiveness of steel companies in order and hit the recovery of raw materials have been developed to optimize the model, developed before and after the results were analyzed. In addition, when applied to other products in order to minimize risk and optimize cutting trial stage of development details of the model is presented in detail. Therefore, the developed model was applied to order the recovery of raw materials hits and significantly improved production planning time has been shortened dramatically. In the present study the contents of other products when properly applied and the competitiveness of companies to improve customer service levels are expected to be helpful.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the beneficiaries of the SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) support project that has been handled online on the 'BizOK System', which is the integrated support system for SMEs in Incheon, by comparing before and after receiving support. Various performance indicators can be used, but this study used the rate of increase in sales, exports and employed manpower collected by the 'BizOK System'. Moreover, to analyze the trend of business performance by corporate feature, this study grouped the businesses into 7 categories including sales, business history, number of employees and capital. The results of this study are expected to be used in drawing implications for business support policies by utilizing them as basic data for enhancing efficiency of the support project and establishing corporate policies.

Through dramatic changes in the recent mobile market, various industries are developing the system for using smart phone. Smart phones can be rapid information exchange, real time business processing and business management using GPS system. Salespersons have the spatial and temporal constraints affected around the company`s business processes in various industries. The solution about the constraints will be constructed SFA system for using smart phone. Through SFA system using smart phone, salespersons can be done improvement of the information exchange speed, real time business processing, ongoing customer relationship management and internal and external linkages of the business. Companies expect the effect of revenue growth through customer satisfaction, savings of operating cost, reduction of processing time and good communication between salesperson.
