Purpose: Competence in parenting helps the parent to recognize the ability to resolve problems arising to children, allowing positive interactions with children through desirable child-rasing behavior and smooth communication with children. This study aims to identify the contribution of uncertainty and educational needs to the competence in parenting. Methods: Total 159 mothers responded a questionnaire developed to measure uncertainty, educational needs, and competence in parenting. t-test, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS program were used to analyze the data. Results: We found that uncertainty, nursing educational need, and mothers’ age had influence to the competence in parenting. Conclusion: Nursing interventions provided to the mothers of hospitalized children for better parental competence need to include programs for alleviating uncertainty and satisfying the need for nursing education.
소아 뇌성마비에 대한 추나 요법의 효과 : 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석

Objectives This study was aimed to evaluate the effects of Chuna manual therapy (CMT) for the treatment of cerebral palsy. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the treatment of CMT for cerebral palsy in children were selected among the literature published until January 2021 in seven databases. The quality of the literature was evaluated using the Cochrane s risk of bias tool, and RevMan 5.3 was used for the synthesis of results. Results Total 801 pediatric patient with cerebral palsy incontinence were finally selected from twelve RCTs. The total effective rate of the combined treatment general rehabilitation and CMT is statistically significantly higher (P<0.0001) than that of general rehabilitation alone. Conclusions This study suggests that general rehabilitation combined with CMT for cerebral palsy in children might be more effective in improving symptoms than general rehabilitation alone. As the number and quality of the literature included in the meta-analysis was insufficient, high-quality clinical studies on CMT for cerebral palsy would be required.

As material is used at high temperature, a damage in the material is increased. In order to quantify a<br/> damage, Kachanov proposed ‘continuity’ that defined as the ratio of the remaining effective area, A , to the<br/> original area, A0 . Later continuity was displaced by Rabotnov with the damage parameter( ω), that is,<br/> ω=(1-A/A0) . Kachanov-Rabotnov(K-R) creep damage theory was applied to the creep curve for type<br/> 316LN stainless steel. It was determined that λ=0.3 and r=7 value by comparison with master curve.

The adaptive IIR filters for active noise control systems are more effective when acoustic feedback exists, but the adaptive IIR filters could be unstable when the filter algorithm is not yet converged. In this paper, auto-secondary path estimation techniques and a stabilizing process for adaptive Multi-Channel Recursive LMS (MCRLMS) filters are developed to improve the stability of multi-channel active noise control systems. Experiments using a TMS320VC33 digital signal processor in a three dimensional enclosure have performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

한국철도공사의 조사에 의하면 KTX 이용 시 승객들이 느끼는 가장 불편한 점 중에 하나로 소음문제를 지적하고 있다. 특히 한국은 프랑스 등 유럽 국가와 달리 터널 구간이 차지하는 비중이 높아 터널 구간에서의 소음이 심각한 문제가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 KTX 터널 구간 운행 시 발생하는 소음을 능동소음제어 기법으로 제어하는 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 안정도가 강화된 IIRLMS 알고리즘을 이용하여 KTX 소음을 저감하는 능동소음제어시스템을 제안하고, 이를 이용하여 직접 측정된 KTX 소음을 제어하는 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다.
