        대학생이 인식하는 스마트폰 관광정보서비스 특성과 관광정보 신뢰성에 대한 영향 관계 : 성별에 따른 차이분석

        본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 스마트폰을 이용한 관광정보서비스 특성과 관광정보 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 파 악하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 전라남도와 광주광역시 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 251명이다. 자료 수집은 2017년 10월 23일부터 10월 27일까지 5일간 전남소재 4년재 대학교 2곳과 광주광역시 소재 4년재 대학교 5 곳의 캠퍼스를 방문하여 조사하였다. 연구결과, 주로 이용하는 관광정보서비스의 항목에서는 전반적으로 남성보다는 여성들이 항목별 대부분의 서비스를 훨씬 많이 이용하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 남성은 스마트폰 관광정보서비스특 성 중 정보적품질 요인이 관광정보 신뢰성에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 여성은 스마트폰 관광정보서비스특성 중 용이성 요인이 관광정보 신뢰성에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates characteristics of smartphone tourism information service and influence on reliability of tourist information among university students. A total of 251 students attending university in Gwang-ju city and South Jeolla provence participated in this research. Data was collected for 5 days at 5 different university campus, 2 in South Jeolla provence and 5 in Gwang-ju city, from October 23 to October 27, 2017. The result of this study showed that the female-group tends to use mostly every tourism service in the category far more than the male-group. Moreover, the informational quality factor among characteristics of smartphone tourism information influences on reliability of tourist information in the male-group while the ease-of-use factor among characteristics of smartphone tourism information influences on reliability of tourist information the female-group.

      • 상사의 리더십 스타일이 구성원의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In a rapidly changing modern society, flexible and aggressive new leadership is required in order to confront with of uncertainty and complexity, and to meet employees’ high-level changing needs. Therefore, there is big significance in suggesting leadership’s role in achieving organizational goal, the importance of leadership in the correlation between leadership styles and organizational performance. This study re-verified the contents of preceding researches on transformational leadership and transactional leadership, and conducted empirical analysis in order to look into the relationship between these leadership styles and members’ job satisfaction and organizational commitmentat the enterprises which are located in Gwangju, Jeonnam area. Taken together, the results of this study show that in modern organization, in order to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the role of leadership is the most important factor. Leaders of organizations should recognize it. In other words, a leader who has a vision, a leader who leads members with interest and encouragement, and a leader who compensates the members fairly not equally, through one to one relationship are the positive leadership in accomplishing the organizational goal. In addition, it is significant that this study indicates what leadership type is desirable in small and medium enterprises in connection with the effect of the leadership type on members’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

        유리천장이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 있어 신뢰의 조절효과

        This study selected trust as mediating variables and analysed the influence of glass ceiling on job satisfaction, targeting 329 airline employees. First, as a result of analysing the differences on glass ceiling according to sex, it was discovered that women had higher perception rate of glass ceiling than men. Second, as a result of analysing the effect of glass ceiling on job satisfaction targeting only women employees, it was discovered that the higher they perceived glass ceiling, the lower satisfaction they had in respect to job allotment, education and benefits. Third, as a result of analysing the mediating effect of trust on relations between glass ceiling and job satisfaction, it was discovered that if they had higher trust in their organization although they had higher perception on glass ceiling, their job satisfaction was higher. This study has a meaning in that it demonstrated the relations between mediating variables targeting women employees of airlines and dealt with mediating variables which have not been dealt with in previous relevant studies. It is believed that it is helpful for further development of studies on glass ceiling to expand the ranges of the studies to include banking and hotel industries and public organizations as well as airlines and compare the results of the studies with those of studies on other service industries, manufacturing industries and public organizations.

        고객불량행동이 여행사 종사원의 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 직업존중감의 조절효과

        Study investigates the moderating effect of job esteem on the turnover intention of travel agent employees caused through jaycustomer behaviors (destruction type, linguistic and/or physical violence type and bad credit type). Through wider understanding in both of travel agents and the employees, basis materials suggesting the improvement direction in the aspect of human resource management can be provided for even better service quality which is the goal of this study. The result of the analyses is as follows: among the three sub-factors of jaycustomer behaviors the linguistic and/or physical violence influenced the turnover intention in positive (+) direction; and the destruction type and bad credit type did not influence it with statistical significance. The result of testing the second hypothesis which states that job esteem (positive value, contribution to society, relative benefit) controls the turnover intention caused through jaycustomer behavior demonstrates that the sub-factors of job esteem (positive value, contribution to society, relative benefit) are not influential; however, each factor influenced it independently. It means that the higher the job esteem(positive value, contribution to society, relative benefit), the lower turnover intention; however, as a result, it is identified that job esteem(positive value, contribution to society, relative benefit) could not control the turnover intention caused by jaycustomer behaviors.

        위기 대응시 쟁점의 간극(Gap)과 속도(Tempo)가 위기 커뮤니케이션 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 군의 비행체 사고를 중심으로

        조직에 위기가 발생했을 때 조직은 위기 커뮤니케이션 과정을 거쳐 위기를 관리해 나가고자 노력한다. 그러나 조직의 위기 대응에도 불구하고 언론을 포함한 일반 공중의 반응은 조직의 위기관리 노력에 상응한 결과를 가져오지는 않는다. 이 연구는 위기 대응시 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요소는 무엇인지를 찾아보고 이를 기초로 위기관리 모델을 모색해보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 군에서 발생한 비행체 사고 4건을 분석하고 연구자가 제시하고자 하는 위기관리 모델에 대입하여 모델의 타당성 여부를 확인하였다. 연구자는 위기 대응에 가장 크게 미치는 요소를 ‘쟁점의 간극(Gap)과 속도(Tempo)’라고 봤다. 위기는 ‘관계에 기초한 인식의 문제’라 할 수 있고 모든 전략의 한 축은 ‘시간’일 수밖에 없기 때문이다. 이런 면에서 쟁점에 대한 갈등의 간극(Gap)과 시간의 속도(Tempo) 요소에 기초하여 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략의 모델제시 가능성을 살펴보고자 했다. 보다 구체적으로는 쟁점의 간극(Gap)은 충돌(Discord)과 합의(Accord)라는 하위 변인으로 나뉘고 속도(Tempo)는 적시성(Timing)과 지속성(Continuity)으로 나눴으며 이들 변인들이 4개의 셀을 만들어 내는 일명 DATC Matrix가 만들어졌다. 이후 간극(Gap)과 속도(Tempo)가 공중의 조직에 대한 평가를 함에 있어서 얼마 정도의 효과를 가질 것인가 여부를 확인하였는데 여기서 공중이 조직에 대해 갖는 평가에 대한 정도는 비행체 사고 및 이를 처리해 나가는 과정에 있어 언론보도 기사 제목과 공중들이 나타내는 댓글을 감성분석하고 그 결과치를 지표로 삼았다. 연구 결과 DT 전략에서는 논란 쟁점에 대해 쟁점별 집중화된 노력을, AT 전략에서는 관심 쟁점에 대해 pin-point식 관리 노력을, DC 전략에서는 핵심 쟁점에 대해 계산된 모험에 의한 관리 노력을, AC 전략에서는 잠재 쟁점을 발굴하여 사전 차단하는 노력을 기울여 나가는 것이 타당하다고 판단되었다. 이외에도 환심사기전략을 구사하고 있는 조직(해군·공군)이 환심사기 전략을 구사하지 않는 조직(육군·해병대)에 비해 조직에 대한 신뢰도를 더 높게 가지는 것을 확인해 볼 수 있었다. Crisis can be said to be ‘a problem of perception based on relations’, and one axis of all strategies is considered to be ‘time’. In this respect, I tried to examine the possibility of presenting a model of a crisis communication strategy based on the GAP of the conflict on the issue and the TEMPO element of time. More specifically, the GAP of the issue is divided into sub-variables called Discord and Accord, and TEMPO is divided into Timing and Continuity. Each cell name was named after the acronym, as DT strategy, AT strategy, DC strategy, and AC strategy, and a so-called DATC Matrix was created in which these variables create four cells. After that, it was confirmed how much effect GAP and TEMPO would have in evaluating public organizations. And it was checked whether or not it could have any effect in carrying out these strategies. As a result of the study, it was judged that it is reasonable to focus on the controversial issues in the DT strategy, focusing on each issue. In the AT strategy, it is reasonable to make an effort to manage only the issues of interest in a pin-point manner. In a DC strategy, it makes sense to manage key issues by calculated risk. In the AC strategy, it is considered reasonable to make efforts to identify potential issues and block them in advance. In addition, it can be seen that organizations that use the ingratiation strategy (Navy/Air Force) have a higher degree of trust in the organization than those that do not use the ingratiation strategy strategy (Army/Marine Corps).

        호텔종사원의 직무스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 호텔종사원을 대상으로 직무스트레스와 우울과의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 조절역할을 할 수 있는지 살펴보기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 서울 경기지역의 특급호텔과 특1급 호텔 중 6개 호텔을 선정하여 호텔에서 근무하는 직원으로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 2017년 11월 7일부터 11월 27일까지 3주간 실시하였다. 총 330부를 배포하여 최종 유효한 설문지 308부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 직무스트레스의 요인 중 업무환경, 시간제약, 의사소통의 3개 하부요인이 우울에 미치는 영향관계에서 공통적으로 희망을 제외한 긍정심리자본의 나머지 3개 하부요인(자기효능감, 복원력, 낙관주의)은 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 직무스트레스의 요인 중 직무불안정에서는 긍정심리자본 요인 네 개의 요인들 모두가 조절작용을 하고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates moderating effects of positive psychological capital between job stress and depression focusing on hotel employees. Data were collected for 3 weeks from November 7 to November 27, 2017. 6 five-star and deluxe hotels in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were chosen for this study and samples were collected from employees working the hotel. A total of 330 employees were attended in this research and finally 308 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The result of this study showed that 3 factors(self-efficacy, restoration ability, optimism) of positive psychological capital but hope factor moderated the relationship between job stress(working environment, time pressure constraint, communication factors among them) and depression. However, all factors of positive psychological capital did not moderated between job instability and depression.

        병원구매윤리의 인식에 관한 연구

        This paper deals with recognition differences about the purchasing ethics scale of hospital of Koreans and New Zealanders in order to compare the recognition differences of purchase ethics of people of two countries in the hospital management. The results are as follows : 1. From the viewpoint of recognition about the purchasing ethics scale of hospital of Koreans and New Zealanders as two examining objects, egoism tendency is the lowest and deontology tendency is the highest commonly. 2. Koreans' two separate tendencies mentioned above shows that Korean people have been influenced by Confucian culture in spite of its high speed industralization. 3. New Zealanders' two separate tendencies mentioned above shows that they have performed their duties faithfully despite the fact of New Zealand is a nation of globalization index 2. 4. Average differences between the purchasing ethics scale of hospital shows that Koreans' ethical sensitivity is somewhat higher than of New Zealanders. 5. From the viewpoint between of the purchasing ethics scale of hospital, the egoism and utilitarian scales show big differences in ethical tendencies, and deontology scale shows differences in them.

        병원의 지식경영 도입방안에 관한 연구 -병원 지식경영 단계모델 구축-

        In the meantime hospital system of Korea has institutionally performed its errand in stable circumstance, however the system now faces with new environment of change of customer's satisfaction, of regime, deepening of competition, and opening market. Under the rapidly and complicatedly changing circumstance, the hospital system is required to promote getting a dominant position in the competition, enhancing outcome, creating value added, and customer satisfaction in both internally and externally likewise other organizations, as they continuously introduce a knowledge management and originate, accumulate, and put the knowledge to practical use. This organization capacity of knowledge management involves a process of management that requires great change of all organizations and individuals and it is brought up through four steps which are Initiation, Propagation, Integration, and Networking. The main factors of successful knowledge management are intension of the chief executive officer(CEO), organizational culture, appraisal and compensation of work, knowledge controlling system, and organizational structure, and each of these five stage has got different characteristic. To be successful by introducing knowledge management, hospital organization should be based on these premises. Not only CEO or the director of a hospital, but also the constituent members should be fully aware of knowledge, the characteristic of knowledge management, and successful factors of this operation. Should understand step-by-step characteristic of knowledge management, therefore able to analyse a situation of specific hospital and see which step corresponds to that hospital. By analysing, constituents should make up for the weak points and ready to move on to next step. CEO or the director of a hospital should be aware of knowledge management as a strategic factor which is able to get a dominant position in the rapidly changing environment, and also it should be firm in the director's intention to introduce the knowledge management into the hospital. By continuously carrying out education and training constituent members, the director of a hospital should promote their interest and participation in knowledge management, and build an organization culture that ultimately creates, accumulates, shares, and put the knowledge to practical use. The hospital organization needs to systematize an institution of objective compensation that corresponds to objective appraisal of knowledge management outcome. The hospital ought to build knowledge controlling system in stages, in order to take the initiative in rapidly changing environment. By considering the characteristic of hospital system, it is required to change the organizational structure into self-managing team which is a sort of horizontal structure that allows members to make decisions and take the responsibility by themselves. The limitation of this study is experimental study. Positive investigation about successful factors of hospital knowledge management and characteristic of each steps is expected with following study.

        대학생의 셀프리더십이 긍정심리자본과 경력계획에 미치는 영향

        In this study, an empirical analysis of the positive psychology capital`s media effect on the relationship of the self-leadership and the career plan is conducted as a research on the impact of the university student`s self-leadership on the positive capital and the career plan. Total 189 copies of questionnaire is used to collect data from university students located in Chollanam-do area from May 1 to May 24. 2013. Using SPSS 18.0 statistics program, the analyses of frequency, reliability and factor is conducted along with a multiple regression analysis and a 3 step media effect analysis. To summarize the result of this study, first, the self-leadership is significantly influential to the positive psychology capital. Second, the self-leadership is significantly influential to the career plan. Third, the positive psychology capital is significantly influential to the career plan. And, fourth, the positive psychology capital shows the media effect in the relation between the self-leadership and the positive psychology effect. As the overall of such circumstances, it is shown that as a university`s self-leadership level is higher or the a university student recognizes the intensity of the positive psychology capital higher, the challenge to the career is higher and the career plan is established more concretely. Especially, the study shows that the self-leadership performs the role of media on the relation of the career plan and the positive psychology capital.

        The effect of Group art therapy with ceramics on aggression and impulse of juvenile delinquent

        The purpose of this research is to clarify the effect that group art therapy with ceramics affects aggression and impulse for juvenile delinquent. The experimental domain of this study was implemented with 24 juvenile delinquent suspended from protective dispositions for them who were in long-term juvenile sheltered housing about for 12 years. These subjects were selected from among juvenile delinquent between 14 to 20 years age who were entrusted from court to the Juvenile Protection Education Institute located in G area. 12 people were randomly assigned each experimental domain and control domain; experimental group was implemented group art therapy with ceramics whereas there was anything to control group. The program was designed once a week and 90minutes each 12 sessions. The result of this study show that control group at variable related aggression was not significantly changed at posttest. In case of experimental group, here was significantly changed as a whole, also sub factor such as physical aggression showed considerable change so that the first hypothesis was supported In addition, experimental group showed the considerable change at sub factor of motor impulsiveness so that the second hypothesis was supported whereas control group at impulse variable was not significantly changed during pretest and posttest. This study results conclude that the juvenile delinquent participating group art therapy with ceramics represents the effect on reduction of aggression and motor impulsiveness. We expect this result will be used as further base line data for juvenile delinquent.
