관광윤리의 인식에 관한 연구

This paper is aimed at comparing tourism ethics between the Korean peoples and the New Zealand peoples, and finding out the differences of their recognition reactions and interpretations about the measurement of tourism ethics. Its results are as follows: 1. In the analysis results of recognition of tourism ethics as the objects of the Korean peoples, the rates of relativism tendency are low and those of utilitarianism are high. It means that the Korean peoples have the viewpoint of one ethical value and they value the common happiness highly respectively. 2. In the case of the New Zealand peoples, the rates of egoism tendency are low and those of relativism and justice are high. It means that they value the long cultural heritage to respect other people and they value justice and cherish various ethical value as poly-cultures and poly-races coexist. 3. Average differences of ethics measurement in two peoples show the big differences in relativism and justice. It means that the New Zealand peoples have higher levels than the Korean peoples in these ethics. 4. Such results show that the conceptual model of this research that the ethical decisions develop from egoism to utilitarianism, from utilitarianism to justice, from justice to duty principle owing to the influences of internal value and external environment has right aspects partially. 5. New Zealand is more mature in democracy and capitalism than Korea because she has a longer modernization history, and New Zealand tourism ethics is higher than that of Korea as in New Zealand tourism occupy the important portion in economical growth, and this can be owing to the results of learning effects. 본 연구는 우리나라와 뉴질랜드의 관광윤리 인식을 비교하여 관광산업에 있어서 관광윤리의 인식을 제고시켜 수준 높은 관광윤리를 유지하게 하고자 하는데 연구목적이 있다. 검증결과 우리나라 조사대상자들과 뉴질랜드 조사대상자들이 있어서 각각의 윤리척도들에 대한 평균차이를 보면 이기주의와 의무론, 공리주의 척도에서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않고 있으나, 상대주의와 정의론 척도에서는 큰 차이를 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 뉴질랜드는 근대화의 역사가 오래되어 우리나라보다 민주주의와 자본주의가 성숙되어 있고, 관광이 경제의 주요 부분인 뉴질랜드의 관광윤리 수준이 우리나라보다 높다고 할 수 있으며, 이는 학습효과에 의한 결과라 할 수 있다.

민족악기개량의 새로운 동향에 대한 연구

The Chinese Korean has developed traditional music and has walked a unique path in improving the instrument. Despite the consulted of the process, there were quite a few accomplishments in the era and local. It is not only the Korean of the Korean music company, but also the contribution of cultural history, music, and art history. These contributions not only contributed greatly to the Chinese music arts, but also Korean a great contribution in lamentable the diversity and complexity of the music arts throughout the country. In the text, we look at existing research results, and once again, governing the delicate parts of new and improved instruments and the materials of such instruments. Also, once again examining the pros and cons of this improvement, I also want to discuss the future direction sexual problems. 중국조선족은 전통음악을 계승발전하면서 악기개량에서 남다른 길을 걸어왔다. 그 과정에서 적지 않은 시행착오도 겪었지만 시대적으로나 지역적인 면에서 적지 않은 성과들을 거두었다. 이는 단순히 조선족음악사 뿐만 아니라 전반 한민족음악문화사 및 예술사 그리고 한민족음악예술의 다양성과 복합성을 연구하는 면에서도 남다른 큰 기여를 하였다고 본다. 본문에서는 기존의 연구성과들을 살펴보고 그들의 생각을 다시 한 번 음미하면서 새롭게 개량된 악기들과 그 악기들의 재질 등 여러 섬세한 부분들도 살펴보면서 개량의 장단점도 다시 한 번 검토하고 향후 방향성적인 문제들도 논의해 보려한다.

기업윤리의 윤리적 의사결정에 관한 연구

The utilization methods of this study are as follows. 1. They can be reflected in the formulations of business ethics codes. 2. They can be utilized in the executions of business ethics educations. 3. They can be utilized as means to heighten the ethics standards of business interests groups.

기업정보관리의 윤리적 분석에 관한 연구

1. Today mass communication informs us of the unethical behaviors of business almost everyday and the social interest about them including individuals implicated in loss and gain grows larger. It is the real aspect that business manager and scholars do not cope with the situation. 2. Five business ethical scales as justice theory, relativism, egoism, utilitarianism, deontological theory and information ethics were applied to this thesis. 3. Hypothesis : There will he a difference in the response on five ethical scales and the recognition degree of information ethics with consumers. 4. The response on five ethical scales with the sex of consumers showed a significant difference but that with the age showed a little difference that with the academic career showed a significant difference in justice theory, relativism, utilitarianism and deontological theory 5. The recognition degree of information ethics with the age and academic career of consumers showed a significant difference and the hypothesis was accepted, but that with the sex showed a little difference.

의료기관의 규모에 따른 종사자들의 직무만족도에 관한 연구

The study analysed the difference in satisfaction of the job description and the working environment of employees relating to size of hospital and what impact the working environment will have on satisfaction of the job description. By improving satisfaction of employees, the study aims to meet satisfaction of patients and satisfaction of hospital at the same time. To summarise, the result of the study is as following:The difference of job satisfaction of employees relating to job specifications shows that it has significant difference in external and internal education and coordination of business. Yet, it has no significant difference in job infrastructure related jobs. The difference of job satisfaction of employees relating to working environment shows that it has significant difference in working hours, compliance of public holiday and holiday leave, welfare and atmosphere in the hospital. Yet, it has no significant difference in pay rates. The factor which has significant impact on satisfaction of job infrastructure has positive impact on pay rates, working hours, compliance of public holiday and welfare. Also, the factor which has significant impact on satisfaction of related work has positive impact on pay rate, welfare and atmosphere in the hospital. The factor which has significant impact on satisfaction of external education has positive impact on welfare. The factor which has significant impact on satisfaction of internal education has positive impact on pay rate, welfare and atmosphere in the hospital. The factor which has significant impact on satisfaction of coordination of business has positive impact on pay rate, working hours, compliance of public holiday, welfare and atmosphere in the hospital. The results above suggest that by finding out the differences in satisfaction of employees who are working for different sizes of the hospital and providing the source to satisfy the needs of employees who are the member of internal customers they can promote the growth of the hospital. 의료기관의 규모에 따른 종사자들의 직무내용과 직무환경에 대한 만족도 차이와 직무내용 만족도에 직무환경요인이 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하여, 종사자들의 만족도를 제고시킴으로써 환자만족과 의료기관 만족을 동시에 달성하기 위한 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 직무내용에 따른 만족도는 외부교육과 내부교육, 업무협조에서는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 직무인프라, 관련 업무에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 직무환경에 따른 만족도는 근무시간, 휴일준수, 휴가준수, 후생복지, 병원분위기에서는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 급여수준에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 직무인프라 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 급여수준, 휴일준수, 후생복지 변수가 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 관련업무 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 급여수준, 후생복지, 병원분위기에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외부교육 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 후생복지에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 내부교육 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 병원분위기에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 업무협조 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 급여수준, 근무시간, 휴가준수, 후생복지, 병원분위기 변수가 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상기와 같은 결과는 의료기관의 규모별로 근무하고 있는 종사자들의 만족도 차이를 파악하여 내부고객의 일원인 종사자들의 만족도를 충족시킬 수 있는 유인을 제공함으로써 의료기관의 성장을 도모할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

조선음악고고학자료 속의 악기류 검토

조선유적유물도감편집위원에서 집필하고 조선민주주의인민공화국 평양에서 출판한 조선유적유물도감은 다작으로 된 고고학자료집성이다. 이 저서에서는 고분의 위치, 역사, 발굴된 유물 등에 대하여 상세하게 기록하였고 또 발굴된 지역의 특성, 역사적인 배경 등에 대하여서도 상세하게 설명하였다. 그리고 역사 속의 나라들에 대하여서도 다양한 시각에서 분석하였다. 본 문에서 이러한 고고학발굴자료 속의 악기들에 대하여 좀 더 상세하게 분석을 가하고 그 특성을 밝혀 보려고 한다.

병원구매윤리의 인식에 관한 연구

This paper deals with recognition differences about the purchasing ethics scale of hospital of Koreans and New Zealanders in order to compare the recognition differences of purchase ethics of people of two countries in the hospital management. The results are as follows : 1. From the viewpoint of recognition about the purchasing ethics scale of hospital of Koreans and New Zealanders as two examining objects, egoism tendency is the lowest and deontology tendency is the highest commonly. 2. Koreans' two separate tendencies mentioned above shows that Korean people have been influenced by Confucian culture in spite of its high speed industralization. 3. New Zealanders' two separate tendencies mentioned above shows that they have performed their duties faithfully despite the fact of New Zealand is a nation of globalization index 2. 4. Average differences between the purchasing ethics scale of hospital shows that Koreans' ethical sensitivity is somewhat higher than of New Zealanders. 5. From the viewpoint between of the purchasing ethics scale of hospital, the egoism and utilitarian scales show big differences in ethical tendencies, and deontology scale shows differences in them.

北韩音乐後備育成에 대한 研究 -金正日의 『音樂藝術論』을 中心으로

인류의 역사에서 전승(傳承)과 양상(樣相)이 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 이는 인류가 자기의 문화를 후세에 그것도 자기주장을 고집(固執)하는 전제(前提)하에서 자기만의 특성이 있는 문화를 지속적으로 보존하고 대대로 전승하기 위한 과정이라고 본다. 이러한 역사는 특히 후대에 대한 교육과정에서 여실히 보여 지고 있다. 이는 전반인류의 역사과정에서 매우 오랜 시기를 경과하면서 오늘날까지 왔다. 이는 곧 인류의 문명의 전파이고 계승이라고 할 수 있다. 북한에서 전통음악뿐만 아니라 전반적인 예술은 모두가 주체사상(主體思想)이 지배하고 있다. 이를 집중적으로 보여주는 저가가 바로 김정일의 『음악예술론』이다. 이 예술론에는 많은 내용들이 있는데 그 중에서 “음악후비육성”이라는 부분이 필자의 흥미를 일으켰다. 이는 모든 문화가 그러하듯이 북한에서도 음악예술을 이어가는 중요한 부분인 후비육성이라고 본다. 하여 본문에서는 김정일의 『음악예술론』에서의 음악후비육성에 대해 좀 더 상세하게 살펴보려 한다. 이는 전통음악을 포함한 모든 음악예술이 나아가는 방향이고 전반주체음악이 어떻게, 어디로 가는가하는 원천적인 문제를 파악하는 데 도움 이되기 때문이다.

民謠에 대한 硏究 北韓에서 採集한 民謠를 中心으로

Folk songs are made in public spontaneously and handed down orally. They reflect the lives of the ethnic group and the happiness, anger, sorrow and pleasure of the people. The complex emotions of the people such as public taste, their intention and esthetic sense are implied in the folk songs. In the musical point of view, folk songs have improvisation and consistent processing and completion. These folk songs were collected, arranged and handed down in North Korea over time. They were re-created and reshaped on the basis of them. In this thesis, the re-created and reshaped folk songs of North Korea will be compared with the original folk songs. 민요는 대중들 속에서 자연발생적으로 생성되어 구전으로 전승된다. 그 속에는 대중의 희노애락과 그들의 삶이 담겨져 있다. 뿐만 아니라 그 속에는대중들의 취향과 지향, 심미의식과 같은 복합적인 정서들도 함축되어 있다. 음악적인 면에서 볼 때 즉흥성과 부단한 가공, 완성이 있다. 이러한 민요들을 북한에서 오랜 세월 동안 많은 심혈을 기울여 수집․정리․계승하고 그 기초 위에서 재창조․재형상하였다. 본문에서는 이러한 북한의 재창조․재형상한 민요들의 원본과 비교분석하려 한다.

병원의 성장단계와 지식경영 발전단계별 경영 특성

The following study analysis the 18 categories from each do the 5 factors of management characteristic ; CEO, organizational culture, assessment and reward, organizational structure and knowledge management system in relation to the growth stage of hospital and the development stage of knowledge management. The significant, outcomes and limitations of the study are as following. 1. In regard to the factor of CEO, it has shown in the order of 3rd stage hospital, 2nd stage hospital and 1st stage hospital and the CEO of 3rd stage hospital tends to be more sensitive about the environmental changes of the hospital than the CEO of other stages. 2. In regard to the factor of organizational culture among members it has appeared in the order of 1st stage hospital, 3rd stage hospital and 2nd stage hospital and the members of 1st stage hospital has displayed more characteristics of family atmosphere compared with the other stage hospitals. 3. In relation to the factor of evaluation and reward it was found to be in the order of 1st stage hospital, 3rd stage hospital and 2nd stage hospital with 1st stage hospital having displaying more enthusiastic tendency than other stage hospitals. 4. In relation to the factor of organizational structure and decision-making within daily operations, it was found to be in the order of 3rd stage hospital, 2nd stage hospital and 1st stage hospital. While, critical business decisions and initial business decisions was found to be in the order of 3rd stage hospital, 1st stage hospital and 2nd stage hospital. 5. In relation to the factor of knowledge management system, 1st stage hospital has been shown to be the highest among 4 item of DB construction and utilization of human resource management, DB construction and utilization of material management, DB construction and utilization of purchase management and DB construction and utilization of accounting management. DB construction and utilization of patient management was found to be the highest in 3rd stage hospital, implying smaller hospital's tendency to focus on internal management and the large hospital's tendency to focus on management of patients. 6. The hypothesis that there will be differences in 5 factors ; CEO, organizational culture, evaluation and reward, organizational structure and knowledge management system has been partially adopted to acknowledge that Korean hospitals tend to have low awareness toward the changes in hospital environment and knowledge management drawing attention to the need of hospitals to show greater effort in improving there responsiveness to changes in hospital environment. 7. The following study has only surveyed the hospital within jeonllabukdo and therefore, it has its limitation in that the study could not reflect the management characteristics of all hospitals within country. It is hoped that subsequent research on the hospital management will be conducted, including further study into the characteristics of the knowledge management by stages in order to deal with environmental changes within hospitals. 본 연구는 조직의 성장단계와 지식경영 발전단계에 관한 이론을 고찰하여 지식정보사회에서 변화하는 병원환경을 적응하기 위하여 자기병원의 성장단계를 확인하고, 자기병원의 성장단계에 적합한 지식경영 발전단계의 경영특성을 갖추게 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 조직 성장 단계와 지식경영 발전단계 이론을 토대로 연구의 분석틀을 구축하고, 설문지를 구성하였다. 본 연구의 가설검정 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최고경영자 요인에서는 3단계병원, 2단계 병원, 1단계병원의 순으로 나타나 성장단계에 따른 경영특성의 차이를 잘 보이고 있다. 둘째, 조직문화 요인과 평가와 보상 요인에서는 1단계 병원이 다른 단계의 병원들보다 더 가족적인 분위기와 평가와 보상에 더 적극성을 보이고 있다. 셋째, 조직구조 요인에서는 3단계 병원이 다른 단계의 병원들보다 의사결정이 신속하게 이루어지는 경영특성을 보이고 있다. 넷째, 지식관리 시스템 요인에서는 인사관리 DB, 자재관리 DB, 구매 관리 DB, 회계 관리 DB에서는 1단계 병원이, 환자관리 DB에서는 3단계 병원이 높게 나타나 소규모 병원은 내부관리에, 대규모 병원은 환자관리에 중점을 두는 경영특성을 보이고 있다. 본 연구의 가설검증결과는 5가지 요인에서 부분적으로 채택되어 병원환경의 변화에 대응하기 위한 병원들의 적극적인 노력이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구는 전라북도에 소재하는 병원을 조사대상으로 하여 우리나라 전체 병원의 경영특성을 반영하지 못했다는 한계를 안고 있으며, 지식경영의 단계별 경영특성을 규명하여 병원환경변화에 대처하기 위한 후속연구가 이어지기를 기대한다.
