장기간 서킷웨이트 트레이닝이 중년여성의 림프구아형에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of long-term circuit weight training on lymphocyte subpopulations in middle-aged women. Circuit weight training are practiced for 12 weeks (4 times a week) based on exercise group: (n=7) and control group: (n=7) with 3 sets exercise during 50 minutes as 70% of the maximum repetition of 1 minute for each item in 9 items. The results are as follows; In exercise group, the percentage and absolute number of lymphocyte subsets are found to have a significant(p<.05) increase after 12 weeks circuit weight training. Whereas, the above items are found to have no change after 12 weeks in control group. As the above results, long-term circuit weight training is demonstrated to have positive effect on the cellular immune function in middle-aged women.
가시부영역의 흡수 스펙트럼 변화에 의한 L - Ascorbic Acid와 Ferritin과의 상호작용

생체 내에 있어서 AsA 대사와 철 대사는 상호 밀접하게 연결되어 있다고 생각하여, 본 연구에서는 철단백질의 하나인 ferritin을 이용해서 AsA와의 상호작용의 유무를 조사하였다. Ferritin으로부터 철의 유리를 측정하기 위하여 ferrozine을 사용하여 AsA에 의한 ferritin으로부터 철의 유리를 흡광도 562 ㎚에서 Fe(ferrozine)₃^(2+)의 형태로 측정하는 방법을 사용하였다. 호기적 및 혐기적 조건 하에서 AsA에 의한 영향을 살펴본 결과, ferritin으로부터 철의 유리에 대해서 AsA의 농도 및 시간의 증가에 의존하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 ferritin으로부터 철의 유리에 있어서 산소의 영향을 살펴본 결과, 가시부영역의 흡수 스펙트럼변화의 측정 결과에 의해 호기적 및 혐기적 조건 하 모두에서 ferritin으로부터 철의 유리를 확인하여 산소의 영향이 나타났고, 혐기적 조건하에서 보다 호기적 조건 하에서의 ferritin으로부터 철의 유리가 증가하는 것이 확인되었다. 즉, ferritin으로부터 철을 유리하는데 O₂-가 관여할 가능성이 나타났다. 그러나, 본 연구 결과에서 반응시간 1시간 후의 호기적 및 혐기적 조건 하에서 562 ㎚에서의 흡광도를 살펴본 결과 호기적 조건 하에서 유리된 철의 50% 이상이 AsA 자신에 의해, 나머지는 AsA와 산소분자와의 반응에 의해 생긴 O₂-에 의한다고 생각되어졌다. 지금까지 ferritin으로부터 철의 유리는 O₂-에 의한 것이라는 보고가 많았지만, 이 결과에 의해 ferritin으로부터 철의 유리에 O₂-가 관여하지만, 그것과 같은 정도 혹은 그 이상 AsA가 중요하다는 것이 밝혀졌다. This study consisted of designing a sensitive assay to measure the rate of L-ascorbic acid (AsA)-prompted release of ferritin iron, the use of ferrozine as a chelating agent to trap releases Fe(II). The initial rate of iron release was measured in the appearance of Fe(ferrozine)₃^(2+) at 562 ㎚. The release of iron from ferritin by AsA was dependent on time and AsA conditions under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Effect of oxygen on the release of iron from ferritin was also confirmed. It was suggested that the release of iron from ferritin was participate not only AsA but also O₂-. In this study, it was found that iron can be released from ferritin and chelate as Fe(ferrozine)₃^(2+) and the release was more than 50% in the presence of AsA without O₂-. Based on the findings, the following can be assumed (1) AsA is diffused into ferritin (2) ferric ion is reduced to ferrous ion (3) is diffused from ferritin.
男ㆍ女 中學生의 體格 GROUP別 發育樣相에 對한 縱斷的 硏究

The purpose of this study was examine each group's growth type of the middle school syudents through three year's individual follow-measurement. Subject were 1110(male = 558, female = 552) who were living in Tea-gu. 1. In the whole means of each item the growth of rate of male for female in height and the sitting height was 2.9 and that of the weight and the girth of chest was 1.7. 2. The growth volume of the height, the sitting height was commonly anti-proportional in male and female. 3. The weight of male was revealed the similar growth between groups except 6,7 group. And that of female revealed the small decreasing phenomenon in 4 - 7 groups at 4,5 times. 4. The growth volume of the girth of chest was revealed highest in 2 group. Smallest in 6 group of male. And that was revealed the decreasing phenomenon in 6 group of female since 4 times.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect on cardiorespiratory function through circuit training based on middle-aged women. Circuit training(9 itemas) are practiced for 12 weeks(4times a week) based on exercise group : 7 and control group : 7, with 3set exercised during 50 minutges as 1/2 of the maximum repetitions of 1 minute for each item in 9 items. And then, the results of this study are as follows : V_(Emax)(p<.05), VO_(2max)(p<.01), VO_(2max) per weight(p<.05), and HR_(max)(p<.05) are found to have a significant increase respectively after 12 weeks circuit training in exercise group, but the above 4 items are found to have a decrease after 12 weeks in control group without exercise(p<.05). Through this study, the groups participated in circuit training are found to have a great effectiveness on the improvement of cardiorespiratory function.
서킷웨이트 트레이닝이 중년여성의 면역반응에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the study was to examine effect of circuit weight training on immune response in middle-aged women. Circuit weight training(9 items) are practiced for 12 weeks (4 times a week) based on exercise group : 7 and control group : 7, with 3 sets exercised during 50 minutes a s 1/2 of the maximum repetitions of 1 minute for each item in 9 items. WBC and CBC diff count were determined by cell counter. The results of this study can be summarised as follows : 1. The number of leukocyte, the percentage and absolute number of neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil and basophil are found to have a significantly increase, respectively after 12 weeks circuit weight training in exercise group(p<.05, p<.0l). 2. However, the above 6 items are found to have no change after weeks in control group without exercise. 3. After 12 weeks circuit weight training. exercise group's neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio decreased by 15% while that of control group decresed by 2%. In the above results, the groups participated in 12 weeks circuit weight training is found to have a positive influence on immune response.
