        펠티어 모듈과 PID 제어를 이용한 온도 정밀제어 시스템 개발

        This study designed and developed a temperature precision control system for a small chamber that can be used for plant research using Raspberry Pi and Peltier module. The existing system that goes into a small chamber was a simple on/off control. This greatly affected the temperature, which is a factor closely related to plant growth. The temperature was not maintained, and the vibrating phenomenon around the target temperature was found. In order to solve this point, this study calculated each temperature and the control amount every 1 minute through PID control to control the Peltier module. As a result, when the external temperature vibrates in a decimal point unit at 22 degrees Celsius, the chamber implemented in this study was confirmed that the internal temperature of 20.2 degrees was maintained for about 20 minutes. Through this study, it will be of great help to researchers by realizing factor precision control even in a small chamber.

        홍국쌀로 제조한 식혜의 품질특성에 관한 연구

        This study investigates the quality characteristics of Sikhye, a Korean traditional drink, made with different amounts of Monascus anka rice, or red yeast rice, and the results are as follows. During the saccharification process of red yeast rice, there was not significant change in pH, and its sugar content increased. It revealed that the optimal hours of saccharification for making Sikhye were four or five hours, which showed the highest in ° Brix. PH decreased significantly with increasing amounts of red yeast rice, and there was no change in sugar content and reducing sugar. Chromaticity L values decreased with increasing amounts of red yeast rice, and a value, b value and the turbidity increased. DPPH free radical scavenging activity of the samples showed significant differences in the samples with high scores as the amounts of red yeast rice increased. As a result of measuring the total microorganism number of the sample stored at 4℃, storability was improved with increasing amounts of red yeast rice. Preference was high in the order of 40%, 50%, 30%, 20%, 0%, and 10%, and the optimal amount of red yeast rice was less than 40-50%. Adding red yeast rice showed high scores in the sensory test, showing red color in Sikhye. In addition, its antioxidative activity effect and microbial growth inhibitory activity were considered to improve storability and preference.

        라즈베리파이 기반 원격 식물 모니터링 시스템 개발

        This study proposes a monitoring system that can remotely check and transmit environmental conditions of plants in real time by measuring temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, etc. which are factors affected by plants using a Raspberry Pi. Introducing an implementation example that enables you to check the environmental status of plants on a smartphone in real time through MQTT. It utilizes the Raspberry Pi, which is more open than the existing closed Arduino system and makes remote access even easier. The environment in which plants are placed is measured through various sensors connected to the Raspberry Pi. It is a system that collects environmental data, stores it in a web database, and checks it with a smartphone through MQTT in real time. This study is expected to reduce the cost of constructing an expensive Smart Farm and relieve the burden of farmers.

      • 멀티코드 CDMA 방식을 이용한 전력성 통신 시스템

        전력선은 백색 가우시안 배경 잡음뿐 아니라 임펄스 잡음, 고조파 잡음 등의 비 가우시안 잡음들로 인해 통신 채널로서 열악한 전송 특성을 나타낸다. 또한 좁은 가용 대역폭으로 인해, 광대역 특성이 요구되는 DS-CDMA 방식과 같은 대역 확산 시스템의 적용에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 고속 이동 통신을 위한 다원접속/변조방식인 멀티코드 (multi-code) CDMA 방식과 이에 길쌈 부호와 인터리빙 등의 부호화 기능을 더한 시스템을 전력선 통신 시스템에 적용하고, 모의실험을 통해 전력선 채널의 비 가우시안 잡음의 영향을 매우 효과적으로 보상할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        Separation of the symphysis pubis during vaginal delivery and associated with clinical symptoms is rare. However, the lack of recognition of this lesion and widespread use of conduction analgesia, such a separation may go unnoticed for many hours causing diagnosis to be delayed. Then we report on two unusual cases which were satisfactory result from hammock traction and pelvic corset.

      • 변형 연속 회분식 반응기를 이용한 화학폐수의 질소·인 제거에 관한 연구

        인간의 다양한 활동과 산업활동에 의해 인위적으로 배출되는 하ㆍ폐수 내에는 고농도의 유기물질과 질소ㆍ인 등 영양염류가 포함되어 있으며 그 중 질소와 인 성분은 수계로 방류시 부영양화 현상을 유발하여 많은 환경 문제를 일으킨다. 따라서, 본 실험에서는 화학폐수 내에 함유된 질소와 인을 생물학적 처리공법인 변형 SBR을 이용하여 호기성-혐기성-무산소성 조건의 시간이 각기 다른 네 종류의 Cycle을 설정하고 반응시킨 후 유입수와 배출수의 농도를 측정하여 제거 효율 및 최적 Cycle을 찾고자 하였다. 운전주기에 따라 반응시킨 결과pH는 6.9를 나타냈고 BOD_(5) 82%, COD_(Mn) 86.6%, NH₃-N 50%, NO₂-N 21.4%, NO₃-N 21.1%의 제거율을 나타냈으며 아울러 T-N과 T-P의 제거율이 각각 81.7%, 67.3%였던 Cycle D가 전체적으로 가장 높은 제거율을 보였다. 변형 SBR에서 화학폐수의 처리시 보다 높은 제거 효율을 얻기 위해서는 미생물의 성장이 보다 원활할 수 있는 적정 온도 유지와 용존 산소 및 유기탄소원의 공급, 그리고 원폐수 내의 SS성분의 1차적 처리가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Various human activities and industrial practices discharge sewages which contain high concentration of organic matters and nutrient salts such as nitrogen and phosphorous, which induce eutrophication after being released into bodies of water, thus create multiple environmental problems. In order to determine the optimum cycle and efficiency for removing nitrogen and phosphorus biologically, four different modified Sequencing Batch Reactor with different duration of aerobic-anaerobic-anoxic conditions were evaluated by comparing the concentration of T-N and T-P in influx as well as outflux of each cycle. Cycle D scored the highest overall removal rates of 81.7%(T-N) and 67.3%(T-P). It achieved 82% reduction of BOD, 86.6% reduction of COD_(Mn), 50% reduction of NH₃-N, 21.4% reduction of NO₂-N, 21.1% reduction of NO₃-N, and the outflux showed the pH of 6.9. Proper treatment of chemical wastewater through the Sequencing Batch Reactor may require constant optimum temperature, dissolved oxygen, additional organic carbon, and pretreatment of SS in influx.

      • 피자두즙으로 제조한 자두 초콜릿의 품질적 특징

        The juice powder of Prunus salicina L. var Soldam was prepared by freeze-dry method as yield ratio of 15%. The juice powder contained the soluble solid of 11.8" brix and total acid of 0.47%. The color of L and a values were 82.26 and 53.23, respectively and the contents of total polyphenolics was 1,280 GAE mg/kg. The plum powder was added to white chocolate at weight percentage of 4.5%. The strength and hardness of the plum chocolate were higher than those of control commercial chocolate but the textures of its were lower than those of control. The stability of plum chocolate to temperature and light were studied. The evaluation of the color, rancidity, visual appearance were analyzed. A values were lowering but b values were rising with the rise of temperature. The light of fluorescent lamp was lowering both of a and b values. The rancidity of plum chocolate was the highest at 30C and the sunlight made it more higher than the fluorescent lamp. The plum chocolate was softened at temperature above 30C but it was not influenced by lights. Also, the sensory evaluation of plum chocolate according to composition of plum powder were determined. Adding 11g of plum powder to 100g of white chocolate was made the best good result at color, taste, texture and preference,
