TV드라마 외주제작 정책현황 및 대응방안 -사전제작 의무외주비율을 중심으로-

국내 방송사는 외주제작의 편성권과 저작권을 행사하고 있어 실질적으로 제작에 참여하는 외주제작사보다 방송사가 이득을 갖도록 되어있는 불평등한 구조이다. 내 상황은 외주제작이라는 정책적 제도가 있으나 현실을 살펴보면 국내 방송사는 편성권이라는 진입규제를 활용하여 단순 하청식으로 외주제작을 주었을 뿐 작 외주제작사의 수익을 창출할 수 있는 저작권의 확보는 불가능하도록 하였다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 투자의 객체로서의 현행외주제작 드라마가 갖고 있는 저작권 미확보 등의 문제 점을 분석하고, 개선방안으로"사전제작의무비율고 시"(가칭)를 제안하고 있다. 그래서 기존의 의무외주 비율고시들1)보다 외주제작사가 저작권을 가질 수 있도록 직접적인 정책을 제안하고 있다. 이는 외주제작 사가 제작한 프로그램에 대하여 방송사가 저작권을 소유하고 있는 불합리한 구조를 개선하여 외주제작사 가 저작권을 보유하도록 하여 사업성을 높여주어, 외 주제작사에 대한 투자유인을 강화하고 자체경쟁력을 높여 국내 방송산업의 활성화를 유도하는데 중점을 두고 있다. n korea broadcasting have an unfair system because Broadcasting take both a TV program organization and a copyright. So Broadcasting take a benefic more then outsourcing company even if outsourcing company make programs in real. In real statement, our major broadcasting just give simple outsource to outsourcing company under program organization using entry regulation without a copyright if we have outsourcing make policy. In this research try to analysis the problem of a copyright as invest object. To solve the matter I insist the ``prearranged production for compulsory outsourcing``(an assumed name). This policy support outsourcing company to have real benefit. This proposal is supporting to broadcasting industry activity and is try to change the unfair system which outsourcing company have a own copyright and also it increase competitive power with rising business funds.

The effect of the several variables on wetting of AISIB1113 steel by molten glass was studied by Sessible-drop method. Experimental variables were temperature, firing atmospheres, Fe2O3 addition to the sealing glass and steel surface conditions. The degree of wetting in terms of contact angles between molten glass and metal tested at different test conditions was analyzed by using Young's equation. The results showed that contact angles in H2 atmosphere in the glass metal systems were high but in N2 atmosphere, were small for studied glass metal systems. Especially, when the glass drop was in contact with oxidized steel in N2 atmosphere, The best adherence with contact angle of approximately 9°was obtained. In the case of Fe2O3 addition in glass contact angles subtantially increased due to the increase of surface tension of glass. Wetting phenomena were also discussed under the basis of these experimental results.
농촌지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 밀양 지역 보호수 분포 및 주변 공간 현황에 관한 조사

This study aims to examine values & application plans on spaces surrounding protected trees as the community space. So, the small & medium cities where the traditional communities are breaking down due to rapid urbanization are selected. Among them, Miryang-si close to the country-style city is designated for the subject of this study. Through the reviewing stages, this study is applicable to the first stage, being focused on suggesting a comprehensive alternative for the application plan of the community space in accordance with types & characteristics of spaces for protected trees ultimately. Thus, this study has firstly tried to clearly define the spatial characteristic for each protected tree in the subject zones with understanding of the facilities & the distribution surrounding each tree, and the characteristics by the location type, and will be applied as the basic data in making a suggestion of the overall utilizing way as a public space in the community in the future.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the ATP-sensitive potassium (K_(ATP)) chanel subtypes in uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrial cells, and to compare the difference in its expression between uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrial cells. Methods : Fresh ten uterine leiomyomas and their adjacent normal myometrial tissues were obtained from hysterectomies that were conducted on benign diseases. With the use of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Westem blot analysis, we analysed the expression of K_(ATP) channel subtypes in tissues and primary cultured leiomyoma cells. To demonstrate the K_(ATP) channel activity in uterine leiomyoma cells, whole cell patch-clamp recordings were made. Results : The uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrial tissues contained Kir6.1/SUR2B and Kir6.2/SUR2B mRNAs, although the expression of SUR1 and SUR2A mRNAs were not expressed in the uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrial tissues. Primary cultured uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrial cells demonstrated same patterns. To determine the expression levels of K_(ATP) channel subunits, high levels of Kir6.1, Kir6.2, and SUR2B were detected by western-blot analysis in uterine leiomyoma compared with normal myometrial tissues. K_(ATP) channel currents were increased by estrogen application in uterine leiomyoma cells. Conclusion : These studies provide new knowledge concerning K_(ATP) channels in uterine leiomyoma and normal myomtrial cells. We demonstrated uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrial tissues contained Kir6.1/SUR2B and Kir6.2/SUR2B subunits and showed an increased expression in uterine leiomyoma compared with normal myometrial tissues. These results suggest that K_(ATP) channels are important elements in growth of uterine leiomyoma.

최근 DSLR 카메라의 보급이 높아졌고, 이로 인해 DSLR을 활용한 여러 가지 촬영기법 중 동영상 촬영기법 의 하나인 Time-lapse 촬영기법이 개발되었다. Time-lapse란 기존 동영상 촬영을 하지 않고 한 컷 당 일정 시간 간격 을 두고 연속 사진 촬영하여 효율적이고 고화질의 동영상을 제작하는 촬영기법이다. 이를 위해서는 카메라의 이동속 도와 방향 셔터속도 제어가 가능한 기계적 장치(dolly)가 필요하며 이에 본 논문에서는 주어진 설계조건을 만족하는 이동시스템의 설계방법을 제시하고 최종설계에 대한 정적, 동적 각 상태에서의 응력해석을 통한 설계의 타당성을 검증하였다. The supply of DSLR cameras has increased recently. Because of its widespread use, different types of DSLR camera video techniques have also been developed. Time-lapse is an effective filming technique that helps produce a fine-quality video clip by taking pictures of multiple camera shots during certain time intervals without recording the actual video clip, as the existing technique does. Machinery equipment (dolly), which controls the speed of movement and shutter, needs to be deleted. This paper introduces a method for a designing movement system that satisfies the design conditions. In addition, this paper proved the validity of the design by performing stress analysis on the static and dynamic conditions of the final design.
