        범죄예방 환경설계(CPTED) 적용이 저층 주거지역 거주민들의 범죄불안감에 미치는 영향 - 서울시 주민참여형 재생사업 대상지를 중심으로 -

        The occurrence of crime not only directly affects the victim of the incident but also spreads through various media, causing anxiety that many people can become victims of crime. The Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) has been proposed as an alternative to the increased fear of crime. The CPTED is a theory that uses the environmental design technique to prevent the opportunity and space to commit crimes to criminals in advance. Previous researches on crime anxiety and CPTED are focused on apartment complexes, and there are few studies on relatively low-density neighborhoods. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of CPTED technique on the anxiety of the residents of low-density neighborhoods. In order to measure the anxiety of crime by surveying the residents of the area, the questionnaire item is divided into 'emotion',' cognition', and 'behavior’. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the application of CPTED reduces the anxiety of crime felt by residents of detached housing in all areas of emotion, cognition, and behavioral intentions. The conclusion of this study implies that it can be used as a basic data for the improvement plan of the community regeneration project to be carried out in the future.

        Detection and Isolation Method for Operator Failure by Unknown Input Observer

        In this paper, a fault detection method for operator failures using the observation technique is proposed. The suggested algorithm is extended using the conventional sensor/actuator fault detection method. First, it is assumed that operator failure affects human work operations, as it is an external input signal. With this assumption, a human work model with operator failure is suggested. Second, an unknown input observer with proportional and integral gains is introduced. The characteristic of this observer of estimating an external signal without an exact input is shown, and the conditions for the detection of an operator failure are proposed. Finally, by simulating the container crane operations, it is verified that the observer can accurately detect an operator failure and estimate its magnitude from the given internal signal.         Allocation Model of Container Yard for ATC Optimal Operation in Automated Container Terminal

        In this paper, we deal with an allocation model of vertical type container yard for minimizing the total ATC (Automated Transfer Crane) working time and the equivalence of ATC working load in each block on automated container terminal. Firstly, a layout of automated container terminal yard is shown. The characteristic of equipment which work in the terminal and its basic assumption are given. Next, an allocation model which concerns with minimizing the total working time and the equivalence of working load is proposed for effectiveness of ATC working in automated container terminal. Also, a weight values on critical function are suggested to adjust the critical values by evaluating the obtained allocation plan.         Nearest L-Neighbor Method with De-crossing in Vehicle Routing Problem

        The field of vehicle routing is currently growing rapidly because of many actual applications in truckload and less than truckload trucking, courier services, door to door services, and many other problems that generally hinder the optimization of transportation costs in a logistics network. The rapidly increasing number of customers in such a network has caused problems such as difficulty in cost optimization in terms of getting a global optimum solution in an acceptable time. Fast algorithms are needed to find sufficient solutions in a limited time that can be used for real-time scheduling. In this paper, the nearest L-method (NLNM) is proposed to obtain a vehicle routing solution. String neighbors of different lengths were chosen, tested and compared. The applied de-crossing procedure is meant to solve the routes by NLNM by giving a better solution and shorter computation time than that of NLNM with long string neighbors.         관측기법을 이용한 갠트리 크레인의 고장 진단

        This paper presents a fault detection asnd isolation algorithm for highly reliable gantry crane system. The algorithm is constructed by multiple PI observer technique, and the magnitude of actuator fault can be estimated by using integrated estimated output error. Also, the complex actuator and /or sensor fault can be detected and isolated by monitoring the integrated error and the estimated state error. Considering the actuator and/or the sensor fault, we verify that these fault can be detected and isolated through simulation. Lastly, we show a simple reliable control method by using the detected fault signal and an added observer.
