음성/데이터 통합 이동통신시스템에서의 서비스 품질을 고려한 가격결정모델

본 연구논문에서는 소비자의 서비스 품질에 따른 지불의사를 고려하여 음성/데이터 통합 이동통신서비스 제공업자의 수익을 극대화시키는 최적 가격을 결정하는 모델을 제시한다. 특히 고려되는 음성서비스 및 데이터서비스의 가격방식은 현재 우리나라 이동통신서비스의 회선요금제와 패킷요금제를 각각 적용한다. 이 모델은 소비자들이 핸드오프도중 발생하는 통화단절에 매우 민감하게 반응한다는 가정하에, 기지국이 무선채널을 할당함에 있어서 핸드오프 트래픽만이 독점사용할 수 있는 가드채널을 할당하는 방안을 고려하며, 더불어 서비스제공업자가 통화단절율의 서비스 품질을 소비자군에게 보장하는 경우를 고려한다. 궁극적으로 이 모델은 단기적으로 가격전략 및 무선채널 할당정책에 의존하여 서비스 품질을 개선$.$보장할 수 있는 방안을 제시하며, 그 결과 시스템자원의 확충없이는 수익과 서비스 품질의 개선$.$보장간에 상충관계가 존재함을 보여준다. This paper presents a pricing model for maximizing a service provider's profit, taking into account consumers' quality-of-service dependent willingness to pay, in integrated voice/data mobile services. For the voice and the data services, time-sensitive pricing and volume-sensitive pricing mechanism will be applied, respectively, as in the case of Korea's mobile service market. Assuming that consumers are very sensitive to call interruption during handoff moments, the model presented here considers reserving guard channels exclusively for handoff traffic, in the process of frequency channels allocation, as well as guaranteeing consumers quality of service regarding call interruption rate. Ultimately, this model proposes a means to guarantee the quality of service in the short term, through pricing strategies as well as channel allocation policies, and the simulation results show that without expanding system resources, there exists a trade-off between profit and quality-of-service guarantee.

Purpose of this research presents way for industrial complex activation and do contribution low class informer a little in bloc economy development drawing problem of industrial complex laying stress on Gyongsang-namdo Gimhae area. Problem of Gimhae area industrial complex can lift greatly 4 such as manpower problems, infrastructure unpreparedness, financial difficulty, related industry accumulation unpreparedness. Presented industrial complex activation way to solve these problems as follows. First, smooth human strength supply and melancholy human strength security are essential for manpower problems cough. Second, need cleaning material support for financial difficulty cough, financial favors, smooth capital loaning. Third, again, need expansion of infrastructure of communication etc.. and expansion of life convenient facilities. Fourth, administrative support such as simplification of formality, collectivization of factory, representative industry upbringing, synthesis support center operation is required.
이동통신서비스시장의 기간통신사업자와 재판매 사업자간의 전략적 가격설정 및 무선접속망을 공유함에 있어서의 이용대가 산정방안

This paper models strategic pricing decisions between a common carrier and a reseller in a duopoly market of mobile telecommunication service. The model derives Nash equilibrium prices under the noncooperative and finitely repeated games. This paper observes demand and profit changes of each service provider, by simulating customers` decision-making processes given price and service quality. It also considers a situation in which the two service providers share wireless access channels of a base station and suggests a negotiation-based compensation method for sharing them. By inducing the reseller, who benefits from sharing the channels, to pay a side-payment to the common carrier, who looses from sharing the channels, they reach on an agreement to share the channels, which is a `win-win` strategy. The profit-sharing mechanism based on the side-payment eliminates the complexity of metering the traffic using the channels and analyzing the relevant facility cost, which are usually required to estimate the cost of sharing the channels.
품질 차별화 된 주문형 비디오(VOD) 서비스를 위한 가격결정 모델

This paper presents a pricing model for maximizinga video-on-service provider`s profit, taking into account quality-of-service(QoS) and consumers` willingness to pay. The model considers QoS-differentiated service classes and decides optimal price for each class. The simulation result shows that in the case of multi-class services, differential pricing policy provides more profit than uniform pricing policy that prevails in the current VOD market. In implementing QoS-differentiated service classes, transmission speed is absolutely guaranteed for each class and blocking probability is statistically guaranteed. Ultimately, this model proposes a means to guarantee quality of service, given the system resources, through pricing strategies in the short term, and the simulation results show that without expanding system resources, there exists a trade-off between profit and quality-of-service guarantee.
