        Purpose: This study was to identify the relationship between depression and spiritual health in patients suffering from women cancers. Methods: The research method was a cross-sectional descriptive study. Data was collected by questionnaires from 106 in woman patients who were diagnosed with women cancer at one university hospitals and one general hospital. The instruments used for this study included, the Depression Scale developed by Zung(1965) and Spirituality Health Inventory developed by Highfieid(1992) and amended by Lee & Kim. The collected data were analyzed using Frequency, Percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficients. Results: 1) Depression score was middle, Spiritual Health score was middle 2) The Spiritual Health in women cancer patients indicated a significant negative correlation between spiritual health and depression was perceived with over moderate level(r=-.647, p=.000) 3) There were significant difference in spiritual health according to the Monthly income (F=4.30, p= .016), the degree of pain(F= 2.848,p= .041), the degree of fatigue(F= 3.415,p=.020),the frequency of attendance at worship services(F=3.285, p=.014) the effect of religion on personal life(F= 9.413, p=.000). 4) There were significant difference in depression, according to the residence type(F= .748, p=.012), the cancer insurance(t=7.859, p=.006), the degree of pain(F= 2.775,p= .045). Conclusions: It is needed strategies for intervention of improving the spiritual health to reduce depression in women cancer patients. The significant several characteristics of related to depression and spiritual health should consider in sociopsychological nursing intervention of women cancer patients

      • NPU 반도체를 위한 저정밀도 데이터 타입 개발 동향

        With increasing size of transformer-based neural networks, a light-weight algorithm and efficient AI accelerator has been developed to train these huge networks in practical design time. In this article, we present a survey of state-of-the-art research on the low-precision computational algorithms especially for floating-point formats and their hardware accelerator. We describe the trends by focusing on the work of two leading research groups-IBM and Seoul National University-which have deep knowledge in both AI algorithm and hardware architecture. For the low-precision algorithm, we summarize two efficient floating-point formats (hybrid FP8 and radix-4 FP4) with accuracy-preserving algorithms for training on the main research stream. Moreover, we describe the AI processor architecture supporting the low-bit mixed precision computing unit including the integer engine.

        The development of neural networks is evolving towards the adoption of transformer structures with attention modules. Hence, active research focused on extending the concept of lightweight neural network algorithms and hardware acceleration is being conducted for the transition from conventional convolutional neural networks to transformer-based networks. We present a survey of state-of-the-art research on lightweight neural network algorithms and hardware architectures to reduce memory usage and accelerate both inference and training. To describe the corresponding trends, we review recent studies on token pruning, quantization, and architecture tuning for the vision transformer. In addition, we present a hardware architecture that incorporates lightweight algorithms into artificial intelligence processors to accelerate processing.

        다공성 제올라이트의 특성을 이용한 기공율 추정 연구

        본 연구에서는 제올라이트의 물리적 특성으로부터 기공율을 추정하는 연구를 수행하였다. 입자상 물질의 기공율 직접 측정의 어려움으로 본 연구에서는 여러 문헌에서 제시된 계산식에 제올라이트의 물리적 특성 측정값을 적용하여 기공율을 계산하였다. 이를 위해 제올라이트 3종-zeolite beta, zeolite Y, ZSM-5-에 대해 각각의 평균입자 크기 및 particle size distribution, 비표면적 및 기공특성을 측정하였으며, 가스와 액상을 이용한 진밀도, tap과 untapped를 적용한 겉보기 밀도를 측정하였다. 측정결과로부터 기공율을 계산하여 결과를 비교하고 기공율을 결정하는 주요 인자에 대해 평가하였다. In this study, porosity estimation was conducted by the physical properties of zeolite. Because of the difficulty of directly measuring the porosity of particulate matter, the porosity was calculated by applying the measured physical properties of zeolite to the calculation formula presented in various literature. For this purpose, the average particle size, particle size distribution, specific surface area, and pore characteristics of three types of zeolite - zeolite beta, zeolite Y, and ZSM-5 - were measured. In addition, the true density using gas and liquid phases, and two types apparent density (tap and untapped density) were measured. We calculated the porosity using these results, compare and analyzed the results, and evaluated main factors that determine the porosity.

        어성초 메탄올 추출물로부터 항산화 효능을 가진 활성물질의 확인

        본 연구는 어성초의 메탄올 추출물을 이용하여 항산화 효능이 가장 좋은 fraction을 찾고, 항산화 효능을 나타내는 성분을 분석하였다. 메탄올 추출에 의한 유기 용매 별 분획에서 항산화 효과가 가장 좋은 ethyl acetate 분획물을 칼럼 크로마토그래피하여 12가지의 fraction 중 가장 높은 항산화 효과를 보인 Fr. 10을 이용하여 DPPH 라디칼의 소거활성, 환원력, 지질과산화, 세포독성, DNA 산화 및 DCFH-DA를 이용한 세포내 과산화수소 제거효과를 조사하였다. DPPH radical scavenging activity, reducing power, TBARS, cell viability, DNA oxidation and DCF fluorescence 12가지의 fraction들 중 항산화 효능이 가장 좋은 Fr. 10의 DPPH radical 소거 활성 결과로 64 μg/ml 농도에서 양성대조군에 근접하는 60%의 억제능을 보였다. Reducing power 결과로 32 μg/ml의 농도에서 140%로 양성대조군과 비슷한 결과 값을 보였다. TBARS 결과로 2 μg/ml에서 양성대조군과 같은 값의 활성산소 억제능이 나타난다. 또한 cell viability 결과로 32 μg/ml 이상의 농도에서 세포 독성에 의해 생존율이 감소하였고, DCF fluorescence 결과로 농도의존적으로 H2O2에 의한 산화적 손상을 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. DNA oxidation 실험결과 1 μg/ml 이상의 농도에서 DNA의 손상을 감소시킴을 확인할 수 있었다. IR 및 LC-MS를 이용하여 Fr. 10의 유효성분을 조사한 결과 rutin (분자량, 610)으로 확인 되었다. 결론적으로 어성초의 메탄올 추출물로부터 분리한 Fr. 10은 농도 의존적으로 항산화 효능이 우수하게 나타났고, 어성초는 화장품 및 기능성 식품의 소재로 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다. This study was carried out to evaluate the antioxidant effect of methanolic extract of Houttuynia cordata (HCME) and to identify a compound having antioxidant effect. The ethyl acetate fraction of HCME showed the highest antioxidant effect in organic solvent fractions. The fraction was then separated into 12 fractions by open column chromatography. Among these fractions, the fraction 10 (Fr. 10) with the highest antioxidant activity was isolated, and its antioxidant effect was evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging activity, reducing power, TBARS, cell viability, DNA oxidation and DCF fluorescence. The Fr. 10 at a 64 μg/ml showed 60% of inhibitory effect similar to that of vitamin C at 10 μg/ml, compared with blank group. The Fr. 10 at 64 μg/ml showed 264% of reducing power, compared with blank group. TBARS assay showed that the Fr. 10 at 64 μg/ml had 35.5% of inhibitory effect similar to that of vitamin E at 1,000 μg/ml, compared with blank group. The Fr. 10 above 32 μg/ml displayed cytotoxicity. However, it was observed that the Fr. 10, above 1 μg/ml reduced DNA damage. DCF fluorescence assay showed that the Fr. 10 inhibited oxidative stress by H₂O₂ in a dose dependent manner. The compound of Fr. 10 was identified to be rutin whose molecular weight is 610 by the IR and LC-MS analyses. Therefore, these results suggest that the rutin of Fr. 10 could use as a natural antioxidant for development of cosmetics and functional foods.

        축약형 단어와 유추

        본고는 축약의 과정을 거쳐 형성된 단어들 중의 일부가 유추에 의해서 형성되었음을 논의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이제까지 한국어의 형태론 분야에서는 합성이나 파생에 의해 형성된 단어에만 초점을 맞추어 논의를 진행해 왔지만, 본고에서는 축약 역시 단어 형성의 방식이 될 수 있다고 본다. 축약의 과정을 거쳐서 형성된 단어는 이전 형식과는 다른 맥락에서 사용될 뿐만 아니라 다른 공기 관계를 보이기 때문이다. 축약형 단어는 제법 높은 출현 빈도와 유형 빈도를 보임으로써 화자의 어휘부 내에서 활성화될 수 있으며 이에 따라 일부는 유추에 의하여 형성된 것으로 보인다. The aim of this thesis examines that some of the abbreviation words are formed by analogical process. In previous studies many researchers focused on compounding words or derivation words. But this paper intends that abbreviation can be a method of word formation. Abbreviation words are used in the different context and have different co-occurrence relation from original forms. Abbreviation words can be formed by analogy with fairly high token frequency and type frequency.

        구성적 틀'의 관점에서 본 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어

        괄호매김역설의 문제를 보이는 국어의 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어는 오랜 시간 논의의 대상이 되어 왔다. 본고는 이러한 국어의 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어에 대하여 구성적 틀을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구성적 틀을 제시하기 위하여 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어가 가지는 여러 가지 의미 유형을 확인하고, 이러한 의미 유형에 따라 '[N+V+-(으)ㅁ/이/기]'형 단어들이 서로 위계를 이루며 어휘부 속에 존재함을 확인하였다. 본고는 이러한 구성적 틀 개념의 도입을 통하여 기존의 논의들에서 제시했던 괄호매김역설의 문제를 해소할 수 있는 것으로 보았다. [N+V+-(eu)m/i/ki]' words which are related to bracketing paradox has long been a subject of debate. The aim of this paper is to provide a constructional schema to the phenomenon by confirming various semantic types '[N+V+-(eu)m/i/ki]' type words typically assume and the fact that '[N+V+-(eu)m/i/ki]' words are in fact hierarchically structured in lexicon according to the semantic types. As a result, this paper suggests the bracketing paradox which has been raised in many previous studies is solved by introducing the constructional schema.

This reaction protocol offers rapid access to various 2-arylpyrimidines in a single step from a wide range of the readily available 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-1H-2-thione (DHPM) and arylboronic acid coupling partners.

        식음료 플래그십스토어 서비스디자인의 만족도 연구

        The concept of food and beverage space in modern society is changing into complex space where various experiences are provided. With the increase of food service brands, those brands are getting standardized. Providing more differentiated experience and service became an element of competition to companies. The flagship stores among stores presented by companies have much influence on promotion and sales. Thus, it would be necessary to provide integrated service by adopting service design process for the differentiated design of such experiential space. The objective of this study is to examine the satisfaction of service design of food and beverage flagship stores. By creating a checklist to evaluate the space through the theoretical consideration of flagship stores and service design, the satisfaction of service design of food and beverage flagship stores was analyzed. Through the survey with users of the case space, it was possible to check the satisfaction of the service design elements applied to the food and beverage flagship store space. The satisfaction with service design was evaluated through the 5point scale. When the average point was high, the satisfaction with service design elements was high. In the results of the analysis, regarding the spatial composition of flagship stores, the overall interior/exterior atmosphere should contain the image of the company. As flagship stores compose space that can express various event space and company itself on top of the space for sales, they should present the spatial composition differentiated from other general commercial spaces. The significance of a study on service design of flagship stores is to show positive effect on flagship store space. In the future, it would be necessary analyze the strategies in the aspect of service design.
