        공유경제 서비스의 성공요인에 관한 실증 연구

        금융위기 이후 경제성장의 정체, 친환경 트렌드의 부상, 스마트폰의 대중화를 배경으로 등장한 공유경제는 불필요한 소비를 줄이고 자원 활용도를 높여 초연결 시대, 소비자 효용 증대 측면에서 주목받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유경제 서비스의 성공을 서비스 수용 후 지속적 사용으로 규정하고 서비스 이용 경험에서 지속 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인과 그 요인 간 인과적 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구결과, 지각된 가치와 네트워크 외부성은 신뢰 및 만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고, 지각된 위험은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰는 만족과 지속이용의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고, 만족 또한 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지각된 가치와 위험, 그리고 네트워크 외부성은 신뢰와 만족을 매개하여 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 최근 그 중요성이 강조되고 있는 공유경제 서비스의 성공 요인과 요인 간 구조적 관계를 확인함으로써 불확실한 경영환경 속에서 공유경제 서비스의 경쟁력을 제고 할 수 있는 계기를 제공하고자 한다. Since financial crisis, sharing economy emerged as a result of economic stagnation, emerging environmental-friendly trend and increasing smartphone penetration, which led to reducing unnecessary consumption and increasing the practical usage of resources. This indicates the possibility that the sharing economy service will develop in this hyperconnectivity era in terms of increasing consumer utility. In this study, the author, therefore, empirically analyzed the factors that affect the continuous usage from the experience of service use and the causal relationship between the factors by regulating the success of sharing economy service as the continuous use after the acceptance of service. The findings demonstrated that the perceived value and network externality had a significant effect on both trust and satisfaction, and the perceived risk had a significant effect on trust. In addition, trust affected both satisfaction and continuous use intention significantly, and satisfaction also had a significant effect on continuous use intention. And the perceived value and risk, and network externality mediated trust and satisfaction, thereby having a significant effect on continuous use intention. Through this research, the author intends to provide an opportunity to enhance the competitiveness of sharing economy service under an uncertain business environment by way of identifying the success factors of the sharing economy service whose important is growing in recently years and the structural relationship between these factors.

        골프 운동이 건강관련 체력요인에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to identify the differences of the health-related fitness factors of the general university students and the university students majoring in golf for more than two years. The subject students of the study consist of the general university students group of the ages of 20-30 (30 men, 30 women) and the university students majoring in golf group (30 men, 30 women). As for the measurement factors, they are composed based on the health-related fitness factors (body fat, cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, muscle endurance). As a result of the study, the following results were obtained. 1. As for muscle strength, cardiorespiratory endurance and amount of body fat, which represents body composition, they did not show a significant difference for both men and women among the two groups. 2. As for flexibility and muscle endurance among the health-related fitness factors, they showed a significant statistic difference for both men and women. It became apparent that the university students majoring in golf had a significantly higher flexibility and muscle endurance than the general university students. Thus, it was determined that a long-term golf exercise had a positive impact in some factors among the health-related fitness factors since the university students majoring in gold for more than two years were found to have a significantly higher flexibility and muscle endurance among the health-related fitness factors. However, it is believed that long term and systematic exercise programs or the accompanying measures, which can improve the remaining factors, are required since the study did not obtain the meaningful results from all of the health-related fitness factors. Studies of effects of golf exercise and positive effect on the health of the golfers should be continuously performed in the future.

        골프 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 리더 신뢰와 동호인 만족에 미치는 영향

        This study assessed the impact of coaches’ servant leadership qualities on golf participants’ trust in their coaches and their satisfaction levels. The data from 285 questionnaires were analyzed for the present study. Using a SPSS 18.0 version, first, it was found that coaches’ commitment to the growth of people, and devotion and service behavior affected their golf participants’ levels of leader trust in their coaches. Second, vision suggestion, commitment to the growth of people, and devotion and service were found to be positively related to the golf participants’ satisfaction levels. Third, a high level of leader trust had a significantly positive impact on golf participants’ satisfaction levels.

        반도체 EDS 검사 공정의 설비 용량 계획에 관한 최적화 모델

        In this paper, a mixed-integer programming (MIP) based capacity planning model for the electrical die sorting (EDS) process where probe cards are used as consumables in semiconductor facilities is presented. The model is designed to satisfy the demand while maximizing the utilization of testers and probe cards in hand. As a result, the level of resource procurement can stay at the minimum level in which directly can be translated into positive profitability. This research employs the decomposition methodology to convert the MIP formulation into a “solver recognizable” format. By doing so, the decomposed model can provide near-optimal solutions instantaneously for practical application and the positive outcome is projected to be over several million dollars.

        준비운동 정도에 따른 골프 운동상해율과의 상관성 연구

        A present study carried out a survey with 250 male and female amateur golfers (having more than 2 years of golf experience) and majors in golf, who reside in Seoul, to examining the correlation between the degree of warm-up and golf sports injuries. The results are as follows. Looking into the responses of the time spent on warming up before playing golf, it is known that most of the male golfers (N=89, 71.2%) spare 5 minutes or less for warming up and more than half of the female golfers (N=74, 59.2%) also spend 5 minutes or less on pre-exercise. The results of injury frequency depending on the degree of warm-up showed that the less both males and females spend on warming up, the more frequently they get injured. On the contrary, they get injured less frequently as they warm up longer. By injured part, the males golfers hurt the ribs most and it is followed by wrist, elbow and waist (answered by the same number), shoulder, finger and knee while the female golfers hurt waist most and it is followed by wrist and ribs at a similar rate, elbow, shoulder and finger. Judging from the findings above, it was found that a number of golfers experience injury but are negligent of pre-exercise to prevent injuries. Most of the respondents in the survey answered that they spend little time warming up or never do so. To improve competition power in golf, golfers need to realize that it is necessary to minimize injury as well as take a long-term approach to the sport.

        아마골프 선수들의 상해 상황요인에 관한 연구

        In this study, a survey was carried out on 250 general male and female amateur golfers, living in Seoul, with more than 2 years of experience. The present study studied their injury rate by situation while they do a long-term golf exercise and found out the results as follows. To the question of whether they have ever had an injury related to golfing, about 93.98% of male and 81.40% of female amateur golfers responded that they have. The analysis of injury rate by the amount and frequency of exercise showed that those (both men and women) who exercised 2 to 3 hours per week had the highest level of injury rate of the total amateur golfers surveyed. Also, both male and female amateur golfers who exercise with 2 boxes of balls at a time showed the highest injury rate. As for frequency, those men and women amateur golfers who exercise 3 to 4 times a week had the highest injury rate and they were followed by those who do it 2 to 3 times a week and more than 5 times a week in the order. In terms of warming-up (stretching) time, which is closely related to exercise injury, both male and female amateur golfers who spent less than 10 minutes on preparation had the highest rate of injury and they were followed by those who did stretching 10 to 20 minutes and 20 minutes in the order. It was found that even there were some who didn’t do warm-up at all. In addition, we found out the places where the amateur golfers get injured. Both male and female amateur golfers had injury in the field (rounds) more than in driving range. By season, both male and female amateur golfers had more sports injury during winter than any other seasons (followed by spring, summer and autumn in the order). By golf club by which the amateur golfers get injured, male amateur golfers had injury from driver club most and it as followed by short iron (#8, #9) and long iron (#3, #4), middle iron (#6, #7), fairway wood club and wedge club in the order. As for the female amateur golfers, they were also injured most by driver club and it was followed by fairway wood club, long iron, short iron, middle iron and wedge club. Finally, by body part injured by golfing, the male amateur golfers had ribs injured most and it was followed by wrist, elbow, waist, shoulder, finger and knee in the order, However, the female amateur golfers had injury on waist most and it was followed by both wrist and ribs to similar extent and elbow, shoulder and finger in the order. According to the results described above, most of the amateur golfers have had an injury once or twice while playing golf and particularly more sports injury in driving range than rounding, The present study also observed that they had more injury during winter than any other seasons, so it was known that more careful preparation (warming-up) is necessary to prevent sports injury, Therefore, it is consider that stretching as warm-up exercise should be emphasized and a preventive education be provided against sports injury.

        16주간의 건강걷기 운동이 체력과 대사증후군 요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the Brisk Walking(3~5tims/wk) on middle-aged women's health-related physical fitness and metabolism syndrome factors, in particular, lipid profile in the blood. This study selected the women who had more than 25㎏/㎡ in body mass index(BMI) among the premenopausal women between thirties and forties resided at K city in Gyeonggi-Do. They were total 31women except for 9 drop-out women among 40 participants. To treat the research results, it was to use paired t-test in order to compare with the differences in pre and post test of 16 weeks brisk walking. The main results were as followings. After the Brisk walking for 16 weeks, the premenopausal middle-aged women's weight, BMI and %body fat decreased significantly(p<.05). And the LBM increased, but not significant difference. After walking, back strength, sit-ups and Vo2max increased significantly(p<.05), but there was no difference in grip strength, push-ups and trunk flexion. And after walking exercise, lead to metabolism syndrome TG, LDL-C and Apo B was decreased significantly(p<.05). Also, HDL-C and Apo A-Ⅰ increased significantly(p<.05). From about the results, the exercise like walking sparked the boom socially, but it did not seem to affect positively in every respect. In order to maximize such positve elements. Therefore, it is suggested that performing combineded with resistance training is recommended for health promoting in premenopausal middle-aged women. Regular Brisk walking is recommended as a good way to bring substantial health benefits and metabolic syndrome factors.
