        아마골프 선수들의 상해 상황요인에 관한 연구

        In this study, a survey was carried out on 250 general male and female amateur golfers, living in Seoul, with more than 2 years of experience. The present study studied their injury rate by situation while they do a long-term golf exercise and found out the results as follows. To the question of whether they have ever had an injury related to golfing, about 93.98% of male and 81.40% of female amateur golfers responded that they have. The analysis of injury rate by the amount and frequency of exercise showed that those (both men and women) who exercised 2 to 3 hours per week had the highest level of injury rate of the total amateur golfers surveyed. Also, both male and female amateur golfers who exercise with 2 boxes of balls at a time showed the highest injury rate. As for frequency, those men and women amateur golfers who exercise 3 to 4 times a week had the highest injury rate and they were followed by those who do it 2 to 3 times a week and more than 5 times a week in the order. In terms of warming-up (stretching) time, which is closely related to exercise injury, both male and female amateur golfers who spent less than 10 minutes on preparation had the highest rate of injury and they were followed by those who did stretching 10 to 20 minutes and 20 minutes in the order. It was found that even there were some who didn’t do warm-up at all. In addition, we found out the places where the amateur golfers get injured. Both male and female amateur golfers had injury in the field (rounds) more than in driving range. By season, both male and female amateur golfers had more sports injury during winter than any other seasons (followed by spring, summer and autumn in the order). By golf club by which the amateur golfers get injured, male amateur golfers had injury from driver club most and it as followed by short iron (#8, #9) and long iron (#3, #4), middle iron (#6, #7), fairway wood club and wedge club in the order. As for the female amateur golfers, they were also injured most by driver club and it was followed by fairway wood club, long iron, short iron, middle iron and wedge club. Finally, by body part injured by golfing, the male amateur golfers had ribs injured most and it was followed by wrist, elbow, waist, shoulder, finger and knee in the order, However, the female amateur golfers had injury on waist most and it was followed by both wrist and ribs to similar extent and elbow, shoulder and finger in the order. According to the results described above, most of the amateur golfers have had an injury once or twice while playing golf and particularly more sports injury in driving range than rounding, The present study also observed that they had more injury during winter than any other seasons, so it was known that more careful preparation (warming-up) is necessary to prevent sports injury, Therefore, it is consider that stretching as warm-up exercise should be emphasized and a preventive education be provided against sports injury.

        고유감각성 신경근촉진 스트레칭 훈련이 유연성 체력요인에 미치는 효과

        This research has been conducted to determine the effects of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF) stretching on flexibility fitness factors. In the experiment, 40 students majoring in golf (20 male and 20 female) were divided into two groups: the static stretching group and the PNF stretching group. For 16 weeks the subjects in both groups performed stretching 3 frequency a week Static stretching, which is generally done, is shown to improve the flexibility of sit-and-reach, trunk flexion and back scratch in both males and females. PNF stretching is also shown to improve significantly the flexibility of sit-and-reach, trunk flexion and back scratch in both males and females. No statistically significant difference is found between the two groups in the effects of stretching, except in trunk flexion. Thus, we can conclude that both the lfi-week stretching programs are effective in improving the flexibility and that PNF stretching is more effective than static stretching. It is recently known that muscle power and flexibility fitness factors are essential for golf. It is a good idea to use a new stretching method such as PNF stretching as a way to effectively improve the flexibility.

        방화화재에 대비한 고시원의 화재안전성 개선에 관한 연구

        최근 급속도로 성장하고 있는 산업화로 인해 건축물이 대규모화, 초고층화, 복합화 됨에 따라 많은 변화가 발생하였다. 그 중에서도 실질적으로 주거용도로 사용하면서 수험생뿐만 아니라 젊은 독신 직장인, 외국인 근로자, 도시빈곤층 등 다양한 계층이 이용하고 그 구조가 벌집 형태의 작은 쪽방 구조로 되어 있는 고시원이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 산업화로 인한 빈부격차, 노사문제, 실업률의 증가 등 많은 사회적 갈등의 심화로 강력 범죄가 증가하고 있는데 특히 불특정 다수인을 상대로 행해지는 범죄인 방화가 증가하면서 많은 인명피해가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 고시원의 방화화재 사례 분석과 감식실무를 통해 화재안전성 개선 방안을 제시하고자 연구 되었으며 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 방화화재 사례 분석과 방화원인 감식기법을 조사하였다. 이러한 조사 결과를 토대로 고시원의 방화화재 위험성을 살펴보는 동시에 제도, 법규, 건축, 안전시설 차원의 화재안전성 개선방안을 고찰 하였다. Recently, buildings became larger, higher and more complex. There were many changes by rapidly growing industrialization. Gosiwons with an interior structure of small room of hive form used by many classes are growing. They are used as dwelling purpose substantially. They are used by not only examinees but also young single workers, foreign workers and poor classes in a city. Strong crime is also increasing by deepening of many social conflict. Especially, many life damages are happening as a don't ask crime, and arson. It is increasing and intended for unspecified individuals. Therefore, this thesis is formed to present the improvement method of all stability through example analysis about prevention of fire in Gosiwons and exaltation of practical discernment ability. I investigated the example analysis about arson and discernment skill of the cause of arson. On the basis of this investigation result, I also investigated the danger of arson fire and surveyed about the improvement method like system, law, architecture and safety facility.

      • Knee joint CT 검사 시, 금속 인공물 삽입 환자에 대한 O-MAR, SBI 영상 비교, 분석평가

        목적 : CT영상 에서 Metal Artifact는 영상 진단정보를 얻는데 지장을 초래한다. 이러한 Metal artifact를 감소시킬 수 있는 Program인 PHILIPS사 iQon 장비의 SBI Data 영상과 O-MAR Data 영상을 정량, 정성적 비교 분석 하고 SBI Data의 Energy level 중 영상이 왜곡 되지않고 진단이 용이한 이상적인 영상을 획득할 수 있는 Energy level을 찾아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 2016년 7월1일부터 2017년 1월31일까지 고려대학교 안산병원을 내원하여 슬개골 골절, 인대손상, 경골골절 및 감각이상으로 CT 검사를 시행한 환자 중 금속 인공물 시술이나 수술을 받은 20명을 대상으로 하였으며 환자의 평균 연령은 46.3세, 남·여 비율은 남성 14명, 여성 6명으로 PHILIPS사 의 O-MAR Reconstruction, SBI Reconstruction 기법을 적용하여 데이터를 획득하였다. 스캔 변수는 관전압 120kVp, 관전류 120mAs, Pitch 0.391, Thickness 3mm, Rotation time 0.4 (sec) 검사하였다. 결과 : 측정결과는 Knee joint Conventional data 영상의 SNR 평균값은 7.79, CNR 평균값은 19.09, 평균HU값은 312.93 평균SD값은 45.86 O-MAR data SNR 평균값은 1.72, CNR 평균값은 3.79, 평균HU값은 188.75, 평균SD값은 147.03 SBI data Energy level (40-200KeV) SNR 평균값은 16.77, CNR 평균값은 22.65, 평균HU값은 76.22, 평균SD값은 15.84로 측정되었다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 Conventional 영상보다 O-MAR 영상이 Metal Artifact를 감쇠시키는데 효과가 있었다. 그렇지만 Soft tissue를 보상시 영상 재구성 과정에서 왜곡이 발생하였다. 그에 비해 SBI data 영상은 Energy level를 조절하며 Metal Artifact를 감쇠시키고 soft tissue, bone의 왜곡이 적은 영상을 동시에 획득할 수 있다는 면에서 진단적 가치가 있었다. Purpose : In the CT images, the Metal artifact causes disruption in imaging diagnosis. The study analyzes SBI Data images and O-MAR Data images of IQon CT (Philips) that reduces metal artifact, the study finds ideal Energy level that not have distortion of images for diagnosis among Energy levels of SBI Data. Object and method : The study is targeted 20 peoples (The mean age - 46.3 years / The sex ratio - 14 males and 6 females) with the knee arthroplasty surgery of patellar fracture, ligament injury of knee, tibial fracture – who examined the IQon CT scan from July 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017. The study acquired the data was applied O-MAR Reconstruction, SBI Reconstruction technique. The scan parameter is 120kVp, 120mAs, Pitch 0.391, Thickness 3mm, Rotation time 0.4 (sec). Result : The SNR average value of the Knee joint Conventional data images is 7.79, the CNR average value is 19.09, HU average value is 312.93 SD average value is 45.86 the SNR average value of the O-MAR data images is 1.72, the CNR average value is 3.79 HU average value is 188.75 SD average value is 147.03 the SNR average value of the SBI Data 16.77, CNR average value is 22.65 HU average value is 76.22 SD average value is 15.84 Conclusion : In the study, the O-MAR image is effective to reduce the Metal artifact than conventional images. But, it was distortion of image reconstruction of soft tissue. On the other hand, the SBI data image is less distortion of image of Metal, soft tissue, bone to control Energy level.

        저항성 근력운동이 골프운동의 비거리에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of resistance muscle training on driver shot distance in golfers. The influence of the resistance training(3times/week:4 month) on muscle max power(1RM) of golf to collegians. 25 golf collegians participated as subjects after signing an informed consent. Resistance muscle training on golf athletics was over 3 year carrier(handy 10±.2). They were total 20 college men and women except for 5 drop-out women among 25 participants. To treat the research results, it was to use paired t-test in order to compare with the differences in pre and post test of 16 weeks resistance training. The main results were as followings. After the resistance muscle training for 16 weeks was the positve influence to maximal muscle power. There was significant difference in leg curl, squat, trunk flexion, hip extension, rotary torso, bench press, lat pully and arm curl except leg press and shoulder press to men. After training, the college women's leg curl, leg extension, leg press, trunk flexion, hip extension, bench press, shoulder press and arm curl increased significantly(p<.05) but squat, rotary torso and lat pully was not significant difference. There was no significant difference in iron-5 but driver-1, iron-7, head speed and ball speed increased significatly(p<.05) in men and women. Results of this study indicate that resistane training is required to improve the driver shot distance and muscle max power ability of golf and has positive effects for golfer. and further research is required to the scientific approach related to flexbility factor and exercise risk factor of golf.

        선박 모니터링을 위한 PNUSAT-1 큐브위성 시스템 예비 설계

        선박자동식별장치(Automatic Identification System, AIS)는 선박의 정보를 자동으로 송수신하는 장치로 선박에 탑재된다. 연안 인근 선박의 AIS 정보는 지상에서 수신 가능하지만, 50해리 이상의 먼 해상으로 나가게 되면 지상과 통신이 두절되는 한계점을 가진다. 이를 해결하기 위해 AIS 수신기를 탑재한 AIS 위성을 통하여 먼 해상의 선박 정보를 지상으로 전송할 수 있다. 국내에서는 아직 AIS위성 개발 사례가 없으며, 국내 다수의 선사는 해외의 AIS 서비스를 이용하고 있다. PNUSAT-1은 부산대학교에서 개발 중인 1U+ 큐브위성으로, 선박 모니터링을 위해 AIS 수신기를 탑재하여 선박 정보를 지상으로 전달하는 임무를 수행한다. PNUSAT-1은 임무 데이터가 텍스트 형태로 큰 용량의 데이터를 전송하지 않으므로 이에 부합하는 통신 장비, 저정밀 센서 및 구동기를 선택하였다. 본 논문에서 PNUSAT-1의 시스템 예비 설계를 수행하였으며, 임무 수행을 위한 요구사항, 운용 시나리오 및 모드 설계, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 선정 그리고 각 서브시스템의 예비설계를 수행하였다. AIS(Automatic Identification System) is a device that automatically transmits and receives ship information and is mounted on the ship. AIS information of ships near the coast can be received on the ground, but when going out to sea more than 50 nautical miles, communication with the ground is cut off. To solve this problem, ship information can be transmitted to the ground through an AIS satellite equipped with an AIS receiver. There is no case of AIS satellite development in Korea yet, and many domestic shipping companies are using overseas AIS services. PNUSAT-1 is a 1U+ CubeSat, developed by Pusan National University, and it is equipped with an AIS receiver for monitoring of ships and transmitting ship information to the ground. Since the mission data of PNUSAT-1 is in text format, the data size is not large. In consideration of this, communication equipment, low-precision sensors, and actuators were selected. In this paper, system preliminary design of PNUSAT-1 was performed, requirements for mission performance, operation scenario and mode design, hardware and software selection, and preliminary design of each subsystem were performed.
