        RTE 역량 제고를 통한 기업의 Smart SCM 구축방안에 대한 연구: 제조기업과 물류기업의 비교를 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구는 RTE 역량 제고를 통한 Smart SCM의 구축을 위한 방안을 제조기업과 물류기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하여 개별기업들에게 Smart SCM 구축 방향을 제시하는 것이 주요한 목적이다. [연구방법] RTE 역량 제고와 관련하여 RTE 역량 선행요인으로서 환경 불확실성, 공급사슬지향성, 시장지향성, RTE 역량의 세부항목으로 민첩성, 가시성, 예측능력, 정보시스템, 공급사슬 성과로서 재무적 성과, 비재무적 성과 항목을 선정하였으며, 이들 항목과 관련된선행연구들의 내용과 자료를 이용하여 설문지를 작성하고 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였으며, PLS를 이용하는 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검정하였다. [연구결과] 제조기업의 경우 RTE 역량 선행요인은 RTE 역량에 대부분 정(+)의 유의한영향을 미치며, RTE 역량은 대부분 공급사슬 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 물류기업의 경우 RTE 역량 선행요인은 RTE 역량에 일부에서만 유의한 정(+)의 영향을미치며, RTE 역량은 부분적으로 공급사슬 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. [연구의 시사점] Smart SCM에 대한 연구가 제한적인 상황에서 본 연구는 제조기업과 물류기업들을 대상으로 RTE 역량 선행요인들과 RTE 역량, 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계를 분석하였으며, 이들 간의 관계를 실증함으로써 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다. [Purpose] The main purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of Smart SCM to individual companies by conducting research on manufacturing companies and logistics companies for the establishment of Smart SCM through enhancement of RTE capability. [Methodology] As a precedent factor for RTE competency, there are precedent researches related to environmental uncertainty, supply chain orientation, market orientation, agility, visibility, forecasting ability, information system, financial performance as supply chain performance, and non-financial performance as RTE competence The questionnaires were collected, the reliability and validity were examined, and the hypothesis was verified by analyzing the structural equation model using PLS. [Findings] In the case of the manufacturer, RTE competency has a positive (+) significant effect on the RTE competency, and the RTE competency has a significant (+) significant effect on the supply chain performance. However, Factors have a significant (+) significant effect on RTE competence, and RTE competence has a significant (+) significant effect on supply chain performance. [Implications] This study analyzes the relationship between RTE competency precedents, RTE competence and supply chain performance for manufacturing companies and logistics companies, and demonstrates the theoretical and practical implications of this study.

        AHP 및 IPA 분석을 활용한 제3자 물류기업 선정을 위한 우선순위와 가중치에 대한 연구

        This study proposes the priority of evaluation criteria and selection factors of third-party logistics companies from the perspective of manufacturing and shipper companies constituting the supply chain using AHP. In addition, through IPA analysis, the relative importance and satisfaction of evaluation criteria and selection factors are identified. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, detailed selection criteria for selection of logistics companies were divided into five categories: logistics service, logistics information (IT) system, logistics price (cost), corporate reputation, competency and infrastructure. A total of 20 items were constituted as detailed selection factors constituting these selection criteria. A survey was conducted targeting Korean manufacturing companies, and a total of 86 questionnaires were used for the study. As a result of checking the overall weights and priorities according to the selection criteria for third-party logistics companies and the importance of the selection factors, in the AHP existing model, safety (0.118), image (0.086), accuracy (0.083), service price (0.082), cost reduction (0.068) was found to have a high priority. And in the modified weight model, stability (0.1142), financial stability (0.0861), accuracy (0.0804), service price (0.0791), and cost reduction (0.0664) were found to have high priorities. Therefore, stability and accuracy, service price, and cost reduction were ranked high. As a result of the IPA analysis, safety (7.337), accuracy (7.023), responsiveness (6.291), facilities and equipment (6.058), and financial stability (5.872) were ranked high in importance, and incentives (4.686) and cost reduction (4.674) in satisfaction professionalism (4.628), work experience and history (4.605), and service price (4.593) show high rankings.

        Tabu 탐색 기법을 활용한 개선적 공장 설비배치

        This study develops an approach to assign numbers of facilities (rectangular shape) in a given plant and compares the test results by proposed approach with those by approaches in the literature. An improvement approach is proposed to minimize material handling cost given initial layout. Like popular heuristic approaches, the developed heuristic approach employs interchange routine to improve material handling cost in current layout. Horizontal interchange and vertical interchange procedures are applied to obtain better solution. Also, it is possible to rotate facility layout when the sizes of both facilities are same. However, the proposed approach generates good solutions without shape distortion. That means the shape of facilities remains rectangle in the final solution. In addition, the improve approach can find global optimal solution from local optimal solution by applying Tabu search technique. Based on 25 test problems in the literature, we obtained better solutions than other facility layout approaches in the literature when there are many facilities. 이 연구에서는 주어진 공장의 공간에 여러 개의 직사각형 형태 부서의 위치를 할당하고 문헌에 있는 다른 설비배치 기법과 비교하고자 한다. 이 연구는 초기 설비배치가 주어졌을 때 물류비용을 최소화하는 개선적 접근방법을 제시하였다. 기존의 문헌에 있는 접근 방법과 같이 이 연구에서 제시된 접근 방법도 하나의 설비배치에서 부서를 교환하여 더 좋은 해를 찾고자 하였으며, 물류비용을 개선하는 자기발견적 절차를 적용하였다. 수직적 교환, 수평적 교환, 통합 절차 및 분리 절차를 통해 더 좋은 해를 발견할 가능성을 높이고 크기가 같은 설비의 경우에는 설비 배치의 회전도 가능하게 하였다. 그러나 CRAFT와 달리 이 연구에서 제시되는 알고리즘은 설비 형태의 왜곡이 일어나지 않고 직사각형을 유지하는 좋은 해를 제공한다. 또한 Tabu 탐색기법을 활용하여 지역적인 최적해에서 전체 최적해를 찾아가고자 하였다. 문헌에 있는 25개의 설비배치 문제에 대하여 다른 접근 방법과 비교한 결과 제시된 접근방법이 설비의 수가 많을 때 훨씬 더 좋은 해를 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

        국내 수소에너지 산업인프라 구축을 위한 SWOT 분석

        화석에너지의 고갈문제와 환경에 대한 문제가 대두되면서 지속가능한 에너지를 확보해야하는 중요성이 점차 우리나라에서도 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 수소에너지 관련 기술 산업의 현황을 고찰하고, 향후 국내 수소에너지 산업인프라 조성에 요구되는 정책적 전략방안을 제시하고자 한다. SWOT분석을 이용하여 제시할 전략에 적합한 각 세부요인을 도출하는 것이 본 연구의 목적으로 한다. 국내외 수소에너지 이용에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 세계 수소에너지 자원의 활용이 높은 국가들의 수소에너지 지원 현황을 살펴보았고, 수소에너지 관련 보고서 및 논문 등의 선행연구를 분석하여 평가요인 도출을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 70개의 세부속성 요인을 추출한 후 중복성과 편중성, 객관성 등의 문제를 제거하기 위해 학계 전문가들을 대상으로 요인적합성 검증에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 강점요인인 ‘사용 및 저장, 운송의 용이성’만 제외되었고 나머지 강점요인 3개, 약점요인 4개, 기회요인 5개, 위협요인 4개 등 총 16개 요인을 수소에너지 산업인프라 조성에 요구되는 정책적 전략방안의 최종요인으로 선정하였다. There is an increasing attention on the sustainable energy in the world as the problem of fossil energy exhaustion and environmental issues appear. This paper addresses technologies and industries related to hydrogen energy in the literature, and develops strategy for the preparation of hydrogen energy infrastructure in Korea by extracting several factors suitable for SWOT analysis after reviewing literature. Research articles and reports about the practical application of hydrogen energy in the literature were investigated and seventy evaluation factors were extracted. Then, survey to eliminate the unsuitability problems of duplication, disproportion and objectivity was performed by scholars and experts in research institutes. Finally, sixteen factors consisting of 4 strength factors, 4 weakness factors, 5 opportunity factors and 4 threat factors were determined as the strategic factors for the infrastructure of hydrogen energy industry.

      • 공장 자동화를 위한 다열 배치에서의 작업자 할당

        Given the plant layout, the number of workers, the maximum number of machines that a worker can handle, and the preferences between each worker and each machine, the problem to minimize the deviations of workloads assigned to workers and to maximize the total preference between each worker and each machine is considered. The number of workers are fixed (no part time workers) because of the high expense of technology education and the increase of current employees. Since the workforce assignment problem in this paper is in NP-class, a heuristic algorithm is presented in multiple-row plant layout during according to two types (slow and peak) of periods. The proposed algorithm is developed based on the combination of a mixed model scheduling, simulated annealing technique and graph theory. The solution generated satisfies the zone constraint (machines assigned to a worker are adjacently located). Computational results show that the presented algorithms can find a good solution quickly.

        The cut tree approach of Montreuil and Ratliff [1, 3, 12] is used to automatically draw a facility layout with aisles. The department arrangement can either minimize the rectilinear distance criterion or an aisle distance criterion. The aisles distance is measured by the door to door distance between departments. An eigenvector and cut tree approaches are implemented via branch and bound by Kim et al. [2], Tillinghast [10] and both heuristics are compared to CRAFT [4]. The proposed approach is based on the branch and bound technique, and in theory it will provide the optimal solution. If the runs are time and/or node limited, the proposed method is a strong heuristic. The technique is made further practical by the fact that the solution is constrained such that the rectangular shape dimensions length(l) and width(w) are fixed and a perfect fit is generated if a fit is possible

        The branch and bound techniques based on cut tree and eigenvector have been introduced in the literature[1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 10]. These rechniques are used as a basis to allocate departments to floors and then to fit departments with unchangeable dimensions into floors. Grouping algorithms to allocate departments to each floor are developed and branch and bound forms the basis of optimizing using the criteria of rectilinear distance. Computational results obtained by cut tree-based algorithm and eigenvector-based algorithm are shown when the number of floors are two or three and there is an elevator.
