네트워크 산업 접속료 산정의 이론적 분석

본 연구에서는 네트워크 산업에 경쟁을 도입하는 경우에 있어서 적절한 접속료의 산정에 관한 이론을 살펴보았다. 네트워크 산업에 경쟁을 도입하는 형태에는 설비를 갖춘 사업자가 시장에 참여하는 설비기반 경쟁(facility-based competition)과 기존 사업자의 애로설비의 임대를 통하여 시장에 참여하는 형태로 나눌 수 있다. 네트워크 산업은 방대한 초기 투자를 필요로 하는 산업의 대표적 예이며, 따라서 경쟁도입의 초기에 설비기반 경쟁이 활성화되리라고 기대할 수는 없다. 세계 각국의 예를 보더라도 경쟁도입의 초기에는 경쟁적 접속을 통하여 경쟁의 기반을 마련하는 것이 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 경쟁의 도입 초기에 경쟁 도입의 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 접속료 산정이 어떻게 결정되어야 하는가를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 ECPR과 램시 가격을 비교하고, ECPR의 타당성을 검토하였다. 산업에 따라서는 ECPR의 이론과 계약경로를 설정하는 것이 적절한 경우도 있지만 최근 민영화와 경쟁 도입의 시기 및 타당성에 대하여 논란이 있는 전력산업의 경우 다른 네트워크 산업의 경우와는 차이가 있음을 설명하였다. 특히 우회조류의 문제가 중요한 경우 계약경로의 개념 및 ECPR의 적용시 발생 가능한 문제에 대하여 논하고, 이를 회피할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 간단히 살펴보았다. In this paper, we analyze how the access charges should be determined to promote the economic welfare when competition is introduced to the network industry. The type of competition considered in the analysis is the one that the entrant must be granted the access to the essential facilities to participate. In this sense facility-based competition is not an issue of this paper. We explained the close relation between the ECPR and the Ramsey pricing, and argued that why the ECPR is the right concept of access charges. We, however, argued that it is misleading to apply the ECPR and the concept of contract path without regard to characteristics of network industry. We argued that a modified version of those concepts it required to be used in the electricity industry with the problem of loop flow.

뇌테리안 環에서 모든 원소들은 素 분해가 가능하며 충분히 큰 수에 대하여 A=(A + Bⁿ) ∩ (A : Bⁿ)가 성립한다. 또 이 식은 개량된 Fuchs' quasi-素 분해 식에 응용시켜서 Krull's 정리와 동등한 정리를 만들어 내는데 연구 목적이 있다.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 DDoS 예측 모델링

최근 인터넷 등 정보통신 기술의 발달로 인해 언제 어디서나 인터넷을 이용할 수 있는 환경이 구축 되었으며, 이로인한 사이버위협은 다양한 경로를 통해 시도되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사이버위협 중 지속적으로 증가 추세인 DDoS 예측 모델링하기 위해 이벤트 데이터를 근거로 하여 통계적 기법을 통해 DDoS 위험지수 예측식을 도출하였고, 도출된위험지수를 정량화하였다. 제시된 위험지수를 활용하여 DDoS 위협에 대해 사전 대응정책을 세움으로써 피해를 최소화시킬 수 있는 객관적이고 효율적인 예측 모델이 될 것으로 기대한다. With the development of information and communication technologies like internet, the environment where people are able to access internet at any time and at any place has been established. As a result, cyber threats have been tried through various routes. Of cyber threats, DDoS is on the constant rise. For DDoS prediction modeling, this study drew a DDoS security index prediction formula on the basis of event data by using a statistical technique, and quantified the drawn security index. It is expected that by using the proposed security index and coming up with a countermeasure against DDoS threats, it is possible to minimize damage and thereby the prediction model will become objective and efficient.

In deisem Artikel wird die offizielle Stellungnahme der romischen Katholischen Kircheuber Konflikte zwischen Arbeit und Kapital mit Schwerpunkt der historischen Entwicklung der Meinungen in den papstlichen Sozialenzykliken, insbesonders in Rerum novarum und Quadragesimo anno. Die Entwicklungsphase ist in Zwei Epochen getrennt und betrachtet, namlich die Erste Phase und die Zweite Phase. Die Erste Phase fasst den Zeitraum 1891-1961 um und die Zweite ist seit 1961 bis heute. Der Zeitraum der Analyse in diesem Artikel deckt nur die Erste Phase. Die Erste Phase kann durch konservative und apologische Verteidigung-stendenz charakterisiert werden, dennoch wahrend kieser Phase zeigte die Kirche eine Meinungsanderung : Am Anfang der Neuen Zeit scheint die Kirche eine grosse Schwierigkeit zu haben. Politische Demokratie und sprunghafte lndustrialisierung veranderte die sozio-okonomische Grundbasis fur die bis dahin geltende autoritat der Kirche. Papst Leo 13세 offenthichte seinen sozialen Rundbrief "rerun novarun", in dem er die offizielle stellungnahme imbeaug auf Sozialismus und auch gegen die sozialistischen Arbeiterbewegung. Kirche verstand die Arbieterbewegung als private Sache. Aber danach verstand die Kirche die Arbeiterfrage als ein soziale und offentliche Wesen, und die Kirche betont die vielseitigen SozialverpfLichtungen des Staates. Diese Meinungsentwicklung zeigt, dass die romische katholische Kriche eine grosse Rolle fur Weltweite Demokratisierung in Politik und Wirtschaft spielen werde.

In this study, VTR(Virtual Tourist Resort) on Web is designed and implemented for public relations of sightseeing places in Youngdo-Gu area. The VTR is consists of three services: geographic information service, sightseeing information service, and sightseeing calendar service. The geographic information service provides tourist with tourist routes and tourist facilities in Youngdo-Gu. And tourist can obtain useful sightseeing information from the sightseeing information service. These services contain text, still pictures(JPEG), moving pictures(MPEG), and fine panorama pictures of the sight spots. In the sightseeing calendar service, the schedules of events on the sightseeing places are supplied to the visitors.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between corporate culture and organizational transformation, using the literature on the topic, In the nineteen-eighties, the amount of research on organization and management by the cultural approach has increased, and interest in organizational culture or corporate culture has been growing. This study reviewed previous research of organizational transformation theories and organizational culture theories developed mainly in the U.S.A. Corporate culture has been classified by different types of researchers, In corporate culture, Quinn & Mcgrath have been classified by developmental culture, group culture, rational culture and hierarchical culture. The types of organizational change have been classified by different terms and definitions. According to whether the change originates with a decision by the system or not, planned change unplaned change are distinguished. Planned change originates with a deliberate, purposeful, and explicit decision to engage in a program of change. Unplanned change involves spontaneous or evolutionary change and fortuitous or accidental change. On the basis of the change content, first-order change and second-order change are distinguished. First-order change consists of those minor improvements and adjustments that do not change the system's core, and occur only as the system naturally grows and develops. Second-order change is the change in the organization's core. Here the organization's core is reffered to the organizational core processes, mission and purpose, culture and paradigm. Basically second-order change is a paradigmatic change. First-order change is synonymous with organizational development, and second-order change is synonymous with organization. On the grounds of a literature survey, This study examined the relationship between corporate culture and organizational transformation. The result of this are as follows : First, according to the previous researchers' analyses, developmental culture type is the best for facilitating the organizational transformation. Second. group and rational culture types positively affect the organizational transformation. Third, hierarchical culture types negatively affect the organizational transformation.
