CMOS를 利用한 BDPC(Binary Decision Programmable Controller)의 制御部設計 및 Layout에 關한 硏究

The computer aided design of a VLSI BDPC control part is presented. The design process from system specification to integrated circuit layout is carried out with the aid of speciallized cell library and computer system. These CAD tools support a Top-Down custom design methodology based on standard cell. ABDPC architecture is constructed, which is integrated using a 3 - μm CMOS cell library. BDPC control part simulation is carried out on gate-level logic simulation and compared with hardware experiment.

The currents and load voltage of a two branch resistance-inductance(R-L) parallel circuit controlled by a bidirectional AC switch in the supply line are deduced. With two numerical examples, it has been shown that the effective power factor of the nonsinusoidal system can exceed that of the load to sinusoidal supply which represents a great improvement.

폐루우프방식의 용량방전식 점화장치의 실용화에 관한 연구

The ignition device for automobiles is a kind of high voltage pulse generator and it has usually been an induction ignition system constructed by using mechanical elements. However, it is liable to misfire when the automobile runs at high speed and especially its ignition power is very poor. In this paper, a new CDI(Capacitive Discharge Ignition) system of closed-loop type is proposed so that it may have a constant ignition power at the engine speed range of 500 to 6000 rpm and the battery voltage range of 12 to 16volts in the 4-cylinder automobiles. The new CDI system has a colsed-loop with a PWM DC-DC converter controlled by the output signal from a capacitor voltage-reference voltage comparator. In order to detect the capacitor charging voltage, another switching element (SCR) is inserted in parallel with the primary winding of igntion coil. A pulse width modulator is used to drive the DC-DC converter in PWM operation. An experimental CDI system is fabricated and its performance characteristics are found be satisfactory.
Digitally Programmable 코일 倦線機의 設計

The elements made of coil-inductors, relays and transformers, etc. - are widely used in electric and electronic circuits. They are usually made by manual work of coil winding and taken much time to be made. In such a case, the coil wire is not winded uniformly and its turn number is not accurate. Therefore its characteristic is not excellent mostly. In this paper, a digitally programmable coil winder was designed, built, and tested. The satisfactory results obtained are as follow; a) The winding work of coil wire was accomplished according to the program. b) The time of coil winding was reduced remarkably. c) The uniform winding was accomplished. d) The coil turn number was completely accurate.
適應 Lattice Filter의 收斂特性에 關한 硏究

The convergence properties of Burg algorithm, a typical algorithm by which the reflection coefficient of adaptive lattice filter would be obtained, are discussed. Applying the μ-algorithm to Burg algorithm, a lattice μ-algorithm for higher speed of convergence is proposed. As a result of theortical analysis and computer simulation, it is proved that the proposed algorithm has a remarkably high speed of convergence.
