본 논문에서는 임베디드 시스템을 위한 VoIP 모듈을 설계하고 구현한다. 기존 데스크탑용VoIP(Voice of Internet Protocol) 모듈의 구현을 활발하지만 임베디드 시스템을 위한 VoIP 구현은 많지 않다. 구현된 VoIP 모듈은 OpenH.323 표준을 이용하여 설계되었으며 WinCE 가 탑재된 PDA상에서 구동된다. 구현된 시스템은 혼잡 제어 기법으로 TCP-friendly adaptation 알고리즘을 사용한다. 실험결과 약간의 잡음이 있지만 음성 통신은 원활히 이루어졌으며 향후 연구과제는 잡음의 최소화이다. This paper designs and implements a VoIP module for embedded system. Many other VoIP modules for desktop environment has widely implemented but the one for embedded system is not prevalent yet. The implemented VoIP module uses the OpenH.323 and is operated on the WinCE PDA. We use the TCP-friendly adaptation for congestion control. The experiment results show smooth communication but a little noise. Future works include the minimization of noise.

N/A The pulsed dye laser(Candela SPTL-1) is a flashlamp excited dye laser, using the principles of selective photothermolysis that selectively targets the abnormal microvasculatures of cutaneous lesion while sparing adjacent structures including the epidermis, emitting at 585nm wavelength, pulse duration of 450 ?sec and 5㎜ spot size. During the period of 6 months from April to September 1989, at O.P.D., Department of Dermatology, Ewha Womans University Hospital, 106 patients with cutaneous vascular lesions were analyzed to evaluate the clinical effects by the pulsed dye laser. The results were as follows: 1. Patient distribution of the cutaneous vascular lesions included 66 patients with nevus flammeus, 29 with telangiectasia, 8 with strawberry heniangioma and 3 with cavernous hemangioma. 2. Clinical effects a. Nevus flammeus : 73.0% of adults and 50.0% of children showed excellent or good results. b. Telangiectasia : 89.6% of patients showed excellent or good results. c. Hemangioma : 50.0% of patients with strawberry hemangioma and 66.7% of patients with cavernous hemangioma showed good results. d. Complications included transient hyperpigmentation(24.5%), hypopigmentation(5.7%) and atrophic scar(5.7%). There was no posttreatment s?lerosis or hypertrophic scarring.

Objectives This study investigated the effects of Cheongyeonsan for allergic rhinitis. Methods First, the GS/MS was used to analyze the effects of Cheongyeonsan by measuring inflammatory markers. Second, 3 groups of 10 6-week-old BALB/c mice were divided into Ctrl (no treatment), ARE (allergic rhinitis-induced without treatment), and CRT (allergic rhinitis-induced after Cheongyeonsan treatment) groups. Ovalbumin (OVA) was used as an antigen to induce allergic rhinitis and sensitization was performed by intraperitoneal injection of 0.1% OVA solution 21, 14, and 7 days before the onset of allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis was induced by dropping OVA solution on the nasal cavity of each mouse for 5 days after the last sensitization. Seven days after the first induction, second induction was introduced by the same method. After making the section, MMP-9, substance P, $TNF-{\alpha}$, $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, COX-2, iNOS and Nrf, apoptotic cells were observed by Masson trichrome staining, immunohistochemical staining, TUNEL of nasal mucosal tissues of each group. Results GC/MS results showed undecanoic acid. Masson trichrome results showed that the CRT group had less respiratory epithelial damage. Immunohistochemical staining showed CRT group had 58% decrease in MMP-9, 61% decrease in substance P, 55% decrease in $TNF-{\alpha}$, 38% decrease in $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, 53% decrease in COX-2, 54% decrease in iNOS, 87% increase in Nrf compared to those of the ARE group. TUNEL showed a positive reaction of 84% increase in apoptotic cells greater than that of the ARE group. Conclusions Cheongyeonsan alleviates nasal mucosal damage and reduces inflammatory mediators from allergic rhinitis-induced mice.

인터넷이 가능한 기기를 상호 연결하여 새로운 정보와 서비스를 생산할 수 있는 사물인터넷은 가정, 사무실, 공장 등 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능하다. 특히 가정에서는 하나의 작은 인터넷을 구성하고 기기들끼리 상호 연동하여 안전, 보안, 편리성, 에너지 절약 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 저가이지만 강력한 기능을 제공하는 라즈베리파이에 각종 센서를 연결하여 가정의 환경을 모니터링하고 제어할 수 있는 스마트홈 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 단순히 센서로서 역할 뿐만 아니라 외부의 네트워크에서 직접 접속할 수 있는 웹 노드로서의 역할을 수행한다. 따라서 별도의 서버가 필요 없으므로 경제적이며 다수의 웹 노드들이 상호 연동할 수 있어 확장성과 융통성을 제공할 수 있다. The internet of things(: IoT) which could produce new information as well as service through connecting small devices with internet interface becomes reality and could be utilized in home, office and plant. Especially the IoT can provide our home for safety, security, convenience, and power saving since all devices form a small internet. This paper proposes an IoT prototype for home with Raspberry Pi which has various sensors and monitors environment. This Raspberry Pi sensor node is small and inexpensive but can provide powerful service. The implemented node goes beyond simple role of sensor node and features a kind of sensor web node which performs various functions to outer network. So the proposed IoT prototype can provide flexibility as well as extensibility since it does not need expensive server.
